He pushed her away with a chuckle. “Don’t worry. I’m going to see you tonight.”
“You are? I thought we were supposed to keep it on the down-low.”
“We are. I’m meeting you at Ree’s house at nine o’clock.” He headed for the elevator and pushed the button to call the car.
“Really?” she asked. “What are we doing there?”
“Me and the guys are meeting you and your friends,” he told her.
Vic perked up her ears. “My friends? What friends?”
He shot her a wild grin. “All of them. We’re breaking the news to Quinn and Mila. It’s time we all started working as a team, and we need them to be ready to take the formula as soon as you get it made.”
