Sean grabbed the bottom of Rocky’s shirt and began to slowly take it off as Rocky lifted his arms up to the sky. He stared at Rocky’s core, at his stomach, at the muscles and lines on his chest. Then he swallowed. “What about your pants?”
“Better take care of that too,” he said.
Sean moved his hands down to Rocky’s jeans and began to unzip him. It was sort of difficult, in the position they were in, but Rocky shifted his weight around so that Sean could have easier access. He extended his legs when Sean finally finished unzipping him. Slowly, very slowly, Sean began to move his hands down Knight’s legs.
He could practically feel Knight shivering under him when he moved his hands down Knight’s skin. Rocky closed the space between them, kissing him firmly on the mouth. Their legs were intertwined and they were so close to each other, Sean felt like he could hear Rocky’s heartbeat.
He craned his neck up to look at Rocky’s face. Rocky’s eyes were ablaze with an intensity Sean didn’t think he had ever seen before. When they kissed again, Sean’s breath caught in the back of his throat. He had kissed Rocky plenty of times before, but he had never felt this wanting, this desire, this abandon—it was almost too much.
“Now you,” Rocky said, looking down at his clothed legs.
Sean groaned. He unfolded his legs so that Rocky would have access to them, and watched as Rocky began to remove his pajamas. His hands were warm against Sean’s skin. Rocky threw his pants somewhere—Sean wasn’t sure where, exactly. All that he knew was that it didn’t matter. All that mattered was the way Rocky’s body felt under his own, his strong legs, his beautiful arms, his long fingers against Sean’s skin.
“You are so beautiful,” Rocky whispered into his ear.
The sound of his voice made Sean shudder. Rocky kissed his cheek, then the outline of his jaw. He tilted Sean’s head back by grabbing onto the back of his head firmly and making him look at the ceiling.
“I want you,” Rocky said. “I want you more than anything else I’ve ever wanted in my life.”
Sean whimpered as Rocky bit down on his chin, softly, just hard enough not to leave a mark on his skin.
“Do you want me?”
“Yes,” Sean said between quickening breaths.
“Then you’re going to have to ask,” Rocky said, moving away from him. He released Sean’s hair, but Sean kept his neck craned back, and he continued to look up at the ceiling.
“You’re cruel,” Sean said, his heart beating hard in his chest. He didn’t think it was possible to get more turned on than he already was, his legs intertwined with Rocky’s own, their faces level with each other, but Rocky’s words were enough to make his cock throb.
And that fucking smirk. Sean would have wanted to punch him if it hadn’t made him feel weak at the knees.
“You can’t want it that much, then,” Rocky said.
“I want it,” Sean replied. “I want you.”
“Don’t move,” Rocky said. Sean watched him as he began to move away from him, all limbs and soft skin, and he sighed when Rocky’s skin stopped touching his. He wanted more, but he did his best to remain still as he sat down, his throbbing cock and Rocky’s beautiful body distracting him from the task at hand.
Rocky leaned down, and Sean got a nice view of the curve of his ass, of his calves and his thighs. He was taking a while. Sean didn’t know if it was to give him a show, or if it was to torture him. He wriggled in place, his cock still throbbing, as Rocky got back on the bed, a bottle of lube in his hand.
Rocky sat in front of him and wrapped his legs around Sean’s own. They were so close to each other, Sean could see the way Rocky’s stomach moved up and down with every breath.
He squirted the lube onto his hand. He did so slowly, very slowly, enough to drive Sean a little crazy. He was clearly teasing him. Sean groaned. “Seriously?”
“I love seeing you like this,” Rocky said. “All red and pliant and beautiful. I want to take my time with you.”
Sean groaned again.
“Lift your body off the bed,” Rocky said. His finger was well-lubed and he was waiting for Sean with his finger. “I want you to grind yourself up against me until you’re about to come.”
Sean shook his head. This, this was all too much, and he wanted to say that he couldn’t do it. He couldn’t see how he was supposed to move his body at all, he didn’t know how he was supposed to do anything but stay there, staring at Rocky as he looked down at him.
He managed to do it. As if being pulled by an invisible thread, he managed to lift his body off the bed, and then, very slowly, he squatted down. It seemed like Rocky knew exactly how to position himself, because he found Sean’s hole in what felt like a second.
Sean closed his eyes and breathed deeply. Rocky edged his body closer to Sean’s own, wrapping his free arm around Sean’s waist. Sean put his forehead on Rocky’s and began to rock his hips back and forth on his finger as it caught his prostate. He took a deep breath and then kissed Rocky back when Rocky pressed his firm, soft lips against his own.
Rocky moved his face away from Sean’s. “You’re so beautiful,” he said. “I love it when you do that.”
Sean groaned. He didn’t feel beautiful. He didn’t feel anything, except hot. Everything felt like it was covered with a hazy sheen of pleasure. Sean couldn’t be sure, but he felt like their breath had fogged up the windows in the bedroom, and as his pace began to quicken, he felt himself getting closer and closer to orgasm with every motion, every stroke, every thrust.
“Stop,” Rocky said.
He did. Immediately. He didn’t want to, but he did as he was told, his body melting into Rocky’s as he moaned something that sounded a lot like a protest.
“I want to fuck you,” Rocky said.
Sean groaned. “Please,” he said, closing his eyes.
“Please what?”
“Please,” Sean whined. “Please, I need you inside me.”
“Get on top of me,” Rocky said.
Sean nodded. He could still barely move, he was so turned on, and his cock was hard and throbbing, and every time he got closer to orgasm, he felt like he was practically about to faint. Rocky grabbed him firmly by the waist as he positioned himself just right to enter him. He did so slowly at first, and even though Sean was more than ready for him, it was a little uncomfortable at first.
Their bodies were very close, and Rocky was well-endowed. But Rocky took his time, letting Sean adjust on top of him, letting him take deep breaths and kissing him on the face, calling him a good boy, telling him how hot and sexy he was. The words all sort of merged into each other. His brain couldn’t really process what Rocky was saying, but his voice was a tether to his own body.
He threw his head back and groaned as he got more comfortable on Rocky’s lap. Rocky smiled at him. “You’re so gorgeous,” he said.
Sean tried to smile back at him, but it didn’t seem to work. His skin felt like it was on fire and he was barely in control of his own muscles as Rocky extended a leg and wrapped it around Sean’s body.
He had thought they were close before, but now they were so close that the skin on their chest and stomach was touching, and Rocky began to kiss his neck as he continued to fuck Sean.
He did so slowly, deliberately teasing him, bringing him to the edge of orgasm in just a few minutes. Sean was digging his fingertips into the skin on Rocky’s back.
Without thinking about it—without ever planning on it—Sean began to rock his hips back and forth on Rocky’s cock, his mouth open and just far away enough from Rocky’s mouth that Rocky couldn’t kiss him.
Rocky, his arm still wrapped around Sean’s waist, tilted Sean’s body down. He was kneeling, and Sean was on the bed, his body at a ninety degree angle, gasping because he needed more—more—of Rocky.
As Rocky began to pound into him—harder, this time, but still paying attention to Sean’s body, still paying attention to Sean’s every breath, to the way he moved and moaned.
He reached down, and somehow, he took Sean’s cock in his hand. He began to stroke him at the same time as he fucked Sean, and then he was telling Sean that he was going to come, and Sean was saying something—or at least he thought he was saying something, he couldn’t tell, he could hardly hear anything. All that he could feel was the pleasure spreading all over his body, the fireworks going off from his core to the tips of his fingers, the heat rising all the way to the top of his head.
He was vaguely aware that he was having an orgasm, but then, he was vaguely aware of having a body in the first place, and all he could think about was Rocky’s hot, warm skin on his own body.
And Rocky’s voice, saying something that sounded like Sean’s name. But there was, of course, no way for him to be sure.
Once the sex was over—once Sean’s legs had stopped shaking—he still clung on to Rocky. They remained like that for what could have been hours, Rocky’s arms around him, and Sean’s forehead on Rocky, his breath shaky and his heart going a million miles an hour.
CHAPTER EIGHTEEN
The light woke Rocky up. He was buried under a mountain of blankets and Sean had his arm around his chest. He was sleeping naked next to him, drool pooling on his pillow, and Rocky felt his heart swell as he looked at him.
He knew what he had to do. He had known, maybe from the moment that he had walked back in the Connor mansion, exactly what he had to do. But it hadn’t been clear before this moment, before Sean was nothing but beautiful and vulnerable next to him.
Rocky leaned over and kissed the tip of his nose. Sean stirred under his touch, but he didn’t wake up. Rocky knew he must have been extremely tired.
He tried to move his limbs away from Sean’s sleeping body, but doing so was surprisingly difficult, and he really didn’t want to wake Sean up.
He needed to talk to Sean’s father. Alone.
He finally managed to untangle himself from Sean and smiled down at him. Fuck, he was beautiful. Knight felt a stab of pain in his chest. He really had been an idiot to let him go in the first place. He couldn’t believe he had practically walked away from him.
He took a deep breath, then began to grab his clothes from around the bedroom floor. The room smelled like sex, and he was sure they hadn’t been quiet, but the place was a mansion, and the extra space made up for the lack of being discreet.
At least, he hoped so. Once he was done dressing himself, he looked at his reflection in the mirror. There were bags under his eyes and his hair was all messed up.
He really wanted to look better when he went to see the president, but this was as good as things were going to get. He needed to speak to him immediately, before he lost his courage.
He ran his finger through his hair and hit his cheeks a couple of times. He wanted to perk himself up a little bit. He tried to do it quietly, his gaze on Sean’s reflection.
Sean didn’t move. Rocky smiled, then took a deep breath.
He walked out of the room with purpose, closing the door softly behind him. He found the president in his study, where he thought he would be, without ever having to ask a member of staff.
He was reading a book. President Connor always started the day by reading a book, so Rocky was vaguely aware that it was early in the morning, maybe before six.
He knocked on the door, even though it was wide open.
The president put the book down on his lap, and smiled at Knight. “Agent Knight.”
“President Connor,” Knight said as he entered the room. He noted how much thinner Connor had gotten, how protruding his cheekbones were. He must have been a good-looking young man once, Knight thought. Sean had his eyes, and his nose, too.
“Sit down, please,” Connor said, gesturing toward the chair across from him.
Knight did as he was told.
Connor cocked his head. “How can I help you, Agent Knight?”
“It’s just Rocky now,” he said. “I haven’t been an agent for months.”
Connor smiled. “And I haven’t been president for years,” he said. “I don’t think you’ll ever stop being Agent Knight.”
Rocky smiled, then shook his head. “That’s what I wanted to talk to you about.”
Connor stared at him. “You want to get reinstated?”
Rocky looked away from him. He dug his fingers into the seat under him. He cleared his throat before he spoke. “No,” he said. “I want to ask Sean to marry me.”
There was a long, heavy silence between them. He could see President Connor from the corner of his eye, and he looked like he was deep in thought.
“Okay,” he said. “Why ask me?”
“Because,” Rocky replied. “If Sean gets custody of your daughter, I—”
Connor waved him off. “Agent Knight, you have proven, time and time again, that I can trust you with my children’s well-being.”
“I have?”
“Yes,” President Connor said. “And I think this would be good for Sean. My son is a bit listless when he’s alone. Having you… you’re family. You’ve always been family. This would just formalize it.”
Rocky turned his head to look at President Connor. “Does that mean I can ask him?”
Connor laughed, throwing his head back. Sean’s laugh definitely sounded like his. “I’m not in charge of that, Agent. But if you’re asking if you have my blessing, of course you have my blessing.”
Knight swallowed. His heart was going so fast, he thought he might actually faint.
“Thank you, Mr. President,” he said. He stood up and walked over to where President Connor was sitting, extending his hand. The president looked at his hand, stood up, and grabbed it.
Rocky could count the number of times that the president had touched him on one hand. But Connor closed the space between them, hugging him and patting him on the back.
Rocky stiffened up, unsure of how he was supposed to react. Then he hugged Connor back, stiffly enough to make the president laugh.
“Finally,” Connor said.
Knight raised his eyebrows.
“I was wondering how long it’d take for my son to make a good decision,” he said. “I was starting to lose hope.”
Rocky felt a little bad laughing at Sean’s expense, but most of what he felt was relief. “Thank you, Mr. President,” he said. “Thank you so much.”
Connor waived him off.
When Rocky left the room, he was so distracted that he didn’t realize there was someone at the door. He practically jumped back and instinctively reached for his holster before his brain processed that it was Sean, wearing his wrinkled up, flimsy looking pajamas.
Sean laughed. “Really? I startled you?”
“You were hiding,” Rocky replied, surprised at the edge in his voice. “Did you want me to tackle you or something?”
“I don’t think I’d hate that,” Sean said, laughing. Then he crossed his arms over his chest and pouted.
Rocky stared at him. “What?”
“I heard you.”
Rocky felt his cheeks redden. “Sean, I—”
“Yes,” Sean said. “But you’re going to have to make it up to me.”
“Yes what?”
“Yes, I’ll marry you,” Sean said, tapping his foot on the floor impatiently. “But also, you suck for asking my dad first.”
Rocky smiled. He took a step toward Sean, then shook his head. “I’m going to propose properly,” he said. “And you’re going to have to act surprised.”
“I’m already preparing for it,” Sean said.
“Don’t,” Rocky replied, taking another step toward him, then tilting Sean’s head up with his thumb. “You’ll ruin it.”
“I think we’re already there.”
“Where?”
“Engaged,” Sean said. “If you ask me, it’s just for show.”
“No, it isn’t,” Rocky said, rolling his eyes and laughing. “It’s because I want to ask you. Not your dad.”
Sean’s eyes twinkled, and Rocky could see the corne
r of his lip twitching. “But you do admit that we are already there?”
“Yeah,” Rocky said, kissing him softly. “I think we are.”
