His thoughts at this moment had revolved from the battles of the Last War, the mysteries he was still unfolding, and then they came to rest on a single topic amidst all of these- and that was his plan of forming a realm!
He had just broken into the Star Forging Realm and passed the 50% mark on three Universal Laws, and at this time he rose as he stared at the starry expanse before him as he said to himself,
'I might as well make my realm.'

A shocking and arrogant thought! Yet it seemed achievable to Noah as the Radiant Knowledge ability under the {{Fate Lord's Authority}} acted like an upgraded version of Fate Discernment, this new ability not showing him any abstruse concepts or hidden meanings he had to figure out as his own thoughts and ideas were filled to the brim with new information as any gaps were filled, wondrous new possibilities that Noah had not considered opening themselves up in his eyes!
Chapter 540 - Prepare for something beautiful!
To make a Realm, Noah had originally planned to go through the upgrading of tiers of the Spiritual World into a Spiritual Realm.
He wanted to observe this process before he fully committed to the grand undertaking of elevating his homeworld and the many other connected worlds into a singular Realm, this idea seeming feasible if he combined the status of all his connected worlds and fused it all together to create a Realm!
Yet now, he looked at the upgrade of his Spiritual World and his connected worlds in the same manner. His Spiritual World was also connected to him, which also meant it shared a connection with his Homeworld and all the other worlds. So why not use the upgrade of tiers into the Spiritual Realm as the conduit for the fusion of all his connected Worlds into an even grander realm…?
He had not even entertained this idea before because of many unknowns and because it involved the lives of beings that now passed a few hundred billion, but the advent of {{Fate Lord's Authority}} filled his gaps of information with a lot of knowledge that made him confident in this possibility!
It would truly be a great undertaking as it was not simply him tying the Spiritual World upgrade with his Homeworld and many others, it also signified that the wondrous things and the unique features of the Spiritual World would all be shared into a grand realm that would be nothing like any of the other realms out there.
Noah's eyes were shining with a gold light the more he thought about it, realizing that the outcome of such actions would be something that even he had yet to fully grasp, but the golden light of fate allowed him to infer just how grand it could be!
Thus, he delayed no longer as he committed to it and began sending telepathic messages to the Spiritual World Beasts, telling them to get ready for another round of upgrades as he pulled out the numerous World Rank Cores from the Celestial Commanders he had taken down.
The figure of his first clone disappeared from the starry void of space as he appeared near his forces still at the Verittas Fortress, waving his hands as all of them entered into the Spiritual World.
He could see Commanding Mage Turner and the others sending out numerous directions, their eyes shaking as they turned towards him.
Noah only gave a light smile as he knew if these beings could actually feel his hidden aura that was now at the Star Forging Realm, it wouldn't just be their eyes that shook. He sent commands for the Infernal Legion still at the Verittas Fortress to remain stationed as he disappeared again without even glancing at rest the masses of beings that were still moving to clear the battlefield.
Some were happy, but the Commanders were filled with worry as the news of multiple Celestial Legions using this opportunity to pierce through the defenses of the Dark Expanse reached them. Since Noah also could not change this at the moment, he continued forward for his grand goal of creating a singular realm unlike any other!
After collecting his subordinates, his figure actually teleported at the void of space not too far from his home world, glancing at the twinkling blue star far away from his gaze as he released the Spiritual World to become its full size.
RUMBLE!
A splendorous world that was a huge central continent surrounded by four floating continents appeared, sparkling essence seemingly overflowing from it and into the surrounding space as it grandly appeared.
Within it, multiple Domain Rank Spiritual Beasts had appeared in the time space where Noah's second clone was training, stepping into the vibrant Law Spaces filled with essence as they received multiple World Rank Cores from this clone!
The Emperor Penguin and others had already taken down a World Rank expert and gained such cores themselves in the first battle as they absorbed them and the herbs of the Spiritual World to improve their realm, but they weren't enough. With Noah freely distributing his loot though, and even releasing the few Star Forging cores he had not completely absorbed- the achievement of getting many beasts at the World Rank would be achieved in a matter of days.
Of course, they would be in the Time Space, so this would barely be more than a few hours in the outside world!
At this juncture, Noah actually prioritized the Spiritual Land Beasts, the Harbingers of Sin like Kazuhiko, the Kraken, and even Barbatos taking a back seat in upgrading their realms for now.
As the beasts worked to increase their ranks, Noah himself had to move to obtain the remaining Prime World Cores required to initiate the upgrade of the next tier.
This would require for extremely ruthless actions of displacing billions of beings into the Ancient Blood World while he devoured the cores of their Worlds, but even the devoured entities that were the world cores would simply be assimilated into the entity overseeing the Spiritual World, so he didn't see it as too much of a loss for them.
This was especially so since all of the displaced beings would soon be placed into a grand realm that their worlds went on to help create. There were many ways that Noah could go about justifying his actions, but his mind continued to flash with ideas as he moved to actually obtain these world cores!
The beings all over the Novus Galaxy continued to move at this time as the powerful forces digested the move of Celestials and their success into piercing deeper into the Dark Expanse, the seriousness of this situation overtaking anything else in the minds of these powerful figures.
So they focused on the continuing efforts of the war, none of them knowing that in an unknown corner of the Light Expanse, a single being was about to start the upgrade of a unique treasure that he found in a small world.
This unique treasure had grown so much that it was now about to enter the stage that nobody could have thought possible, but the result of this would not just be the creation of a grand realm as Noah expected!
Even he was about to be blindsided by the unexpected results that would come because of the formation of this Realm, something that was only ever on the back of his mind actually coming to fruition because of the actions he was about to undertake!
Chapter 541 - Her ability makes her fit!
Across the vastness of space, a few Golden Commanders, Celestials that had achieved the Star Forging Realm- were sitting with serious faces as a cold atmosphere over took the command room of the Realm Dreadnaught they were in.
This enormous Vessel that very few Star Forging Commanders got the chance to pilot was actually not alone, another Realm Dreadnought of exactly the same enormous size stationed not too far from it. The size of these vessels were nearing those of Continents, with them being packed by hundreds of thousands of Celestials with their exterior shimmering with deadly weapons that could easily decimate Prime Worlds.
Currently, this second Realm Dreadnaught was actually not occupied with any Commanders, only masses of Celestials moving within it as the Commanders that normally took its reigns were the two Star Forging Celestials that had been chosen to assassinate Noah!
Now with their death, a new Commander had to be chosen for this monstrous vessel of death, and it was why this meeting was taking place.
"I can take over to avenge o
ur brothers. I will see to it that Verittas Fortress falls!"
A strong voice erupted from a Star Forger that had sharp green hair, his eyes wild with power as the elements of the Law of Earth and Fate shimmered around him.
The surrounding Star Forgers nodded at his words as they saw no issues, the green haired Star Forger looking at a single Celestial at the forefront of the command table they were situated around.
All the eyes of the room turned towards this being who was known as Golden Child, the Celestial that currently acted as the right hand man of Aldrich!
This being had eyes that seemed to constantly be shining with a golden light, his gaze calm as he voiced out.
"No."
Unexpected gazes locked onto the Golden Child as they wondered for the reason of the denial, silence overcoming the room as his face seemed to show a certain level of uncertainty before he spoke.
"The one to take control of the Realm Dreadnaught shall be the upcoming Commander Athena."

Shocked faces were the only thing that met him as the powerful Celestials looked around the room in confusion, the green haired Star Forger known as Commander Verdant speaking out carefully.
"The War Princess? But...that makes no sense. Not to even talk of her merits, but she has only just bega-"
"This is not coming from me, but from the Founder himself."

Waves of essence tumbled out at this as everyone shut up, any misunderstandings or grievances they had wiped away instantly as they nodded!
Even though they had many questions, even though many of them did not follow the train of thought of why an upcoming Commander who was still at the World Rank would be given command of one of the few powerful weapons of the Celestials- they still agreed because it was the words of the Founder!
The Golden Child looked at the many faces before he sighed and spoke once more.
"It is because of her unique ability that allows her to see the movements of the enemy even before they happen- {Precognition}."

"Our enemies are veiled in chaos where we cannot discern their future even with our techniques of Fate, which led to us losing two brothers today. This unique War Princess actually has an ability that will help counter that 9th Infernal Lord with all his surprises becoming things we can anticipate."
The Golden Child spoke of the ability of the War Princess as the listening Star Forgers adopted astonished expressions, their gazes agreeing as time passed while the Golden Child continued to speak.
"Brother Verdant and Lyle, you two will accompany Athena on the Blazing Realm Dreadnaught, along with the company of the other three geniuses that participated in the recent tournament. The Founder plans to create an enormous legion to specifically counter the forces stationed at the Verittas Fortress, and you will be at the forefront of it!"
RUMBLE!
A golden glow erupted from his eyes at these words as the surrounding Star Forgers nodded.
"For order!"
"For balance!"
Waves of change continued to spread out as the effects of the recent battle continuing, a being that should have taken months to show great battle merits actually being flung to the center stage in a short period of time!
Was this the meaning of one with a Noble Fate, or something else entirely? Nobody could say they knew as the preparations were made, the commands being related to Athena, Crixus, the Three-Eyed Fate Child, and Grandmaster Light.
It was at this time that Noah's main body received the telepathic commands, and he was actually performing a change at this time as his first clone that had been moving to acquire prime world cores all this time teleported into the expansive Prime Warship of the Celestials he was on, both these two bodies appearing at the same veiled location as Noah curiously stared at himself.
As this clone teleported into the Prime Warship, Noah teleported out as [Unique Origin] was initiated to make the first clone seamlessly adopt the identity of Crixus. This ability stemming from the Progenitor bloodline being something that even the eyes of the Founder had not bypassed!
His main body was switching positions with his clone as during the momentous event of upgrading his Spiritual World and his many connected worlds into a Realm, he wanted his main body that held the actual connections and his full Origin to be presiding over it.
He always veiled himself with a Blood World whenever he was making breakthroughs or making progress in the laws, and he did not know how wild the effects of this coming upgrade would be. Thus, his main body would now assume the identity of the 8th Infernal Lord while presiding over everything else, his figure teleporting is the quadrant where his home world and many of the connected worlds stood.
He absorbed the news of Him and Athena being thrusted into the forefront of the coming battles as his eyes shone with many ideas, seeing another bright opportunity open up in front of him as he pushed aside these thoughts for now.
This was because he was ready to get started on the project to transform many worlds into a singular Realm!
Chapter 542 - Realizing the dreams of many!
In the past day, Noah's first clone and been moving diligently as the required Prime World Cores were obtained, a shocking phenomenon spreading out across the Light Expanse where four Prime World had suddenly faced destruction!
Cries of horror and the state of war fully entered into the minds of the inhabitants of the Light Expanse as they became aware of this event, those who were apprehensive for this Last War fully committing to fighting and siding with the Celestials as they saw the events of Prime Worlds disappearing and not four of them shattering being something that could happen to their homes as well.
Everything had a cause and effect- Noah knew this as he carried out his actions. Even while he did not take the lives of any of the beings on these stars that had faced destruction after their Cores were taken, this action would still be received and exploited in many different ways by those who wished. Even though he carried out mass teleportation for the billions of beings on these planets he took the cores of, others would not know that! But he had no fast alternative for now, so this was all he could do as he continued to increase his power until all of these beings that were put in a state of war...did not have to fight anymore!
For him to do this, his strength must continue to grow to insane levels until even monsters like Aldrich could be taken down.
He pushed the thoughts of his actions out of his mind as his main body began to actively move, this time teleporting to the many worlds he shared a connection with as he used the device that was the [World Engine] to move these worlds near the area of his homeworld where he anchored the Spiritual Realm.
The Beast World, the Demon World, the Ancient Blood World...any worlds he shared a connection with were shifted across space to surround his homeworld and his Spiritual World in a circular manner, a majestic sight of numerous stars of varying sizes appearing in the small quadrant in the Light Expanse.
Noah had no worries about doing his realm upgrade near his home, this location being somewhere special where he had begun, and he had zero worries of the coming events being seen by anyone else. Even his covert skills would still be covering everything just in case, but he expected no issues as all that remained would be exactly how successful he could be to achieve his goal.
He had to allow for the realm upgrade of his Spiritual World, and then use his connection with this World as a conduit to include all his other connected worlds, fusing all of them together into something that would be too wondrous for him to even imagine!
There were many things to take care of, and he would need the cooperation of all the Systems of his connected worlds to ensure the safety of the beings within them would not be an issue while the worlds were fusing into a singular realm.
He would also need the cooperation of his powerful subordinates to bring order into an enormous realm that would contain a number of beings upwards of roughly 300 Billion, the billions o
f beings coming from literally different worlds and having their own cultures and understanding all suddenly being placed together in one location.
He was sending telepathic messages to Vladivostok and the Harbingers of Sin to be ready, all of these beings feeling a sense of wonder and slight apprehension while looking forward to whatever was to come as they followed this singular man that shone too bright!
The beasts in the Time Space of the Spiritual World were consolidating their upgrade into the World Rank, the requirement of beasts already being met a few hours ago as the Emperor Penguin as his brothers and sisters advanced forward.

The Emperor Penguin was currently taking the role of a Big Brother as he lectured all the other Spiritual World Beasts to be ready, this upgrade being of even more significance to them as the original inhabitants of the Spiritual World which was known as the Frozen Plateau Spiritual Land just a couple of months ago!
In the Beast World, Queen Adelaide was situated on a grand blue throne, the Shadow Guard Night who was currently at the Void Rank, her Father, as well as all of her many Frozen Generals all preparing as they received news of what was to come.
Very few of them even fully understood what was happening, but they all knew it was connected to their Queen who was connected to a very ill.u.s.trious person!
The Queen in question was staring out absentmindedly as never in her wildest dreams would she have expected the unique skill her mother passed down, {Golden Rule}- would have ever made something like this possible.
It only allowed her to find the being that would give her the brightest future, but she never expected for someone so out of this world! Her frozen gaze looked forward as their world took its position among many in surrounding a single Spiritual World.
Across the many stars that Noah was connected to, many beings were having their own thoughts as ideals out of their wildest dreams were becoming realized. In Noah's homeworld, Steel Mikhail was in the skies of the Blessed Empire, his wide figure accompanied by the Guider, Sophia, and many other higher ups of Noah's homeworld.
