Porter frowned at that. He had always considered himself frugal and of reasonable purpose and prospects.
She acknowledged his concern. “We have horses from Stoney’s crew.”
He nodded with a wry grin. “Yes we do. And considerably less pukes to deal with in the vicinity. Maybe that is a win I can talk about in the morning.”
“You will not talk about the rest? The sacred mountain and Old Ones?”
Porter shook his shaggy head. “Hell no.”
