Cade Page 9

Cade kissed her while his fingers found her opening. “Oh, Eldredth, you are already so wet.”

He plunged a finger inside her, moving it gently while she whimpered softly. He made her forget all sense of reasoning and the fog that surrounded them when he was around was all that mattered. She wanted him and she was going to get him.

“Don't worry, I'm going to take you from behind. I just want something first.”

He turned her around. She lay back onto the seat and spread her legs. Cade’s eyes went wide. He kneeled before her and bent forward, placing his lips on her clit. She gasped in surprise as his warm lips touched her womanhood. His tongue trailed up and down her as she orgasmed against his mouth. She clenched both hands over her mouth. It was terribly hard to keep quiet when he provided her body with such exquisite pleasure.

He licked her and plunged his tongue inside her. She ached to have him make love to her but having him taste her was amazing. He licked her womanhood all over, his eyes ravenous as she cummed into his mouth.

“Eldredth, you are so amazing. I love the way that you taste.”

She writhed against him. She couldn’t wait any longer. She couldn't believe they were doing this right on the bus, where anyone could walk in and see them. They were taking such a huge risk, but it was hard to care when she was with Cade.

He pulled her up to him and she turned around once again, leaning forward against the seat, her firm ass high in the air. Cade slid inside her warm womanhood and she felt the deepness as he throbbed inside her. He groaned with pleasure. She felt bliss and doubted she would ever tire of having him inside her. He was so deep that she could barely focus.

  “Harder, Cade, please.”

That was all it took. Despite the fact that they were making love on a bus, he pumped against her hard, delving into every inch of her. Her fingers clenched against the seat as waves of pleasure cycled through her. She had to hold back from screaming his name.

Cade thrust hard, and she whispered his name. He shushed her, and she hoped that no one was close enough to hear anything. Though at that moment, she doubted he would have stopped for anything. He pumped her harder while he reached over and rubbed her clit. She was so wet that his fingers slid over her womanhood very easily. He bent forward and kissed her shoulder, nipping it gently. He fondled her breasts from underneath, setting every inch of her on fire. She could feel herself tightening around him and knew she was going to cum again. Cade pumped faster in response, and she muffled her cries of pleasure against her palms. Oh, he was good, really good. Her orgasm broke through and she whimpered as she finished. He continued to pump her hard, not yet ready to give up.

Suddenly, a knock came at the door, and they ceased immediately. She gasped as he slowly bent down and kissed her shoulder. They waited and heard one of the guards call, “Everything okay in there?”

  “We’re almost done,” shouted Eldredth.

There was a long pause and then. “Better hurry up. Time for the fighters to go underground.”

Cade rubbed her ass while still inside her. “You truly are a gift to me, Eldredth. I can't get enough of you.”

She murmured, unable to say anything more. She knew Cade needed to leave, and she knew what awaited him in the arena. She was also a little surprised he wasn't rushing right out there to get back.

He slid out of her and patted her behind gently. She stood there in silence and watched him quickly get dressed. Was he not going to finish? She smiled at him, and he smiled back.

“I want to finish where we left off, but we are probably pushing our luck already. This will give me something extra to fight for.” He winked.

“I’m sorry you are leaving unsatisfied.” She had hoped to send him into the arena with some relief.

“Far from it. You are amazing, Eldredth. We will be together again soon.”

They exited the bus, and the guard nodded to them.

Eldredth made her way back to the balcony, sitting beside the other healers with a fresh pink to her cheeks. She hoped that there would be no further talk about Cade.

The stands had filled up with people while she was gone. She looked around at the eager crowd. The opening ceremonies were about to start. Time had flown by while they were in the bus. Luckily, Maizon hadn’t come looking. Time just seemed to stand still when she was with Cade, and it felt like they had forever, when in reality, they never had enough time. They always had to be watchful to make sure that no one realized they were together. Were they getting too reckless?

She watched the opening ceremonies with interest. They were the only part of the games not fueled by bloodlust. There was music and fireworks as the gladiators were introduced. She spotted Cade coming out with the rest. He wore armor. It was the first time she had seen him in anything other than a loincloth or tunic. He looked every bit the magnificent warrior that he was. The empire had them parading around as the crowd cheered. She took a deep breath. She wanted to be able to get up and cheer for her man, but she didn’t want to risk anything further.

She was distracted by the drones as they zoomed around the arena. They were there to stream the fight across the galaxy for those not in attendance. Even a small arena like this had a massive following across the empire. It amazed her that there were people just dying to watch blood being shed. She worried so much for Cade, but she was there to keep him healthy and safe. She didn’t believe that he was in any real danger of being critically hurt because he was such a skilled fighter.

The arena itself was set up with very sophisticated technology, only the best for the slave owners. Advanced weapons and fencing kept the fighters from escaping, and the video feeds and holograms gave viewers the ultimate experience. They made a lot of money from these fights even though they themselves had never stepped in the arena. It wasn’t them risking their lives for the sole purpose of entertainment.

Even though the arena was filled with robotics and advanced tech, the pit itself was rustic. The gladiators would be fighting one another like the original gladiators thousands of years ago. Strength and cunning were all they had to count on.

The crowd cheered and chanted around them. They often got rowdy. Eldredth had seen things get out of control more often than she would have liked. That was why there were electric fences all around the edge of the pit and guards stationed throughout. It was what separated the crowd from the fighters, keeping both safe. There were also mounted plasma cannons to remind anyone in the arena that they had better not misbehave. The locals loved coming to the fights, because it was an event that they could spend all day and night at. There were plenty of things to entertain a whole family with. The performers were there, musical numbers were ready to perform with drums, and then there were the amazing off-world animals, creatures that were exotic and one of a kind. A small pack of large, scaly monkeys Eldredth had never seen before roared at the crowd. They were as big as the gladiators themselves. The entertainment between fights was half of the experience.

Eldredth looked back at the arena to see the houses showing off their fighters. Since they were at the Rahl arena, local houses were showcased first. The crowd went wild to see their local fighters being presented to them. There were four different houses competing in the tournament.

When Cade was presented, he found her in the crowd and made eye contact. She willed herself not to smile at him. He nodded slightly in her direction. He couldn’t smile or wave to her because that would get them both in trouble. She doubted that anyone would have noticed the nod but her. Cade was subtle about it.

It was hard not to think back on what happened on the bus. Every time she did, she grew warm all over. He was an incredible, sexy, and handsome man, and he was all hers. As much as he could be. His body might belong to Maizon for now, but his spirit was hers. She couldn’t wait to be with him again. Every time they were together, it seemed as if their bond grew even more.

After all the gladiators were announced, they were dismissed until the first fight. Cade bro
ke from the crowd and approached the exotic animals that had been a part of the show. Eldredth didn’t know what he was up to as Cade kneeled next to one of the creatures that looked like a cross between a lizard and a monkey.

  ****

Cade approached the lizark and held out his hand. The long, spindly-legged creature stared at him for a moment, then approached. It came forward and held his hand. He smiled. The creature was about the same height as he and resembled a monkey, but it was covered in scales instead of fur. They were from Kondor. He had kept one as a pet as a child.

The other gladiators had been afraid of the lizark. With a full set of razor-sharp teeth, it looked intimidating, but it was one of the friendliest creatures that Cade had ever met. The handlers were able to train them easily, but the crowd would never know. He shook the creature’s hand until it came and nuzzled against him with its scales. Not the cuddliest creature, it was friendly, nonetheless. He patted it on the head, and it licked his hand. He smiled.

“Hey, get away from that!” one of the handlers shouted.

He turned to find the handler behind him. He frowned, not liking to be told what to do, but it was all part of the show. He backed away from the lizark, going to join the rest of the gladiators. He glanced up at Eldredth and smiled at her.

Someone approached Eldredth from behind, and the smile slowly disappeared from Cade’s face. A tall, well-dressed man sat beside her and started talking. He touched her shoulder.

Cade felt anger build up inside of him. He didn’t want anyone touching Eldredth, especially some strange man with hidden intentions. He growled underneath his breath.

  ****

Cade made it through his first fight feeling pretty good. He had been paired against a beast-man that wielded a spear. His sword had been too much for the man. He might not be as fast as Rux’hm or Tresk, but he was faster than most men. When he had buried his sword into the belly of his opponent, the crowd had gone wild. Cade would move on to the next round of fights happening later that evening. His first fight had barely had him breaking a sweat.

The owner of the arena, Prinzton, had been the owner of the gladiator he had killed. He also happened to be the same man talking to Eldredth on the balcony. Prinzton was a different kind of slave owner than Maizon. He allowed the men to roam around underneath the arena when they weren’t fighting because there were armed guards posted at each exit, ready to shoot anyone that tried to escape.

Cade searched for Eldredth, who had left the stands to heal the fighters after the opening ceremonies. He could hear the fighting going on in the arena above, and the crowds were going wild. It was definitely a different feeling having people cheer at you while you were putting a sword through someone. Cade had learned long ago not to take killing personally. That way meant madness for a warrior.

He spotted Eldredth walking alone down a corridor. It seemed unsafe for her to be alone amid so many gladiators who might meet their death at any moment. He moved toward her and grasped her around the waist, pulling her into one of the storage sheds where the weapons were kept.

She turned to him with a gasp, eyes wide. “You scared me to death.”

“Sorry, it’s just not easy getting to you.”

She nodded, looking around the room. “We should not be in here.”

“We shouldn’t be anywhere, but I can’t seem to stay away from you. Look, Eldredth, I think that I’ve figured out a way off the planet for us.”

She grabbed his arm. “Really? What is it?”

“I just need you to trust me. What did Prinzton want with you? Was it about me?”

She shook her head and a look of fear came over her face.

“He didn’t hurt you, did he?”

  “No.”

She didn’t say anything more, and that worried Cade. He felt like there was something she wasn’t telling him.

He pulled her tightly against him. He leaned in and kissed her lips. The warmth of her body spread through him and he moaned.

  “I want you,” he confessed.

  “Here?”

“Here. I hate that we make love in secret places, but unfortunately, we have to sneak around for now. I don’t know when I might see you alone again. I want to take the opportunity while we can. You’ll need to keep quiet.”

She looked at him with a mixture of fear and desire, and that turned him on even more.

She bent down in front of him and started undoing his pants. He had changed from his usual loincloth into a pair of pants so that he could cover them with armor. He couldn’t believe what she was about to do and grew hard in anticipation.

She looked up and smiled. She released him from his pants and put her mouth around him, sucking hard.

“Whoa! Go easy or you are going to make me cum.”

He almost lost control as she sucked him harder. Her tongue swirled around his member as she took him deeper into her mouth, hitting the back of her throat with his manhood. He groaned as he throbbed. She continued until he begged her to stop. If he let her go on, he would explode in mere seconds.

“I want to be inside you again,” he whispered.

She rose from her knees and kissed him on the mouth. Her mouth against his was hot and wet and full of passion.

He lifted her robe. “I love that you like pleasing me.” He slid his hand to her womanhood and rubbed at her clit. “You are already wet.” He smirked

“Oh, Cade, you do that to me. I can’t stop thinking about you inside me. I just had to have you. And it's my turn to make you feel better.”

He smiled, loving the way she talked to him. When she talked like that, it drove him wild. They were kindred spirits. He fought to lift her robe fast enough.

“I can't wait to be inside you again, Eldredth. I was so disappointed to have to leave your body.” He went to lift her up onto his member when she stopped him.

Eldredth guided him to a stool and pushed him down. He laughed, enjoying the determination on her face. She had the power now and was enjoying every bit of it.

He slid his pants down further, watching as she pulled her robe over her head, with no fear of what might be waiting on the other side of the door. What was the worst that would happen? They would kill them? He fought for the right to live every time he stepped into the arena.

Cade looked her over from top to bottom, taking in every bit of her before resting his eyes finally on her womanhood. She was a blue-skinned beauty, and he wanted her. His member grew even harder and he didn’t want to wait any longer. Eldredth climbed on top of him and kissed him passionately as he placed his hands on her breasts.

She bit her lip sheepishly. “You want to be inside me so bad, don't you?”

“God yes, Eldredth, I want to bury myself in you until I’m lost in your depths.”

Her kisses trailed from his mouth to his jawline, nipping the side of his neck. She kissed down his chest and licked the trail that led to his throbbing manhood. She slid down the chair, taking him in her mouth once again. He was going to have to wait a bit longer. The torture would be worth it.

She licked and sucked the tip of his member teasingly.

“You little devil, you,” he gasped.

She lapped at his member while looking him straight in the eyes. He was slowly losing his mind as she edged him to oblivion. She quickly climbed on his lap once again, plunging his manhood inside her. She gasped as he buried himself inside her.

He watched as she rode him in a tortuously slow rhythm. Her breasts bounced before him. Her black hair fell over her breasts as she dominated his member. He placed his hands on her hips and ground her onto him, feeling her motion. She moaned in the kitten-like way that drove him mad. She tightened around his member, and he knew she was about to spill around him. She covered her mouth, but a squeal broke through. He laughed, worried for a moment that someone had heard them.

“You have to try to be quieter, my beauty. The arena already got one show today.”

  “I'm sorry,” she whispered.
<
br />   “Please don't be. How could I be mad at you when you are treating me so good?”

She smiled as she continued to ride him. She took his hand and sucked on his middle finger.

Her body ground onto his. The tension was building and he was going to lose himself while she was in complete control over his orgasm. “Oh god, Eldredth, that feels so good.” He came inside her hard and she continued riding him, giving him the most intense orgasm.

When she stopped, he was spent. Eldredth’s warm, glistening body felt wondrous on top of him. She bent forward and licked his mouth before kissing him hard. She climbed off and dressed as quickly as possible. He reluctantly did the same.

Time was never on their side. Being with Eldredth had been amazing...again. It felt glorious being inside of her.

Cade embraced her. He kissed her hard on the mouth, and she smiled.

“I wish I could stay in here with you forever, but Maizon will be looking for me. Wait a few moments before you exit.” She winked as she headed out the door.

He stayed there a few minutes to make sure that no one saw them leave at the same time. He wished that he could just be with her. He hated the fact that she wasn’t always by his side. Soon they would be together, and he just needed to focus on that. He still had fights to win.

  Chapter Seven

Eldredth stood in awe. It was customary for the mayor of the town to throw a party the night of the opening ceremonies. As a healer, Eldredth was permitted to go. The glitz and glamor of these things never got old for her. She couldn’t believe how everything seemed to be dripping in crystals and gold.

The healers were invited to the event, but she wasn’t going to see Cade there. Even though the gladiators were the reason for the occasion, slaves weren’t on the invite list. She found that she already missed Cade when he wasn’t around her. His promise of a way out weighed heavily on her, even though she knew nothing of the details. She wanted to start a life with him away from fighting and the arena, but for the time being, she had to trust that he knew what he was doing.
