Tripp made an aggravated noise. “Come on.” He growled.
Jayme grinned as he kicked them aside. His cock stood at attention, eager to get this party started. He fisted it, and lazily pumped his hand up and down the shaft. Tripp looked ready to explode. His hands were fisted at his sides, and his nostrils were flaring from the force of his breaths.
He cocked his head to the side. “What are you waiting for?”
That seemed to do it. Tripp tore his T-shirt off as he stormed over to him. He grabbed Jayme’s face, being careful of his head; and crushed their mouths together in a bruising kiss. The first swipe of tongue had Jayme moaning. Jayme slid his hands around Tripp’s slim waist, and up his muscular back. Tripp ravaged his mouth, until they were both panting and pulling apart in search of air.
Tripp kicked off his shoes and shoved his gym shorts and underwear off his hips. He then pushed Jayme onto the bed. He scooted up farther on the bed and laid his head on a pillow. Tripp crawled up onto the bed, and immediately took Jayme’s cock into his mouth. Jayme cried out.
He lifted his head and gazed down his body to watch as Tripp sucked him off. Tripp rolled his eyes up to meet his gaze.
“Fuck.” He breathed.
“I love your big fucking cock in my mouth,” Tripp said, before taking Jayme down his throat.
“Oh Jesus!” He choked.
He grabbed ahold of Tripp’s hair, and yanked his head up and off of his cock.
“You’re gonna make me come, and I don’t want to do that until your cock is buried in my ass.”
Tripp hummed his approval, then leaned over to grab the lube and a condom from the nightstand. He put them on the bed next to Jayme’s thigh, then sat back on his heels between Jayme’s legs. Tripp grabbed the lube and poured some on his fingers. He knew what was coming. Tripp had played there before, but never did more than a couple of fingers. Cool lube met his hole as Tripp pressed a finger inside of him. He squirmed at the intrusion. It was always weird at first, but it would become pleasurable. Tripp worked his finger in and out for a minute, before he added another one. Jayme gasped at the stretch.
“This is nothing, babe. Wait till you feel my cock inside of you,” Tripp murmured.
He moaned in response. Tripp was a dirty talker in bed, and he loved it. It turned him on. Tripp added one more finger. “Oh, shit!” he cried.
“You’re fucking tight. Oh my God. I can’t wait to put my fucking dick in your ass.”
“Tripp!”
Tripp removed his fingers, and he whimpered at the loss.
“Don’t you worry, something better is coming.” Tripp chuckled. “I love it when you get all submissive in bed, by the way. Total turn on.”
“Noted.”
Tripp rolled on the condom and added more lube. He pushed Jayme’s legs up and out. He got the hint and grabbed the backs of his knees; and held his legs out of the way. Tripp rubbed his cock against Jayme’s hole. Jayme’s stomach fluttered in anticipation. Tripp then pushed forward, and slowly breached the tight ring of muscle. He gritted his teeth. It felt like a lot more than Tripp’s fingers.
Tripp inched forward gradually, until he was fully sheathed. He was so full. Tripp felt incredibly big inside of him. Then he started to move, and none of that mattered anymore. Pleasure took over, and Jayme moaned loudly.
“That’s it, baby. Take it.” Tripp panted.
To his surprise, Tripp dropped his body down on top of him and gathered him up in his arms. Tripp tucked his face into Jayme’s neck, and moaned. He let go of his knees and clung to Tripp’s shoulders. It was a very intimate position, one that made Jayme’s heart flutter. It made him fall a little harder, a little deeper.
Tripp’s mouth found his for a messy, but hot as hell kiss. When the kiss ended, Tripp kept his face over Jayme’s. Their eyes met, and their noses and lips brushed with each thrust. This wasn’t just sex, this was something more; and they both knew it. They were in a relationship now. Feelings and emotions were involved. They may have been before, but now they’ve been acknowledged.
Tripp changed the angle slightly, which hit his prostate. He let out a guttural shout, which made Tripp smile above him.
“Keep going, just like that, Tripp. I’m gonna come.”
“Do it. Come for me.”
A few more thrusts, and Jayme was coming without even touching his cock.
Tripp moaned. “I’m gonna come too.”
One more thrust, and Tripp shoved in as far as he could; and stayed there. He could feel his cock pulsing inside of him, and it was the sexiest thing ever. Tripp moaned again, this time it was long and low.
He lifted his head, and kissed Tripp languidly. “That was incredible.”
“Yeah, it was.”
After a couple minutes of recuperation, they got cleaned up; then fell back in bed together. They spent the rest of the day lounging around, having sex, and snacking.

Jayme
The next day, Jayme was sitting in the kitchen; drinking coffee while Tripp got ready to go to work without him. He wasn’t happy about it, but the doctors told him he was to be out of work at least until the staples came out.
His cell phone rang where it sat on the table in front of him. He groaned when he saw who was calling. He picked it up and swiped his thumb over the screen. The call was inevitable, and he might as well get it over with.
“Hey, Mal,” he answered.
“You were shot in the head?!” she squawked.
He rolled his eyes. “It grazed the side of my head.”
“Are you all right?”
“Yes. I’m fine.”
“That’s good. Why didn’t you call me? I had to hear it from Matt’s wife.”
“I haven’t had a chance.”
She made a noise like she didn’t totally believe that statement.
“Oh, while I have you on the phone.” he started. “There’s something I need to talk to you about.”
He glanced at Tripp, who was making himself some eggs for breakfast. Tripp gave him a nod of encouragement.
“Okay.”
“I...uh...I want a paternity test done,” he said with a wince. He knew this wasn’t going to go over well.
Mallory was silent for a moment before blurting, “Are you fucking kidding me? I called to make sure you were okay after getting shot, and you want to bring up a paternity test?”
“I told you I was fine. I was going to call you about it anyway.”
“Why all of a sudden do you want a paternity test? Is this Tripp’s idea?”
“Tripp has nothing to do with this. I’m having a hard time believing that you and Brendan weren’t fucking around behind my back. How do you know the baby isn’t his?”
“Because I know.”
“Well, I want the test to be sure.”
She made an aggravated sound. “Fine. I’ll set up an appointment.”
“Thank you.”
“I’ll let you know when it is.”
“Okay.”
Without so much as a goodbye, Mallory hung up.
Tripp grinned at him. “She thought it was my idea?”
“Yep.”
“It kinda was.” Tripp snickered.
“Yep.” He laughed. “She doesn’t need to know that though.”
Tripp finished making his eggs and put them on a plate. He grabbed a fork and his coffee, then went and sat down across from Jayme.
“What are you gonna do all day while I’m gone?” Tripp asked, then took a bite of his breakfast.
“Go out of my mind?”
“Mmm, now you know how I felt when I had to stay home while you went to work.”
He rolled his eyes and took a sip of his coffee. “Seamus said I can help him plan his proposal to Mitch. I might go over there today.”
“Oh fun. When’s he planning on popping the question?”
“Next month.”
“Nice.”
Tripp poked at his eggs with his fork and pursed his
lips like he was thinking about saying something; but isn’t sure if he should.
“What?” he asked.
Tripp shrugged. “Would you ever want to get married again?”
“I don’t know. Maybe? I guess it depends.”
“Depends on what?” Tripp replied, his gaze finding Jayme’s.
“If the person I’m with is someone I can’t live without.”
Tripp nodded and took another bite of his eggs.
“Do you want to get married?”
“Yes,” Tripp replied without a hint of hesitation.
He smiled. “Okay.”
“I mean, eventually. To the right person.”
His smile softened. “I knew what you meant.”
Tripp blushed. He quickly finished off his breakfast and took his plate to the sink; where he rinsed it and put it in the dishwasher. Jayme downed the rest of his coffee and headed over to the sink. He sat the mug down on the counter and grabbed Tripp around the waist. Tripp stiffened slightly as he pressed their fronts together.
“Hey. Relax. It’s just a conversation.” He soothed.
“I just don’t want you to think I want to get married now. I wasn’t talking about now...”
“I know. You’re talking about the future. It might not even be with me.”
“Right.”
“Or it might be with me.” He grinned.
Tripp’s lips twitched as he fought not to smile. “Could be.”
“I guess only time will tell.”
Tripp nodded in agreement. “Yep.”
He leaned in and kissed Tripp softly on the lips, lingering there for a moment. Man, he was totally falling for this guy, and could definitely see this relationship leading to marriage; but he wasn’t going to tell Tripp that. Not yet.
“All right. I gotta go. Have fun with your brother,” Tripp said.
He let him go and nodded. “Thanks.”
Tripp turned to leave, and Jayme gave his ass a swat; making Tripp glance over his shoulder at him. His sexy dimples deepening, as he flashed Jayme a sultry smile. His heart fluttered madly. Yep, he was falling hard for Tripp Littrell.

Jayme
Jayme waited patiently next to Mallory in the doctor’s office two weeks later. They were there to get their blood drawn for the paternity test. Mallory was in a shitty mood, and she was sitting there with her arms crossed over her chest; firm pout on her face.
“I don’t know why you don’t believe me when I say it’s yours,” she muttered.
He gave her an incredulous look. “You’re kidding me, right?”
“Whatever.”
“You’ve done nothing but lie to me. Why the hell should I believe anything you say?”
“Why are you here at all then if you don’t believe me?”
“Because of the slight chance that it is mine.”
“You’re gonna feel stupid when this test comes back saying that it’s yours.”
“Okay.”
Their names get called, cutting off their lovely conversation. They were taken back into the lab area of the office and were told to take a seat in two of the chairs. Mallory went first, then Jayme.
“Call me as soon as you get the results,” he said as they walked out to their cars. “I want to see the paperwork too.”
“Fine.” Mallory huffs.
Without a goodbye, they each get into their cars and drive off. Jayme headed to the gym. He took the day off of work to make the appointment, and now he has extra time to do whatever he wants before Tripp gets home. Time at the gym sounded good to work off some frustration.
He was doing bicep curls with the free weights when he saw Brendan coming up behind him in the mirror. He kept going. He wasn’t going to let this douchebag bother him while he was working out.
Brendan stopped next to him, looking hesitant. “Hey, Jayme.”
He ignored him, as he powered through his reps.
“Come on, Man. You can’t ignore me forever.”
“Sure, I can.” He panted.
“Listen, I’m sorry. She came onto me and I was weak. I knew it was wrong, but I couldn’t stop myself. I love her, Jayme.”
Jayme put down the weights and turned to face Brendan. “How long?”
“How long what?”
“How long were you together before we got divorced?”
“About six months.”
“And you came into work everyday and looked me in the eye and pretended to be my friend. Why did you come over here? You think we could salvage things? Forget it.” He scoffed, and moved on to do some back exercises. Brendan followed him.
“Didn’t you ever hear of forgive and forget? We can still be friends.”
“No, we can’t, because I can’t trust you. What are you doing out of work anyway?”
“I took a personal day. You can trust me, Jayme. I fucked up. I’ve apologized. Can’t we just move on?”
“Sure. You can move right on outta my face.”
“God, you’re stubborn.”
He shrugged, then went about continuing his workout. Brendan shook his head and rolled his eyes before walking away. Good. He was not going to reconsider his decision. Brendan fucked up beyond forgiveness in his book. There would be no reconciliation.
After the gym, he headed home to get dinner started. Tripp would be home in a half hour and he figured it’d be nice to have dinner on the table for when he walked in.
Dinner was just about finished when Tripp walked in the front door. “Honey, I’m home!”
He smiled. Tripp was such a goof sometimes. The timer went off for the chicken in the oven, he pulled the tray out; and set it on the stove. Strong arms came around his waist and pulled him back against a hard body. Tripp kissed the side of his neck, then rested his chin on Jayme’s shoulder.
“Hi,” Tripp murmured.
“Hey.”
“Smells good. I’m hungry.”
“Why don’t you go get changed, then we can eat?”
“But then I’d have to let you go.”
He couldn’t stop the stupid grin that took over his face, and the fluttering of his heart. He turned his head and popped a kiss on Tripp’s temple. “Go on.”
Tripp let out an exaggerated sigh. “Fine.”
With one last squeeze, Tripp let him go; and went upstairs to get out of his work gear. By the time Tripp came back down in nothing but a pair of gym shorts, he had put the food on the table. They sat across from each other, and piled food onto their plates.
“How was your day?” he asked.
“Slow. We really didn’t have anything going on. Mrs. Maynard gave me a free donut though, that was a plus.”
He chuckled.
“How about you? How was the appointment?”
“Fine. Mallory’s a real piece of work. She can’t understand why I don’t believe her when she says the baby is mine.”
Tripp scoffed and shook his head, then took a bite of chicken.
“Exactly,” he responded.
“She’s an asshole.”
“Speaking of assholes, I ran into Brendan at the gym. He apparently took a personal day. He was trying to make things right with me. Like that’ll ever happen. He ruined our friendship the moment he fucked my wife.” Jayme stabbed a piece of his chicken with his fork.
Tripp nodded. “Definitely.”
“He thinks I should forgive and forget,” Jayme said, then put the chicken in his mouth. "They had been fucking for six months before we got divorced. He lied to my face the entire time and he wants me to forgive him."
“It’s one thing to forgive. Sometimes you need to forgive to get closure. But forget? That one’s a little harder, especially when someone betrayed your trust.”
“Yes.”
“You don’t have to do anything that you don’t feel comfortable with.”
“I know. He said she came onto him, and he was weak; and that he loves her.”
“The only problem I see is that after the baby
is born. If they’re still together, Brendan’s going to be involved in the baby’s life. You’re going to have to be civil with him.”
He hummed his acknowledgment. “I can be civil.”
Tripp nodded. “I know you can.”
“This whole thing has got me stressed.” He admitted. “I keep getting the shakes in my hands.”
“I’ve noticed. Maybe we should take a little vacation, just get away.”
He nodded slowly as he thought about it. “Yeah. I haven’t been on a vacation in a couple years. Probably not since my honeymoon.”
“Well, you are definitely overdue then, my friend. Where would you like to go?”
He finished off his dinner and sat back in his chair. Where would he like to go? There were plenty of places he hasn’t been.
“Do you want to go to a place where we can lay on the beach all day? Or maybe go to a mountainous area where we can hike?” Tripp offered.
“They both sound appealing.”
“There are plenty of places that have both. St. Lucia and Hawaii are a couple.”
“I’ve never been to either.”
“I’ve been to St. Lucia, but not Hawaii.”
“Then let’s go there, it’ll be a first for both of us.”
Tripp smiled brightly, his dimples deepening. “Sounds good to me. I’ll call my sister. She’s a travel agent.”
“Perfect.” He smiled.
“It might take a couple weeks to get everything worked out. Plus, we have to request off from work.”
“That’s okay.”
“Okay. I’ll call her tonight.”
“Great.”
Tripp helped him clean up and put the extra food away. He sat at the kitchen table while Tripp called his sister. Tripp sat down across from him.
“Hey, El... I have a favor to ask...can you book Jayme and I a trip to Hawaii?...Yeah, for a week...yes, we know it’s expensive...I wouldn’t be asking you to do this if I couldn’t afford it, El...now that Jayme lives here and splits the bills, I’ve been able to save money; I’m good...Yes, good, look into it and call me back...okay, love you too, bye.”
