The Una Voce/Latin Mass Society publication, Good Friday Prayer for the Jews in the Extraordinary Form, is sourced as follows in its own footnote no. 17: “Professor John Lamont in the Homiletic and Pastoral Review.”
According to another of Lamont’s publishers, the “traditional Catholic” website OnePeterFive.com: “Dr. John R. T. Lamont is a Canadian Catholic philosopher and theologian. He studied philosophy and theology at the Dominican College in Ottawa and at Oxford University, and has taught philosophy and theology in Catholic universities and seminaries.”
The Homiletic and Pastoral Review is a publication of “Conservative Catholics” who are not necessarily dedicated to restoration of the Tridentine Latin Mass. The article by Prof. Lamont published online by Homiletic and Pastoral Review, “Why the Jews Are Not the Enemies of the Church,” is, we regret to say, an embarrassment. One wonders how a “Catholic philosopher and theologian” could make so many erroneous statements, and how leaders of national “Latin Mass societies,” and priestly “Pastoral reviews” could be so maladroit as to imagine Prof. Lamont has expertise in the field of Talmudic Judaism. Yet, his farrago is endorsed by Homiletic and Pastoral Review and Tridentine Latin Mass groups. Perhaps the folly of Lamont’s article is not the point. Perhaps the point is to put forth anything with an appearance of scholarship that is sufficient to recruit large segments of what is known as “traditional Catholicism” into the ranks of the movement to appease the Talmudic spirit of the age, and fulfill the Renaissance-papal occult mission.
The devolution of “traditional Catholicism” from offering resistance to Talmudic Judaism, into a Trojan Horse which embraces it (with the requisite qualifications and cautions, i.e. the two-steps-forward-one-step backward tactic), is not entirely unexpected. “Traditional Catholicism” with its servile allegiance to the Renaissance and post-Renaissance pontiffs, has always contained within it seeds of contradiction which doomed it from the outset, and those seeds have come to fruition.
The following is an excerpt from Dr. Lamont’s article, “Why the Jews Are Not the Enemies of the Church”: 27
“The reason why Rabbinic Jews are not enemies of the Church can be put briefly. Such Jews do not seek to convert Christians to Judaism, or to prevent non-Jewish Christians from exercising their faith. They only refuse to become Christians themselves, which does not suffice to make them ‘enemies’ of the Church…Rabbinic Jews make no effort to prevent the preaching of the Gospel to Gentiles…”
One doesn’t know whether to laugh or cry in confronting the preceding statement from a professor of theology at a Catholic university. “…Jews do not seek to…prevent non-Jewish Christians from exercising their faith. They only refuse to become Christians themselves…”
In truth, the rabbinic legal authorities of Orthodox Judaism decree that the worship of Jesus Christ as the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity constitutes nothing less than idol worship (“avodah zarah”). 28 Idol worshippers are liable to the death penalty under the Talmudic “Noahide Laws.” 29
All of the inhabitants of the world are compelled to accept the Noahide Laws. If any non-Jew does not accept those laws he should be killed.
The preceding is the doctrine of Rabbi Moses Maimonides. 30
Rabbinic authorities decree that a building (i.e. a church) set aside for actual (rather than feigned) worship of Jesus Christ is a house of avodah zarah. 31
In traditional Orthodox Judaism, Western civilization is both malkhut zadon (“the empire of insolence”) 32 and “kochi ve’otzem yadi of Edom,” (“the wicked progeny of Esau”). The Talmudists have sacred festivals and curses that are aimed at precipitating the ritual downfall of the gentile nations. One such festival is the rabbinic holy day known as the Ninth of Av (Tisha B’Av). 33
According to a textbook authored by Rabbi Saadya Grama, “Jewish success in the world is completely contingent upon the failure of other peoples. Jews experience good fortune only when gentiles experience catastrophe…The difference between Jews and gentiles is not historical or cultural, but rather genetic and unalterable.” 34 Rabbi Grama is a distinguished alumnus of the prestigious Beth Medrash Govoha “Lakewood Yeshiva.” Grama’s book Romemut Yisrael Ufarashat Hagalut carries the endorsements of the most revered religious leaders of the yeshiva, including the rosh yeshiva (head of the school), Rabbi Aryeh Malkiel Kotler.
The rabbinic gentile-murder-manual Torat Ha’Melech (“The King’s Torah”), is a guidebook of 230 pages on the religious laws concerning the killing of non-Jews. According to the book’s co-author, Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira, “Non-Jews are uncompassionate by nature,” and should be killed in order to “curb their evil inclinations…If we kill a gentile who has violated one of the seven commandments there is nothing wrong with the murder,” Shapira declared.
“Citing rabbinic law as his source he stated: “There is justification for killing the babies of the goyim if it is clear that they will grow up to harm us, and in such a situation they may be harmed deliberately, and not only during combat with adults.”
Shapira is the head of the Israeli Od Yosef Chai yeshiva (rabbinic school). According to journalist Max Blumenthal: “Od Yosef Chai has raked in nearly fifty thousand dollars from the Israeli Ministry of Social Affairs since 2007, while the Ministry of Education has pumped over $250,000 dollars into the yeshiva’s coffers between 2006 and 2007. The yeshiva has also benefited handsomely from donations from a tax-exempt American non-profit called the Central Fund of Israel. Located inside the Marcus Brothers Textiles store in midtown Manhattan…
“…Shapira counts Israel’s leading fundamentalist rabbis among his supporters. His most well-known backer is Dov Lior, the leader of the Shavei-Hevron yeshiva at Kiryat Arba, a radical Jewish settlement near the occupied Palestinian city of Hebron and a hotbed of Jewish terrorism.
“Lior has vigorously endorsed Torat Ha’Melech, calling it ‘very relevant, especially in this time.’ Lior’s enthusiasm for Shapira’s tract stems from his own eliminationist attitude toward non-Jews. For example, while Lior served as the Israeli military’s top rabbi, he instructed soldiers:
‘There is no such thing as civilians in wartime…A thousand non-Jewish lives are not worth a Jew’s fingernail!’
“…Besides Lior, Torat Ha’Melech has earned support from another nationally prominent fundamentalist rabbi: Yaakov Yosef. Yosef is the leader of the Hazon Yaakov Yeshiva in Jerusalem and a former member of Knesset (the Israeli parliament). Perhaps more significantly, he is the son of Ovadiah Yosef, the former chief rabbi of Israel and spiritual leader of the Shas Party that forms a key segment of Netanyahu’s governing coalition. Yaakov Yosef has brought his influence to bear in defense of Torat Ha’Melech, insisting at the August 18 (2010) convention in Jerusalem that the book was no different than the Hagadah that all Jews read from on the holiday of Passover.” 35
Until the Renaissance, rabbinic Judaism was considered the enemy of Western Christian Civilization for the most fundamental reason of all, it was guilty of implacable hatred toward Jesus Christ, the founder of that civilization. This hatred manifests as lies about Him, His mother and His followers. These lies were considered so malignant that our civilization deemed them blasphemy.
At the dogmatic Fourth Lateran Council of 1215, Pope Innocent III issued the following binding decrees upon Catholics:
Canon 68: “[Jews] are not afraid to mock the Christians who maintain the memory of the most holy Passion (of Jesus Christ). This, however, we forbid most severely, that any one should presume at all to break forth in insult to the Redeemer. And since we ought not to ignore any insult to Him who blotted out our disgraceful deeds, we command that such impudent fellows be checked by the secular princes by imposing on them proper punishment so that they shall not at all presume to blaspheme Him who was crucified for us.”
Canon 69: “Since it is absurd that a blasphemer of Christ exercise authority over Christians, we, due to the boldness of these transgressors, renew in this general council what the S
ynod of Toledo wisely enacted in this matter: we prohibit Jews from occupying positions of public office.”
The Talmudists will be enemies of the West, and the canons of Innocent III will be valid and in force, for as long as the adherents of rabbinic Judaism ceremonially curse Jesus Christ, His Blessed Mother and the “min.” How could it be otherwise? How could it be said they don’t wish us, or Christianity harm?
This is not a complex issue. Yet the willful blindness concerning this uncomfortable truth is often overwhelming.
Babylonian Talmud tractate Shabbat 116a orders that the New Testament be burned. The rabbinic rite of cursing Christians is now well-documented. Judaism from its Pharisaic beginnings is replete with hate speech, superstitiously charged curses, gematria 36 and evil eye looks. Nonconformists in Orthodox Judaism are subject to the cherem curse of excommunication, wherein a rabbi holds a Torah scroll illuminated by candles that are then blown out, accompanied by blasts from a shofar and the pronouncement of a lengthy list of curses targeted at the nonconformist.
Certain Israeli rabbis such as Rabbi Yosef Dayan from the West Bank settlement of Psagot take credit for placing the pulsa d’nura (“whip of fire”) death curse on Israeli Prime Ministers Yitzhak Rabin in 1995 (because he sought peace with the Palestinians), and on Ariel Sharon in 2005 (for expelling “settlers” from the Gaza Strip).
The curse against Sharon was carried out at the grave of the Zionist terrorist Shlomo Ben Yosef, who was executed in the 1930s during the British Mandate, for atrocities that included shooting at a bus carrying Arab civilians. Rabin died from a bullet fired by a Talmud student. Sharon fell into a coma from which he never awakened.
In 1988, in the course of laying the cornerstone of the statesponsored synagogue disguised as the “US Holocaust Memorial Museum,” President Ronald Reagan, acting as the dummy of his ventriloquist “speech writer” John Mordechai Podhoretz, gave the keynote address in which he predicted that long after our western civilization had fallen, the “Jewish people would survive to “cast their blessings.” 37
Mr. Podhoretz must have had a hearty laugh at the words his presidential mannequin mouthed and the goyim in attendance applauded, because in the heads-is-tails world of the Talmudic religion, one of the most prominent of these “blessings” is in fact a curse, as we demonstrated in chapter eight. The halachic authority “Rambam,” (Maimonides) wrote: “In the days of Rabban Gamaliel, the minim became numerous in Israel and they caused trouble for the Jews, seducing them to turn away from God. When they saw that this was more significant than any other human need, Rabban Gamaliel and his court acted and established an additional blessing that would include a petition before God to make the minim perish. He established it in the amidah so that it would be set in everyone’s mouths. Consequently, the number of blessings in the amidah is nineteen.” 38
This is a reference to the Amidah “prayers of benediction,” the birkat haminim, which, as we have seen, contains the murderous, ritual curse on the Christians (i.e. the “minim”), a curse which has echoed perpetually down the corridors of time since at least the days of Rabbi Gamaliel, when it was enacted at the rabbinic academy of Yavneh (known in Greek as the academy of “Jamnia”), in the late first century A.D.39
Dr. Lamont of the Catholic Homiletic and Pastoral Review seems to be unaware that Orthodox, Talmud-faithful (frum) Judaic persons have had a large role in harassing and extruding Arab-Christians in Palestine; or that Bolsheviks raised in Talmudic homes in Russia were in the forefront of the leadership of Lenin and Stalin’s holocaust against Orthodox Christianity in the U.S.S.R. Sever Plocker, writing for the Israeli “Ynetnews” agency in 2006 states:
“Almost 90 years ago, between the 19th and 20th of December 1917, in the midst of the Bolshevik revolution and civil war, Lenin signed a decree calling for the establishment of The All-Russian Extraordinary Commission for Combating Counter-Revolution and Sabotage, also known as Cheka. Within a short period of time, Cheka became the largest and cruelest state security organization. Its organizational structure was changed every few years, as were its names: From Cheka to GPU, later to NKVD, and later to KGB. We cannot know with certainty the number of deaths Cheka was responsible for in its various manifestations, but the number is surely at least 20 million, including victims of the forced collectivization, the hunger, large purges, expulsions, banishments, executions, and mass death at Gulags. Whole population strata were eliminated: independent farmers, ethnic minorities, members of the bourgeoisie, senior officers, intellectuals, artists…Lenin, Stalin, and their successors could not have carried out their deeds without wide-scale cooperation of disciplined ‘terror officials,’ cruel interrogators, snitches, executioners, guards, judges, perverts, and many bleeding hearts who were members of the progressive Western Left and were deceived by the Soviet regime of horror and even provided it with a kosher certificate…And us, the Jews? An Israeli student finishes high school without ever hearing the name Genrikh Yagoda,’ the greatest Jewish murderer of the 20th Century, the GPU’s deputy commander and the founder and commander of the NKVD. Yagoda diligently implemented Stalin’s collectivization orders and is responsible for the deaths of at least ten million people. His Jewish deputies established and managed the Gulag system. After Stalin no longer viewed him favorably, Yagoda was demoted and executed, and was replaced as chief hangman in 1936 by Yezhov, the ‘bloodthirsty dwarf.’ Yezhov was not Jewish but was blessed with an active Jewish wife.
“In his Book Stalin: Court of the Red Star, Jewish historian Sebag Montefiore writes that during the darkest period of terror, when the Communist killing machine worked in full force, Stalin was surrounded by beautiful, young Jewish women. Stalin’s close associates and loyalists included members of the Central Committee, and Politburo (member) Lazar Kaganovich…Many Jews sold their soul to the devil of the Communist revolution and have blood on their hands for eternity….Leonid Reichman, head of the NKVD’s special department and the organization’s chief interrogator… was a particularly cruel sadist. In 1934, according to published statistics, 38.5 percent of those holding the most senior posts in the Soviet security apparatuses were of Jewish origin…Turns out that Jews too, when they become captivated by messianic ideology, can become great murderers, among the greatest known by modern history. The Jews active in official communist terror apparatuses (in the Soviet Union and abroad) and who at times led them, did not do this, obviously, as Jews, but rather, as Stalinists, communists, and ‘Soviet people.’ Therefore, we find it easy to ignore their origin and ‘play dumb.’ What do we have to do with them? But let’s not forget them.
“My own view is different. I find it unacceptable that a person will be considered a member of the Jewish people when he does great things, but not considered part of our people when he does amazingly despicable things. Even if we deny it, we cannot escape the Jewishness of ‘our hangmen,’ who served the Red Terror with loyalty and dedication from its establishment.” 40
Can Prof. Lamont actually expect us to believe that very few of these Judaic-Communist killers of Christians developed their detestation for Christians from having been raised, as was often the case, in a Talmudic religious environment seething with hostility toward the followers of Jesus in Russia?
Talmudic Judaism is implacably opposed to Christianity. Where is there any proof or evidence that anything has changed since the time of St. Paul? By the example of Jesus Christ and Paul, every Christian has the right and the warrant to speak to the leaders of Judaism as they did. Situation ethicists pretend that time has changed the truth, or that those who follow the Talmud-religion are not currently the heirs of the religion of Pharisaic Judaism that gave birth to the Talmud.
Rabbinic Judaism poses as “the religion of the prophets.” This is the motto of the “liberal progressive ‘peace’ rabbis” such as Michael Lerner of Tikkun magazine. This is a lie. Judaism is not the religion of the prophets. According to Jesus, Judaism is the killer of the prophets. Yahweh (YHVH), the God of the Proph
ets, is not the deity of Judaism. Judaism’s god is in the lower case, a devil-idol, the spirit that entered Judas (John 13:27).
If one were to ask this writer to distill all that we know about Judaism’s object of worship to one sentence, we would reply as follows: the god of Judaism is their own self-pride. This self-pride is the idol at the core of rabbinic propitiation. “For the true Deity of the Jews is not Yahweh, but the Jewish people itself.” (Miguel de Unamuno). Everything in Judaism exists for the Judaic ego and for it alone. God has nothing to do with it.
According to Maimonides, any gentile religion is illicit; the only alternatives for gentiles are conversion to Judaism or observance of the rabbinic “Noahide Laws,” which by definition exclude any gentile religion. 41
The fifteenth century Spanish-Judaic Talmudist, Rabbi Isaac Abravenel asserted that God will wipe out the Christians for their “transgression” of attributing corporeality to God. Abarbanel further decreed that Christianity was more wicked than the paganism of savages. 42
In the Avodat Kochavim, Rabbi Maimonides declares a divine mandate to kill the “wicked” Jesus Christ, all Jews who follow Jesus and all those who do not follow the Talmud: “It is a mitzvah (religious duty highly pleasing to God), to destroy Jewish traitors, minim, and apikorsim, and to cause them to descend to the pit of destruction, since they cause difficulty to the Jews and sway the people away from God, as did Jesus of Nazareth and his students, and Tzadok, Baithos, and their students. May the name of the wicked rot.”
Catholic Professor Lamont:
“…the Talmud is an attempt to preserve the beliefs and practices of the scribes and Pharisees of the latter part of the Second Temple era (the era from 530 B.C. to 70 A.D., when the second Jewish Temple was in existence). It contains some inaccuracies and expansions of these beliefs and practices, but not enough to constitute Rabbinic Judaism as a new religion, or even as a substantially new form of an older religion.”
