Hunter rose with great dignity. ‘It’s about time you popped the question, Manfredi. Why leave Preston and me alone on the ledge?’
From Izzy came Kate’s favorite reply: ‘Thank goodness, because the rest are engagement presents and we hate returning stuff to the store.’
Her former boss, Nate, was last to respond to their announcement: ‘Like I said, Kate, the Price team isn’t as stupid as it looks. To Kate and Eric. With food and drink this good, I can’t wait for the wedding.’
