My mouth dropped open in confusion and surprise, sure that I was imagining things. Surely there wasn’t a man between my legs, his head buried there like he was looking for some kind of treasure, his mouth doing the most amazing things that had my legs trembling and my thighs quivering. Had the feeling not been so intense, I would have sworn on everything good and true that I was dreaming; that this was just the workings of my very overactive imagination. After all, I was still pretty darned sure that I’d kicked the bucket, croaked, crossed over - that I was very, very, dead. So what the hell was happening to me? And better yet, where the hell was I?
Even as the man continued to lick at my center, my eyes bounced around the room quickly, but with enough time for me to realize I wasn’t in my own dorm room anymore. A particularly long stroke of a velvet tongue had me moaning again and it took everything in me to keep from reacting; from wrapping my legs around his neck to keep him in place.
What the hell was wrong with me? Some strange man was currently going down on me and I was just laying there letting him? With a gasp of outrage at my own behavior, I used both of my hands to frantically push his head away while simultaneously scooting backward on my butt in an attempt to put as much distance between us as possible.
“What’s wrong?” the stranger asked, drawing my shocked gaze to his face.
Holy hell, the man was gorgeous! Like panty dropping gorgeous - which probably explained why my panties had been so willing to drop without even asking me for permission first.
My mouth dropped open in sheer amazement at his beauty, but at the same time, my head swam with so many images and my body filled with so much emotion I was afraid I was going to pass out. Deep blue eyes rose to meet mine and my heart thudded inside my suddenly tight chest.
What in warlock’s hell was wrong with me? Before I could think to answer the question myself, a sharp light flashed behind my eyes and a series of images blossomed one after the other, in rapid succession. I blinked rapidly, trying to get a grip on the images flooding my mind. They seemed more like memories. Memories of me, but not really me, and this man together…as lovers. The fake memories (because how could they be real when I’d never met this man in my life?) swarmed around, slamming against my skull in a rapid drumbeat that had my hands suddenly grasping the sides of my head, fearing it might just explode if I didn’t hold on to it.
