“Come up onto your hands and knees,” he said but didn’t leave me any time to react. He bore his palms under my hips and pulled me up onto all four. Vulnerable and exposed, he positioned himself behind me, and the head of his penis pushed against my swollen lips.
“What are you doing?” I asked.
If he ever answered, I couldn’t say. Still dazed by my orgasm, all I could hear were his moans of pleasure. “Oh fuck! This is even better than the last time. You, sweetheart, are so ready for this.”
I gasped at the pain of my walls stretching, allowing his thickness to inch inside. He stroked in and out of me a few times, pushing a bit deeper with each thrust. I moaned in lust and tensed the muscles in my back at the same time.
“Sh,” he whispered and combed his hand through my hair. “It won’t hurt as much if you relax. I will not hurt you. You know that, right? Do you trust me?”
“Yes.”
“Then let me push inside you all the way.” He caressed my hips with the palms of his hands. “I’ll be slow and gentle. It will be a lot easier for you after that.”
I took a deep breath and nodded. Slow, tiny movements slithered their way through my tight walls until all of his filled all of mine. Goosebumps covered my body at the thought. The pain retreated to the back of my head, but my sounds of pleasure continued to resonate the room. He pulled out and pushed all the way back in, each time with more force.
“You need to slow down,” I said and turned my head to gaze at him.
“Uh-uh,” he said and shook his head. “I told you that train has left the station. I want to fuck you.”
He pounded so hard against my entrance, I almost lost my balance. I didn’t mean to contradict myself, but my body no longer seemed to listen to me. Each time he pushed my hot folds wide, I pressed back against him. I loved the way he slid inside me. Loved the way he took possession over my body. Loved… No! Don’t even go there!
“Damn you are so sexy, Ayanna. I swear I have it right there. At the tip of my cock, almost pouring out of me.”
He rotated his hips in small circles, and another wave of heat swept over me like a guest who refused to leave. Then he stopped.
“Turn onto your back,” he said as he pulled out of me.
I allowed myself a moment to stretch my back, then I turned and lay down with open legs, ready to receive his shaft once more. Shiny and covered in our cream, he lowered himself between my legs and rested at my entrance. He rubbed across and between my folds, rubbing my clit with the head of his penis. I arched my body to guide him inside, but he refused and continued to tease me.
“Look at me,” he said.
He stared into my eyes and pressed inside me once more. The history of pain erased from my memory, his careful and gentle movements set fire to the inside of my chest. Something has changed! The furious lust in his eyes was replaced by something I had no name for. Something so true and sincere, it excited and scared me at the same time.
“This is different,” I said.
“I’m glad you noticed.” He gave another thrust. Slow and soft, but so deep and intense I felt like a mirror about to shatter. “I fucked you. And now I’m going to make love to you.”
I choked at my own words. Make love… Why the hell did I say that? My desire for her ran deeper than her pussy and threatened to stop my heart the moment she walked out of my life. It wasn't just her small tits, round ass and the way she smelled when I fucked her. Should I tell her? Tell her that I was nobodies bought hers and never would be again for all eternity? Fuck no!
Ayana wrapped her arms around my back and pulled my chest onto hers. A choppy breath pushed from her lungs, and our skin melted into A Core of unmanaged heat. She didn't deserve to know. All she deserved was to be fucked like the scheming bitch she was. What would she say if I called her out on all that bullshit? Come on, tell her, River! Push your hard cock so deep inside off her until she whimpers, and let her know you found the computer.
As soon as I pulled out from between her smooth inner lips, her pelvis went chasing after my instrument. The tip off my cock widened her folds. Ayana arched her back, ready to receive me. My Rock hard boner pulsated and throbbed at what was coming. I would gosh into her like a sword into an enemy, leaving nothing behind but unspoken words and total satisfaction. Like the upswing of a sledgehammer, I tensed the muscles in my back and… pushed inside her in one long, gentle and deep thrust. Her body trembled underneath the weight of my feelings for her. Shit! I was making love to her. Not even my bottled up fury could change that, no matter how it burnt through my veins.
Her tight Little hole had stretched from A girl to a woman and rubbed along my shaft like the perfectly fitting glove. Each Time my body ground against Area above her clit, sweetest sounds rushed from her mouth. She licked her lips and ran her teeth over her bottom lip from time to time. Together we settled into a slow and deep rhythm of giving and taking.
“Mmh,” she moaned. “Aah, River.”
My cock grew another inch at the sound of my name. She might now have wanted much from me, but she wanted my friend between her legs. And my child —I knew that now.
I pressed deeper into her, filling her up with my thickness. An unrelenting tingle wandered from my ballsack um to my shaft. My cum waited at her gate, like Hannibal, ready send my soldiers forward march. I would give her my seed, and she would grow our child inside her beautiful body. The peachy hair stood on end across my body at the thought.
Ayanna’s pussy bucked against me as if I had released an untamed breast, locked up in a cage for years without water. The tone of her moans turned guttural, and I bathed myself in pride over what I made her feel. Sparked by a primitive power, I picked up the pace and panted into her ears, my voice, low, deep and breathy.
“Are you ready for me?” I asked, and threw my palm onto her boob. Twisting and pulling, I played with her nipple until she gave another loud moan. No… it couldn’t be. Her pussy squeezed my cock like a tight fist, and the waved I had once met built up to another storm of climax.
“I’m coming,’ she breathed.
I stared into her twisted grimace,; her jawline tense and her mouth pulled into a narrow line. “Give it to me. Mmh, yeah! Come with me.”
She thrashed against me in sheer desperation, yearning for her complete release from this sexual torture. I kept my pace steady for her and breathed my own one back through gritted teeth. Just for a moment. Her walls pressed and released my shaft. I want to blow!
“Aah,” her scream rang in my ears like a crowd clapping and howling at a finish line.
I pumped in and out of her faster, and her body twitched underneath mine. She tensed and softened like clay with each of my thrusts and my body tingled.
“Fuuuck, oh fuck!” A force swept over me, shutting my movements down like an electromagnetic pulse. “I’m coming baby. I’ll put that load right inside you. That’s where you want it, right?”
I pushed deep and stayed there, emptying my jerking shaft right at her doorsteps. It spat out of me uncontrolled, and I resisted my urge to keep pumping. Three days until ovulation. If my cum stays nice and cozy in there, Ayanna might bless me with a child in less than a year. A child! Maybe even a son! An alarm clock rang at the back of my head. What if she took him back to the Districts? I plunged the snooze button. That was a worry for another day.
A knock on the door startled our sweat-covered bodies.
“You better get dressed,” Oriels voice came through the door. “There’s movement outside the eastern wall.”
Chapter 21
Get dressed
Ayanna
Get dressed? How did he know? My cheeks warmed at the question.
I wiped the hair out my face and put it into a ponytail. Satisfied, my body returned to its steady breath, but another part of me remained longing. For what I had no clue, but it left behind something bittersweet, choking me every time I swallowed.
“We’ll be out in five,” River shouted.
He grabbed a was
hcloth from his pack and handed it to me. “So you can clean yourself up. But you might want to push your legs up into a candle for a minute or two; ass, hips and all. I read somewhere it might increase the chances.”
I raised an eyebrow at him. “Chances?”
“For our baby, of course.” He clicked his tongue and gave me a wink.
Under different circumstances, the thought of a child from River would have excited me. Perhaps in a time, long ago, when teachers had books to help a child with his issues. No, I couldn’t have his child. I rubbed the word outcast against my gums like an old wine — just as dry with no sweetness left to it. The woman with the inferior child; Au Naturelle and all.
“River, I already told you there won’t be a pregnancy. My body is —”
“Ovulating in three days.”
His statement drew the warmth out of my body like a sudden blizzard at night, leaving me behind with cold limbs and nothing to say for myself.
He kneeled down, caressed my forehead with his lips and grabbed my hands. “Your little computer fell out when I looked for the blankets. I was pretty pissed at first, not gonna lie. But then you allowed me back inside of you…” His words trailed off and ended in a deep sigh. “I feel pretty damn proud now. Every guy in the village could have given you what you wanted, no questions asked. But you allowed me to do it… to make love to you.”
The four-letter word raced through my body like an intruding virus, and pearls of sweat formed at the nape of my neck and above my temples. White like the blanket beneath us, his face stared back at me, hopeful and earnest in every word he spoke. Please, don’t say it. I don’t deserve it.
He squeezed my hand and looked deep into my eyes. “I love you, Ayanna. And nothing would make me happier than give you our child, except, of course, raising it together with you as a family.”
“River, I…”
“No.” He ran his finger over my lower lip. “I get you heard that before, and I’m sorry if I was pushy. You would have to leave everything behind the Districts have to offer. And I understand that’s a lot. But I will prove to you that what I can offer to you and our child, outweighs the Districts by far. I will love you, and I will love our children, and I will protect you until the day I die.”
My heart bounced in all directions. I had to come clean!
“Look River.” I took a deep breath. “The council turned down my application to get impregnated, so I decided to —”
He pressed his mouth onto mine in a fiery kiss, thrusting his tongue inside me to meet mine in a sensual dance. His words had robbed my sanity, and this kiss devoured my truth.
“You don’t have to explain. I don’t care why they turned you down. I saw you with the kids; with Silas. You will be a great mom,” he whispered in my ear. “Don’t feel you need to decide right now. Just give me one year to show you that you never want to leave me again.”
The door knocked once more. “Hurry the fuck up!”
Cum dripped from between my legs, and I wiped it up along with the white cream our sex had left behind down there. His words will be my ruin, and I will be his.
Sun’s first rays broke through the cheap blinds. The air hung damp and heavy from our moans and the wetness of our bodies as if someone had hosed down the thick dust layers. For the second time, our bodies had fused together like the oiled wheel train of a clock, but it had left nothing behind for me to draw energy from. My chest tightened, making me gasp for the stale and depleted air — things were simpler back home.
We packed our things in a hurry, and I left for downstairs.
“I take it River took good care of you last night?” Adair leaned against the wall next to the back door, his eyes cold and reproachful. “You can throw your stuff straight in the car's back. Oriel and I already packed everything else while you took advantage of that poor idiot.”
I shot him an angry glance. “Excuse me?”
How on earth would he think I took advantage of River? It’s not like I raped him. Having sex with each other was just as much fun for him as it was for me.
“What’s going on here?” River grabbed the backpack from my hand and hoisted it across his shoulder. “I thought we’re ready.”
I nodded. “Yeah, we’re ready. I just told Adair how excited I am to see the school. I hope we can find some books about Silas condition.”
River looked at me and pulled the corners of his mouth into a warm smile which replaced the emptiness I had just earlier. I had to find a book about River’s issues. That’s the least I can do, right?
We hurried to the backseats and Oriel steered the Rover out of the narrow driveway and into the abandoned streets. The light revealed the sad stories of the city with a blow as if someone had slapped me in the face with a history book. Nature held the asphalt on the streets hostage. Vines spread across brick walls and dull windows along the townhomes, attempting to devour it all whole. Like an audio delay on a four-dimensional movie, the crisp scent of morning air didn’t line up with the rust and rubble along the street.
River reached his hand out for mine. “Can your sheltered soul handle all this? Who knows what we will find in that school. Could be bones. Dried puddles of blood. Dead bodies.”
“I’ll take dead bodies over moving ones any day,” Adair said. “Make sure you silence your holo-bands.”
I squeezed his hand, my fingers covered in a thin layer of sweat. Did it matter? It’s not like I could have avoided it all. My heart dropped heavy like a boulder, gripping the heat from the inside my chest. I wanted to see it. Wanted to grasp what it was like — back then.
“If this is what the world looks like outside the walls and outside your village,” I said, “how could people possibly survive in the Ash Zones?”
“They don’t.” Oriel turned around for a second and stared at River from narrowed eyes. “If they did, there wouldn’t be a point in sending our criminals there.”
My heart skipped a beat. River wasn’t a criminal, so why did he make that grimace?
Oriel drove around the school block at least four times before he backed into an alley between the school and another building which read Army Recruitment Center.
“Take this,” Oriel said and handed me a gun. “It’s not loaded. I just want you to have it, in case we need to flex our muscles. Simply point the end with the hole at whoever isn’t one of us.”
Cold metal didn’t precisely feel foreign to my skin, but I cringed at the touch of it, nonetheless. The men armed themselves with at least two guns each, knives and everyone got a flashlight but me. Imaginary eyes stared me down from corners and faraway windows. For once I appreciated having these three large men by my side, surrounding me as if nothing terrible in this world should ever touch me.
River grabbed a tool from his pack which resembled a mini-gun with a long needle in the front. He placed it by the door’s lock, and seconds later a click had the men nod at each other.
“See.” He winked at me. “We’ve got technology, too!”
Under creaks and yelps, the heavy steel door opened, and a surge of air pushed fluffs of dust and grit into the open. My nose caught a whiff of cold smoke and ammonia. Not the old kind I noticed inside our nighttime-stop, though.
Oriel pointed his gun down and leaned into the hallway. When he nodded, Adair sneaked inside, his weapon drawn. A low whistle hollered from inside, and River gestured me to follow Oriel, who walked so close to the wall, dust, and chips of paint settled on his shoulder.
“Just how dangerous is this?” I whispered.
Oriel turned around and school his head. “We’ll be fine. There isn’t much activity in this area. We would never have taken you with us if we thought it’s too dangerous. You’re in good hands with us.”
Adair stood next to a door with a glass inset. He dunked down, sidestepped and pushed the handle down. I held my breath. Why is he staring back at us like that? He waved us away, rolling himself sideways at the same time.
Crack! An ear-shattering clash
of glass violently breaking shrilled through the building, and the door dangled crooked on the upper hinge.
“What the fuck Adair?” River said.
“How would I guess it would come out like that?” Adair shrugged his shoulders. “Anyway. Good news. It’s clear if you want to know.”
“Yeah,” Oriel mumbled. “The bad news is that we made a whole lotta noise. Be on the lookout for an evacuation plan or something on the walls. They always had those in schools.”
I followed Oriel through the door, and River followed behind me.
Mugs! Mugs as far as the eye might reach. Next to the sink, inside the sink, in the cabinets and on the table in the center. Cabinet doors stood open, and some shelves had fallen out or barely hung onto their rightful place.
“Bingo!” Pills bounced against the orange walls of the plastic tube that River wiggled in his hand. “Xanax. We are definitely inside a school!”
Adair laughed, and we left the room to continue along the hallway. Silent like a graveyard, the hall made our carefully placed footsteps echo from the walls as if they were a mountain range.
“There.” I pointed at the time-bleached map just a few feet away from our group. “There is a teacher library by that corner of this large room. And a student library underneath that staircase.”
“How about that first aid room right next to the student library,” Adair said. “We should go there first and see what we can find.”
River wiggled his finger and pointed at the green-shaded rectangle on the map. “Teacher library first. Books are the reason for the trip, and that’s what we will do first. I bet the first aid room was looted centuries ago already, anyway. Doubt we will find anything useful there, other than duct tape maybe, or a few syringes.”
Adair rolled his eyes. “Why don’t we go to the student library first. Then the first aid room and the teacher library on our way out?”
“I agree with River,” Oriel said. “Let me take another peek at the map. Let's figure out if the school has connecting doors or something.”
