Slowly my body feels more and more weak. I don’t know what is cursed in these witch chains, but It has to be bad for…….something. There is something I am supposed to remember. Something important.
“What’s happening to me?” I ask. I’m out of breath just from asking a question.
The woman’s gray eyes turn to me. “Oh honey, no need to worry. Soon, you will forget who you are and people will stop looking for you. Your only purpose will be to supply me with that beautiful pure blood. Now rest, I will need more tomorrow.”
It was as is if her command went straight to my eye lids. They close willingly, and although something inside me is telling me I should stay awoke and keep fighting, for the life of me, I can’t remember why. Sleep claims me.
