He laughed. "As my lady commands."
"She does. She does," I repeated, reaching down for his cock. Darren groaned when my hand clasped the hard length of him. Returning his earlier grin with one of my own, I pumped him a couple of times before bringing my hand up and licking a path straight down to my palm before replacing it once more.
"Fuck!" I laughed this time as he cursed while I pumped him with my fist, my hand squeezing up gently over the head. The smoothness of his shaft felt like velvet covered steel in my palm. I met his gaze and licked my lips. Darren's eyes widened as I unlinked my legs from around his waist and moved back until I was crouched over his cock with my mouth open.
I blew gently, at first, across the head and he let loose another stream of curses that turned the air blue with their foulness. I laughed and then leaned forward, slicking my tongue over and around.
"Sweetheart, if you're gonna blow me, then blow me—but fuck, you gotta do something. You're driving me crazy."
I sucked his head into my mouth and he groaned, low and long. I released him and backed up. "Something like that?" I asked innocently.
Through clenched teeth, he replied. "Yeah, just like that."
I chuckled and took him back in my mouth, sliding my lips halfway down before retreating and repeating the process. Darren was thick in my mouth, stretching my lips and blowing out my cheeks. I placed my hands on his strong thighs and bobbed my head up and down. The strands of my hair fell around my shoulders but were soon gathered up and held away as—I assumed—Darren pulled them back to watch me work him over.
I licked the shaft, up one side and then down the other—moaning so that the vibrations ricocheted through him. Every time I moaned, so did he. I brought one hand forward, holding the base of his cock and pumped so that as my lips moved, and so, too, did my hand. After a while, Darren started tensing up. His cock seemed to get harder and harder the more I sucked and licked him.
"Fuck. Yeah. Oh damn, your mouth—fuck your mouth."
I pulled off, laughing. "That's what you're doing," I said cheekily.
Darren laughed, too, albeit a bit tensely. "I need you," he said, pushing me back. I half crawled, half scooted until I was closer to the headboard and flat on my back as Darren moved up my body.
One of my legs stretched out and hooked over his waist as he slowly shifted so that our pelvises aligned. Darren moved his hand down and adjusted himself until he slid right inside. To the hilt. I gasped at the feeling of fullness, my muscles contracting around him, squeezing until we both groaned.
"God, I've missed this," Darren half whispered, half panted.
I laughed—if there was one thing I loved about the relationship with my guys, it was that they could make me laugh all while making me hot as hell. "We just had sex two days ago," I said as he moved back and thrust forward, anchoring our hips together so that when we collided the base of his cock brushed against my clit. I gasped and wiggled.
"Two days," he panted, thrusting again, "too long."
I moaned when he hit a spot deep within that lit me up. And maybe it was just the ringing in my ears or the stars that were bursting again, but I could have sworn he growled when I arched my back. Darren thrust into me, his eyes drifting down to watch where our bodies met and withdrew.
I closed my eyes, relishing in the sensations—trembling with desire and need that demanded to be fulfilled. Everywhere Darren touched me, sparks shot off, lighting me up, pushing me that much further towards a crescendo I was more than ready for. Our hips collided almost violently, thrashing. My nails sank into his shoulders, scraping downward as my whole body shuddered with release. Darren growled low in his throat, stilling over me and pressing me back into the bed with what felt like all of his weight.
I gasped when, finally, he released a breath and then rolled to the side, moving me with him and tucking me into the crook of his arm. Panting and covered in sweat, I smiled as the extra tingles from our exertion continued to race through me. “Damn,” Darren said.
My smile widened. “Damn is right.”
He nodded. “Sweetheart, I think you broke me. I can’t feel my legs.”
My chest shook with how hard I tried—and failed—to keep my laughter in. “Oh, don’t you worry, you big baby,” I teased. “I’ll take care of you.”
Immediately, Darren rolled to cover me. “Nah, I got it.” He kissed me sweetly on the nose before sliding off the other side of the bed.
Darren grabbed a pair of boxers, put them on, and then left the room. I grinned with amusement as I heard Taylor whistle a catcall on the other side of the door. Grabbing a sheet, I sat up, holding it to my chest. Several minutes later, Darren reappeared with a wet washcloth. “Here you go, sweetheart.” He handed me the cloth and I quickly went about cleaning up before I grabbed one of his discarded t-shirts and slid it over my naked curves.
“So, why’d you come to get me?” I asked.
“It’s date night—I know you were gonna study with us instead, but Dex wanted to watch that new psycho-flick and Cody ordered pizza, it’s out there now if you want some.”
“Oh, pizza!” I was out the door before he could say anything more.
“Looking hot, babycakes,” Taylor commented as I passed him on my way to the kitchen. “Wearing anything under that shirt?”
I reached the counter and stuck my tongue out at him. He turned abruptly and snatched me up against him, making me gasp. His mouth slammed over mine, tongue sinking deep. Groaning and closing my eyes at the onslaught of lust, I found my hands curling up around the back of his neck and holding on as he swept me up into a kiss that had more heat than a bonfire. When he finally released me, I was panting and trying to catch my breath.
“Darren warned you about that tongue of yours,” Taylor teased, turning and sauntering away as I slumped against the kitchen counter.
Cody's gaze found mine as he looked at me over the top of his laptop screen. "What about Maine?" he asked.
I rolled my eyes, moving on shaky legs to the half-open pizza box on the table. Grabbing a slice and slapping it on a porcelain plate to the side, I sat across from him and nibbled the end. "What's in Maine?"
"Snow," Dex answered before Cody could as he came down the hallway from presumably his own bedroom. "Lots of fucking snow. It's a no from me." Dropping a kiss on the top of my head, he strode past and headed for the refrigerator, pulling a bottled water out and unscrewing the cap before propping himself against the sink. His throat worked as he swallowed.
"It doesn't snow all year long," Cody argued.
"What about Vegas?" I asked.
Dex shuddered. "No." No other explanation. Just a shudder and a 'no' that said he had a story behind that.
I tilted my head and looked at him. "Why not?"
"Bad idea."
"Why is it a bad idea?" Cody joined in. "Vegas is a new idea."
Dex grumbled something before shooting the back of Taylor's head a look as my other boyfriend settled into the couch comfortably, switching on a video game. "What about Taylor's home state?" he offered. "California is good this time of year."
Taylor snapped his head around so fast, I wouldn't have been surprised if he suffered whiplash. "No!" he said, horrified.
I frowned. "Well, why not?" I demanded.
"My parents—no. Just...no. I want to avoid that as much as possible." His eyes were wide with concern as if he thought I was really considering it. California was an interesting idea, but I knew it was just a subject change for Dex—a way for him to avoid my questions. So, really it was just to fuck with Taylor now that I'd seen his reaction.
I laughed. "I think California is a good idea," I said. "Besides, I've already met your parents."
"That was on video call!" Taylor called back.
“They liked me,” I reminded him.
"I'm not going!"
Darren walked into the room leisurely—fully dressed once more. "Stop baiting him, sweetheart," he warned, touching a lock of my hair as he stopped to grab a slic
e of pizza. My eyes went to his ass. Goddamn, that ass. So muscular. So fine. So all mine.
"That's it!" Cody huffed in frustration, causing me to jerk my gaze back. Cody snatched a notebook and tore a sheet of paper from it, ripping it to strips. Grabbing a nearby pen, he scribbled something onto one and folded it before shoving strips at the rest of us—even going so far as to stand up and drop one in Taylor's lap where he sat on the couch. "Everyone write where they want to go for spring break. We'll put it in a bowl and pick at random."
"Oh, that's not a bad idea," I said. In fact, it was pretty ingenious. Cody shot me a relieved look as if he had been worried that no one would be willing to give it a go.
Dex shrugged, setting his water bottle on the counter before reaching for a pen. "Sure, why not?" he said.
"This seems fair," Darren agreed.
I thought hard and, honestly, it didn't matter to me. Any vacation with my guys would have satisfied me. That said, I wrote down the Carolina Mountains. I just pictured all five of us going horseback riding, the guys going fishing, campfires at night. Maybe renting a cabin in the woods where Dex would tie me up and spank me and Darren and Taylor would go down on me and I could suck—
"All done?" Cody asked, glancing from me to the paper I had clutched in my hand. I squirmed in my seat, surprisingly heated from my own thoughts, despite what I had just done with Darren. My eyes slid over to him and then Taylor and Dex. I nodded and folded my paper, handing it back to Cody.
Dex, Darren, and Taylor handed him theirs as well, and Cody placed everyone's slip of paper into a bowl he had pulled from one of the cabinets. "Alright," he announced. "No complaining if I select one that you don't want. We're doing this to be fair."
We all nodded. His hand reached in the bowl and without looking, he scrambled the notes before selecting one slip of paper. Cody's hand came up with the paper firmly in his grasp. Setting the bowl to the side, he unfolded the paper and read aloud.
“Caribbean?” Cody read. All heads turned to Dex, who, for his own part, didn’t look the least bit ruffled by the way we all zeroed in on him.
“My family has stock with a vacation cruise line. There’s a ship leaving from the coast the day spring break starts,” he said with a shrug. “I couldn’t think of anything else.”
“Dex,” I started, biting down on my lip. I worried it for a moment as he looked at me before releasing it. “That’s really great and all, but...I’m not sure we could all afford that.”
He shook his head and huffed out a breath. “My family owns stock with the company,” he repeated. “I can get a suite for the five of us for free.”
Darren’s eyes widened, as did mine. Cody looked like he was thinking it over. Taylor on the other hand… “That sounds great!” He jumped up from his seat and fist pumped in the air. “We’re going on a motherfucking cruise!”
Dex smirked, eyeing me. “Bikinis completely optional,” he said.
I tried to resist returning his smile, but I simply couldn’t. I shook my head, standing up and moving around the table, heading for him. He reached for me just as I stopped next to him, pulling me into his lap.
“I promise, Baby,” he said against my lips as I leaned down and kissed him. “It’ll be fun.”
I reached up and tweaked a lock of his hair. “It better be,” I replied as I nipped his lower lip.
He growled, his hands clenching on my waist. “I have to go to a tutoring session,” he said lowly. “Don’t make me have to punish you when I get back.”
“Promises...promises,” I taunted.
Dex captured my lips harshly, digging his way past my surface and stealing the very breath from my lungs. When he finally pulled away, I was dizzy from lack of oxygen. I couldn’t tell where I ended and he began. “I’ll keep all my promises to you,” he swore. “I’ll be back for the rest of date night.” I sighed.
Four hot guys. One cruise ship. A week to remember. I couldn’t fucking wait.
Chapter 3
I couldn’t concentrate worth shit the entire week leading up to spring break. I was packed and ready to leave three days in advance, and I spent the rest of the time between then and the actual start of spring break prepping everyone else’s stuff.
“Jamie, babe, you don’t have to pack my shit,” Darren said, dragging me away from the open suitcase on his bed with his firm hands on my waist.
“We’re leaving tomorrow,” I reminded him. “We need to get it done now.”
“I know,” he said, kissing me where my neck met my shoulder. I froze and shuddered as his mouth opened and he licked the salt from my skin. “And I told you that I can do it,” he finished.
“Well, I’m doing it anyway,” I replied.
“But—” he starts.
“No buts,” I cut in as I folded a pair of shorts and stowed it away.
“I think I know a way to distract you,” Darren replied, pushing the straining erection in his pants against my rear end.
I tsked at him. “I’m almost done,” I said. “We’re leaving tomorrow. You’re the last one.”
“Jam-ie,” he said, a low masculine whine to his tone.
“Dar-ren,” I replied mockingly.
With a grunt, Darren pushed me towards the open bedroom door and slapped my ass, urging me to move. “Go spend some time with Cody. I’m sure he’d like your help packing.”
“You think so?” I turned down the hall.
“Yeah. Go, go,” he said. “I’ll be fine.” With that, he closed the door and I was left staring at plain white wood, feeling like I had been manipulated. I glared at the door before sighing and heading towards Cody’s room.
His door hung open as he strode around the room in his boxers. I leaned against the door jam and watched him folding laundry. What was it about a domesticated man that got my engine going?
Soft 90s rock music played from the corner iPod station. “Whatcha doing?” I asked, alerting Cody to my presence. His head jerked up, and he turned.
“Hey, Jamie.” He waved me over and I pushed off the door frame and moved towards him. He slid an arm around my waist, causing me to sigh as I snuggled into his side. “Not much,” he said, “just putting up some laundry and packing.”
“Do you need help?” I felt my eyes sliding closed despite my question.
“Nah, I’m good—you okay?” I rested my head on his chest and breathed in his fresh and clean scent.
“Mmhmmm,” I answered.
His chuckle reverberated through his chest, making me grumble as it vibrated against my cheek. “You sure?” he asked.
I cracked open my eyes and squinted up at him before looking to his bed. I could have thanked God. He was practically done with laundry and I was just then realizing how tired I was. My last exam had been that morning at eight am. Worst. Exam. Time. Ever.
I gathered up the remaining clothes on his bed as Cody stood by and watched silently. I moved them off the bed by dumping them in the small, rounded laundry hamper to the side, and crawled onto the navy blue comforter. Once my head hovered over the pillows, I let my arms collapse and my face plummet into their cushy softness.
Cody chuckled behind me. “Someone’s tired,” he commented.
“Nap with me,” I grumbled my demand into the pillow. With Darren or Dex, I might not have gotten away with my tone of voice. But Cody took it well.
The bottom of the bed dipped as Cody climbed onto the mattress with me. His arm found its way back around my waist, snaking me closer to him. The heat of his naked chest rubbed my arm and as much as I wanted to curl into it, I forced myself to turn away so that I could back up and let him spoon me. I couldn’t keep my eyes open any longer. It was like weights had been attached to my lashes and they were being weighed down.
“Wake me up for dinner, okay?” I mumbled.
“Sure,” Cody breathed against my neck.
I settled back more firmly against him, giving in to sleep in the safe arms of my red-haired prince as I dreamed of sun and ocean and four in
credibly amazing guys showing me exactly what a vacation should be about.
Chapter 4
“Welcome to Lady Maria!” someone called.
Everywhere I turned, there was someone in a navy blue polo and white shorts handing out whatever you could have needed. Seriously, I could think of it and there it was. Brochures. Drinks. Candies. The ship wasn’t all that big, considering that there were luxury cruise ships with dozens of tiers that towered about the Lady Maria, but that just meant there were fewer people. You wouldn’t have guessed it by looking at the boarding area, though. It seemed that all of the employees had been pulled out for this one.
“What are we going to do first?” Cody asked, coming up behind me and slinging an arm over my shoulder.
“Swimming?” Taylor suggested.
“How about we head to our rooms first and drop off our extra luggage?” Dex said.
I nodded. That sounded like a good idea. I looked down at my floral sundress. I’d probably need to get changed as well. Dex grabbed a boat map from one of the employees milling about and led the way, the rest of us trailing along behind him. The scent of salty ocean air infiltrated my nostrils, making me smile as I tipped my head up towards the sun. All too soon, though, we were heading inside.
We passed rounded bars, a customer services desk, and more than our fair share of cleaning carts as we headed towards the elevators. We found them and thankfully, no one else was waiting to board. It might have been a little bit more crowded than I was comfortable with if we had tried to squeeze four athletes and me and then more people onto an elevator. I shuddered at the thought as the bell dinged and the doors opened.
“What floor are we on?” Taylor asked.
Dex glanced up from the map as Cody leaned forward, his hand hovering over the button. “Top floor,” he said.
I narrowed my gaze on him from the corner of my eye. “Isn’t that the fancy floor?” I asked.
He shrugged. “It’s just the top floor.”
Darren’s shoulders stiffened but he didn’t say anything. Cody frowned but pressed the correct button. A tense silence settled over us as we slowly ascended. Dex sighed and put the map down.
