Indebted To A Daddy: Once Upon A Daddy Page 7

by Callahan, Kelli

I’m glad I put on a suit—I would be horribly under dressed in anything less.

“Wow, you look amazing.” I stepped out of the car, and my eyes opened wide.

“You clean up pretty good yourself.” Her eyes scanned my attire, and a grin formed on the edge of her lips.

I opened the door, and Chloe slid into the backseat of the car. The driver already had the address, so once I was seated beside her, he pulled away from the curb. I asked Chloe about her day and told her about mine as we drove to the restaurant. Neither of us had anything particularly interesting to share. She spent the day waiting tables, and I spent mine digging through memories of a man I really didn’t know—and going through his shit wasn’t revealing much. Having her beside me was definitely the highlight of an otherwise abysmal day. I hoped she felt the same way—or felt something similar, even if she wasn’t feeling it with the same intensity that I was. Once the car came to a stop in front of the restaurant, I climbed out and extended my hand.

“Thank you.” She took my hand and smirked. “I’ve been getting in and out of cars on my own for a long time, you know.”

“I’m sure you open doors for yourself too.” I held her hand as we walked towards the restaurant. “But I’m going to get them while you’re with me.”

“Unless I beat you there…” She let go of my hand and started walking faster.

“Hey!” I caught up with her and grabbed the door a second before she could get her fingers around the handle.

“Okay, you earned it.” She looked down and laughed.

“After you.” I opened the door and motioned for her to enter the restaurant.

“This place is pretty fancy…” Chloe looked around once we were inside. “What if I had walked out of my apartment in a t-shirt and jeans?”

“I wouldn’t have cared.” I reached for her hand. “I’m just happy to be able to spend time with you.”

“I’m kind of obligated until I pay off my debt.” She grinned and gave me a half-hearted shrug.

“At least I don’t have to worry about the date going bad and never hearing from you again,” I chuckled under my breath.

We were seated fairly quickly and started looking at the menu. I had a hard time taking my eyes off of the beautiful woman sitting across from me. She was a lot more interesting than the food on the menu, even though I was fairly hungry. We put in our drink orders once the waiter made his way to our table, picked out an appetizer, and kept looking over the menu while we waited for it to arrive.

“I don’t even know what to order…” she sighed. “It’s been a while since I’ve had anything this good.”

“You work in a restaurant.” I raised my eyebrows and sipped my water.

“Yeah, but there aren’t that many options.” She put her finger on the menu and narrowed her eyes. “This sounds good—shrimp ravioli.”

“I’ve never tried it, but everything they serve here is amazing.” I nodded.

Our appetizer arrived, and we put in our orders. Chloe chose the shrimp ravioli, and I ordered a steak with a baked potato. Both of our orders came with a salad, and they arrived before we were done with our appetizer. She didn’t seem to be that interested in her salad and picked at it—I figured I should have something healthy to go along with what I ordered, so I finished mine. We talked between bites. Chloe told me about her interest in marketing and the classes she had taken. I was able to offer a few insights from my days of using the concepts in the real world. The conversation continued once our meals arrived, and I was surprised to find out how much of a grasp she had on it—I would have probably hired her for my company, even if she hadn’t finished her degree yet. She was extremely intelligent, and the years of getting by on her own had given her a different perspective than most young people her age.

“So, is this going to be the end of our date, or are you taking me somewhere else once we’re done with dinner?” Chloe tilted her head slightly and reached for her drink.

“I’ve got something else lined up.” I smiled and nodded. “Hopefully, you’ll like it—I promise it’s not another movie that I picked out.”

“Your movie wasn’t bad.” She leaned back and gently laughed. “I would have enjoyed it a lot more if I hadn’t spent the whole day on my feet—I didn’t want to think, I just wanted to relax.”

“I should probably tell you that the next part of our date does involve some walking…” My eyebrows shot up in concern.

“After this meal, I’ll probably need it.” She looked down at her plate.

“If your ankle starts bothering you or something, we can make other arrangements.” I nodded.

“I think it’s fine now. I barely noticed it today.” She reached for her drink.

“Ah, the joy of having nineteen-year-old tendons and ligaments,” I chuckled under my breath.

“Yeah, mine aren’t all old and rusted.” She leaned back and laughed.

“I’ll let that one go…” I narrowed my eyes and growled.

We finished our meal and neither of us were really interested in dessert, so I asked for the check. Once it was paid, we walked back to the car, and I finally told Chloe where we were going to burn off all of the extra calories. She seemed a little intrigued by The Villa of History, and had never been there, so I hoped it would be a good choice. She seemed more interested in the Ancient architecture than the museum, so I bought us a couple of tickets to see that first. The Villa of History had two sections of architecture—one section had designs borrowed from Ancient Greece, and the other had designs borrowed from Ancient Rome. We decided to start with the area inspired by Greek architecture.

“It’s amazing that they were able to build stuff like this back then.” Chloe walked up to one of the displays.

“They didn’t have anything better to do.” I chuckled under my breath. “You can do a lot of impressive stuff when you’re rich and bored—I’m sure that’s how we got the pyramids too.”

“Probably so…” Chloe nodded in agreement. “Imagine if Socrates had just sat at home watching television all day—we wouldn’t even know his name.”

“You’re probably right.” I raised an eyebrow. “He could have just relaxed after a hard day instead of being forced to think…”

“Hmm.” She gave me a side-eyed glance and grinned.

We kept looking around and teasing each other as we walked through the various displays. There was one section with knee-high replicas of various works of art from Ancient Greece—which led to a friendly debate over David’s obvious shrinkage, and the natural beauty of women in that era versus the plastic princesses glamorized by modern media. When we got to the end of the exhibit, we were holding hands, and I had made her laugh enough to lay her head against my arm a few times while we walked.

“It looks like this is the last exhibit—this really has been more like a museum tour than an architectural one.” She looked around. “I guess it’s just the structure?”

“I suppose so.” I nodded. “It looks like this one is dedicated to Draco.”

  “Malfoy?” She raised an eyebrow.

“Really?” I shook my head back and forth. “This guy left quite a legacy behind—he’s the reason ridiculous laws and excessive penalties are called Draconian.”

“Oh? You must be a huge fan…” She looked at me and laughed.

“Why do you say that?” I narrowed my eyes at her.

“Well most people wouldn’t call the cops if they caught a couple of teenagers skinny dipping in their pool. Not to mention this debt I’m working off…” She nudged me. “It sounds very—Draconian.”

“Touché.” I nodded and smiled. “However, if it was truly Draconian, then you would have been collared and sold as a slave for something so scandalous.”

“I guess I got off easy then…” She turned towards me, and her eyes flickered. “You didn’t put a collar on me.”

“That’s because you haven’t tried to run.” I moved closer to her.

I had a twisted ankle, or I would have.” She looked up at me and grinned.

“How fortunate for me.” I narrowed my eyes and felt the air around us getting warmer—or maybe it was just my body temperature.

“Ready to go look at the stuff from Ancient Rome?” Chloe pulled away before I could go in for a kiss.

  “Sure…” I exhaled sharply.

There was a lot more architecture on the Roman side and less exhibits. There were a few banners that referenced an exhibit on Ancient Rome in the museum. The buildings and the structures were awe inspiring, but after seeing all of the stuff that was on display in the Greek side, the overall display wasn’t that impressive. There was a bathhouse that was set up to resemble one from Ancient Rome, and a sign said that it was available for use—during the day—although it warned that authentic nude bathing was not allowed. It seemed like it was more of an attraction for kids since it was basically a pool. The lifeguard chair in the corner kind of threw off the atmosphere, even if it was cleverly disguised to look like it could have been crafted in ancient times.

“How is your ankle holding up?” I looked down at Chloe’s foot. “Do you want to call it a night, or take a look inside?”

“It seems to be fine.” She shrugged. “Let’s go check it out.”

I held Chloe’s hand as we walked into the museum area of The Villa of History. There were several options with various displays, but after seeing the Roman architecture, we were interested in that most of all. The place was so big that it would have taken days to see it all, and we made a few comments about coming back to see it again in the future. That seemed like a good sign—she wasn’t so bored she wanted to forget the place as soon as we left. History seemed to be something that appealed to us both, and I was happy we had found a common interest after our two movie dates were rather lackluster. It was almost closing time for the museum by the time we finished our tour of their exhibits on Ancient Rome—mostly because we both seemed to be taking time to appreciate them all.

“I think we’re the last ones here…” I looked around the parking lot when we stepped outside.

“Probably because it’s a work night.” She gave me a side-eyed glance. “Not that you would know…”

“Every night was a work night when I was running my company.” I held Chloe’s hand as we walked to the car.

“Are you really going to stay retired?” She looked over at me once we were seated, and the car pulled away from the museum. “Surely you’ll get bored at some point.”

“I don’t know.” I shrugged. “I thought about buying a yacht or doing some traveling. I haven’t figured it out yet.”

“By yourself?” She raised an eyebrow.

“Unless I find someone to go with me…” I moved a little closer. “I hear Paris has a museum worth seeing—and a famous painting or something.”

“I’ve heard that too…” She looked over at me, and our eyes met.

I expected her to pull away when I went for a kiss, but I couldn’t resist. I felt hesitation when my lips found hers, but that only lasted for a moment. I crushed her lips beneath mine, and she melted into my embrace. Our first kiss lasted so long that we were both gasping for air when our lips finally parted. The flicker in her eyes had gotten so fierce that it looked like her brown eyes were actually on fire. I immediately kissed her again—with more ferocity—and I got the same thing in return. My tongue ravaged her mouth, and my hand moved along her thigh until I felt the bottom of her dress. She moaned when my fingers moved underneath the fabric, but she stopped me before I could get very far and pulled back from our second kiss.

  “What’s wrong?” I exhaled sharply.

“I’m not ready for that.” She shook her head back and forth. “I’m sorry…”

“It’s okay.” I nodded, and a smile formed on the edge of my lips. “A kiss is good enough for tonight—especially if I get one more.”

“Tell the driver to take the long way back to my apartment…” She sighed and looked down.

I hit the button to lower the privacy screen and gave the driver some instructions. As soon as the privacy screen was back in place, Chloe kissed me—I didn’t even have to coax a third one out of her. I kept my hands on top of her dress, but I explored without meeting much resistance until I tried to move a hand to her inner thigh. I respected her boundary and teased her ribs with a light touch until I got to her breasts. I squeezed them through her dress and heard a light moan when my thumb brushed against her nipple. The long way back to her apartment felt shorter than a hop or a skip, and I was still hungry for those perfectly pouty lips when the car rolled to a stop. We kissed for a few more minutes—but then she finally pulled away.

“Can I see you tomorrow?” I put my hands on her hips and stared into her eyes.

“That’s up to you.” She exhaled sharply. “I’m in your debt…”

“Yes you are.” I nodded and smiled.

I tried to walk Chloe back to her apartment—or at least to the door of her building—but she said she could make it on her own. I still made the driver wait until I saw that she was safely inside. Her perfume lingered in the car once she was gone. I could still taste her lips on mine, and I wanted so much more than a taste. She was in my debt, but I was at her mercy. Those gorgeous curves weren’t going to be mine until I earned them—nothing that good was easy. I wasn’t going to give up—I was going to turn up the heat. There were things she didn’t know about me, but she was certainly going to find out just how fierce I could be when I set my sights on something that I wanted. I reached for my phone and quickly typed out a new challenge.

Show me what’s under that dress: -50

  Decline: +50

I stared at my phone and waited—the timer ticked down until the last second and I felt the anticipation growing. The first option finally flashed, and Chloe’s debt dropped from 325 to 275. A few seconds later, the screen lit up with a picture that made my cock throb in my pants. Chloe was stretched out on her bed, and the picture was taken at an angle. Her face was hidden, but I saw a pink bra with lace along the bottom and matching panties. I couldn’t help but give my cock a little attention. I lightly rubbed it through my pants as I stared at the picture. She was so fucking beautiful—there was no way that I was going to last much longer if I didn’t get to put my hands on those gorgeous curves without a dress acting as a barrier against my touch.

  Corbin: Beautiful…

Chloe: Don’t ask for a picture more revealing than this—it’s all you’re going to get.

Corbin: I’d rather see the rest in person.

  Chloe: You already have…

Corbin: Not up close. You were covering yourself—somewhat.

Chloe: Maybe you should have taken a picture :)

Corbin: Nah, I’d rather memorize it.

Chloe: Enjoy the picture. I need to go to bed now.

  Corbin: I will… Goodnight.

  Probably a lot more than I should…

  Chapter Nine

  Chloe

There was no way that I was going to be able to go to sleep, despite telling Corbin it was time for bed. My heart was still beating hard in my chest—my head was still spinning—the adrenaline was still coursing through my veins. The adrenaline was what gave me the courage to send Corbin the dirtiest picture I had ever taken of myself. It took everything in me not to ask him to come back to my apartment when the car came to a stop outside of it. It was the first time I had felt those kind of urges, but they were like fire dancing in my soul. I wasn’t thinking about the fact that I was a virgin when he was kissing me—or when I felt his hands on my skin—I wasn’t thinking about anything except how much I wanted him to keep going.

I barely got control of my senses long enough to make him stop…

I put my phone on the charger and rolled over onto my back. I needed to put on pajamas, but I was too hot for that. I removed my bra and tossed it on the floor. My nipples were still nubs from being caressed—I was so turned on that I didn
t know how I would ever be able to sleep. My panties were wet and sticking to me—I started to remove them and felt a tingle when the silk was peeled away from my pussy. I already knew what I was going to do—I didn’t have a choice. I had to put the fire out somehow. My legs fell open, and my fingers moved to my clit. It only took a couple of quick rotation around the tight bundle of nerves for the pleasure to shoot through me and make my body shake.

This is definitely going to be my quickest orgasm ever—holy shit.

My fingers started moving faster, and I started to squirm on the bed. The kiss had gotten me so turned on that it didn’t take much stimulation at all. I rolled my finger in quick circles around my clit until the pressure built, then kept going until it released. My muscles got tight as the orgasm seized control, and then a wave of bliss made my body shake harder. There wasn’t much of a peak. It was just a quick burst, and then it was over. Thankfully, it was enough to sap my energy and take the edge off. I didn’t bother to get up and put on pajamas. I just rolled to the other side of my bed, pulled the covers tight around my body, and closed my eyes so that I could take advantage of the respite.

It’s going to be really hard to keep turning him down if he makes me feel like that every time he kisses me.

  The next day

“Chloe, you’ve got a customer at table six.” My boss walked over and waved his hand at me. “Are you awake—what’s wrong?”

“I’m sorry, Mr. North!” I snapped back to reality immediately. “I’m just tired!”

It was a long morning which felt like it was dragging on because I didn’t get as much sleep as I normally got. Even after I managed to subdue the fire burning inside of me with my finger, I still tossed and turned. My body was craving something else, and the placebo wasn’t enough. I reached into my apron for my pen and paper as I walked towards table six. I normally didn’t cover that table, but one of the other waitresses called in sick, so I was pulling double duty—thankfully, we weren’t that busy.
