Note the gear is located by number of meters aft of bridge and side. Each octagonal side is numbered from 0 to 7 counter clock wise looking forward.
Each side is also named
0 - bottom "notionally the floor" marked with black rubber. Aligned with bridge deck.
1 - starboard lower side
2 - starboard middle side
3 - starboard upper side
4 - top side
5 - port upper side
6 - port middle side
7 - port lower side.
Damage control stations:
#1 - 1 meters aft on side 7, port lower side (fwd utility on port between airlock and bridge)
#2 - 11 meters aft on side 6, port middle side (after part cabins on port)
#3 - 16 meters aft on side 2, stbd middle side (after part cargo on starboard)
Weapons
Actually weapon, a single axis 12mm railgun mounted below bridge and utility section. Ammo bin and internal parts of mechanism are accessed via a panel in the "bottom" of the utility section.
The rail gun has some limited traversal but basically is hard mounted to point straight ahead. The entire ship must be pointed to aim it.
Time
Ceres and the Space Force keep the same time. They use the 24 hour clock and Zulu a.k.a. UTC a.k.a. Greenwich Mean Time. Same time as London, England, on Earth with no daylight savings adjustments.

Meals are catch as catch can, however, the general pattern was to eat substantially at the beginning and end of watches and to be relieved for a short break mid - watch for lunch or a snack.
The dining table only sits four anyways. Generally the off watch crew would gather for meals around the following times: 0600-0700, 1130-1230, 1600-1700, and 1900-2000.
Meals are pre-prepared as a snack, lunch, breakfast and supper per day. They're warmed up mostly at the meal preparation station which amounts to a glorified zero gee microwave with some add-ons like a spigot for boiling hot water, a waste station for packaging and some condiment and utensil depensers.
The nearby beverage preparation station is in turn a glorified zero gee coffee boat, though you can get tea, hot chocolate, juice and milk as well.
Individual crew order ear-marked meals prior to deployment to suit their personal tastes.
