Sheriff Daddy (Montana Daddies Book 10)

“Please, please, please.”
“Come, baby. Come for me. Come hard around my cock. I want to hear you scream.”
She didn’t need any more encouragement. In fact, she thought she screamed so loud that they would have heard her in space. His movements became more erratic, his thrusts not as smooth. She knew he was close to coming.
“Fuck, baby. Fuck!” he yelled as he came in her ass.
She lay on the bed, panting. He was lying over her but was careful to keep most of his weight off her. Even after an explosive orgasm, he was still taking care of her. Making certain that she was safe.
“Damn, Georgie-girl. That was amazing.”
“I know. Now I can’t move. Just leave me here. If I need to use the bathroom, I’ll just roll.”
He laughed, then slid out of her ass. She whimpered.
“Sore?”
“Just a little,” she admitted.
“I’ll run you a bath.”
“No, really. I wasn’t joking. I can’t move.”
He rose with a groan. Then he smacked her ass.
“Hey! Enough of that, Daddy!”
“I can never have enough of smacking your ass. I’m starting to think we should start every day with a spanking.”
“Yeah, that’s not happening.”
“I’d follow up with my head between your legs, eating you out,” he added.
“Hmm, okay that idea has merit.”
He laughed as he moved into the bathroom. “Thought you might see it that way.”
He disappeared and she closed her eyes. There was something niggling in her brain. But she couldn’t quite grasp hold of what was wrong. Then shrugging it off, she dozed as she waited for her bath to be ready. Maybe she could convince him to get in with her.

“I have a surprise for you, Georgie-girl.”
Georgie didn’t look away from her Lego pirate ship. Yesterday, she and Ed had spent most of the day building it. And she loved it.
“No time, Daddy. The pirates are just about to storm the ship and I have to fight them off. Prepare, First Mate Squawkers.”
“Really? So you wouldn’t like to go on a treasure hunt?”
She paused then looked up at him slowly. “A real treasure hunt?”
He nodded. It had only been two weeks since she’d been kidnapped. Tomorrow Ed had to go to court in Bozeman. She knew he wasn’t happy about leaving her, but he had no choice.
“A real one.”
“With a treasure map?” she asked suspiciously.
“Yes, with a treasure map.”
She stood up. Okay, now this sounded intriguing. “And X marks the spot?”
“Yes, but first you have to solve some clues to find the treasure map then you need to find where to dig.”
Excitement bubbled in her stomach. “And there’s actual treasure? Not, ‘surprise, here’s my penis for you to suck treasure’.”
He let out a bark of laughter. “No, I save that for when we play pirates in the bath.” He wiggled his eyebrows at her and she blushed. They’d played Captain Georgie and First Mate Daddy last night in the bath.
That had been quite the adventure aboard rough seas.
“Okay, Daddy.” She grabbed Squawkers and her equipment. Her pirate’s hat, her telescope, an eyepatch, and a small spade. “Where’s the map?”
“Right here.” He handed her a piece of paper. “Well you have some clues to solve first before you find the map and key.”
Oh, it was on.
Twenty minutes later, she was digging happily at the ground. “I can’t believe I’m digging for buried treasure, this is so exciting.”
Dirt flew off in all directions.
“Have you ever actually used a spade to dig?” Ed asked her, dodging another spadeful of dirt.
“No, Daddy,” she scoffed. “I’m Georgina James. I don’t get dirty. I don’t dig. I don’t get my clothes all messy. Or ruin my hairstyle.”
She looked up at him and grinned. He grinned back. “Well, Georgina James, I’d have to argue with you about that.” He reached out and ran his thumb over her cheek. “You’re going to need a bath after this.”
“Not now, Daddy.” She wiped her forehead with the back of her arm. Smudges of dirt were transferred to her top. Eh, who cared. Daddy would wash her clothes for her. “I dove for your treasure last night. And you got your reward. Now, it’s my turn.”
His eyebrows rose, amusement dancing in his eyes. “Are you saying that First Mate Daddy didn’t make sure that Captain Georgie was well rewarded for her efforts?”
“Daddy. That was orgasms. I can get those any old time. I’m digging for real treasure now.”
“Hmm. I think I let you come too easily last night. I might need to introduce you to something called edging.”
She waved at him as her spade hit something hard with a clink. She knelt on the ground and started to shift dirt with her hands.
“Somehow I didn’t think you’d end up digging with your hands,” he said dryly.
“It’s a treasure chest, Big Daddy!” she yelled. She managed to get it free, lifting it out of the ground reverently. It was made of brown wood and gold hinges and had an actual lock on the front.
She grabbed the key from her pocket that she’d found with the map after solving some clues. She fitted it into the lock but didn’t turn it.
“What are you waiting for, Georgie-girl?” he asked.
“I’m just so excited. I’ve never had an actual treasure hunt before. I wonder what’s in it. Do you think it’s gold coins? Or maybe it’s jewels. Or maybe it’s vegetables. If it’s vegetables, I’m just warning you, I might throw a tantrum.”
“And if you throw a tantrum, just warning you, I’ll put you over my knee and spank you.”
“Pirates don’t get spanked, Daddy.” Silly Daddy.
“Captain Georgie does. First Mate Daddy has a tough job, trying to keep her in line. Spanking her has become a full-time job.”
“Daddy!” she groaned. “Don’t tell any of the other pirates, or I’ll be the laughingstock around the Rusty Peg.”
“The Rusty Peg?”
“Uh-huh, it’s our watering hole, where we drink watered-down ale that tastes like horse piss and ravage buxom young lasses with our thick poles.”
He stared at her. “I don’t even know where to start with that.”
“Okay, I’m ready.” She grabbed her telescope and started looking around.
“What are you doing?” Ed asked.
“One can never be too careful when it comes to other pirates trying to steal their treasure, Daddy.”
Wasn’t that obvious?
She frowned as she caught sight of a flash of something. Unfortunately, this telescope wasn’t actually real. And by the time she lowered it, whatever she saw had gone.
She shrugged it off. “Right, Big Daddy. I’m ready now.”
He sat next to her as she turned the lock. Then popped open the top. And squealed She bounced up and down. “There’s gold! Real gold.” She picked up the gold coins in her hands and held them up.
“Well, not quite real.”
“Daddy,” she said sternly. “They are real. You just need some imagination.” She didn’t care that they were chocolate coins. That was just as good anyway. “I love chocolate.”
“Well, you aren’t eating this all at once,” he warned. “Daddy will be keeping an eye on this treasure.”
“Daddy, it’s mine.” She grabbed the treasure chest, holding it against herself protectively.
“Now, Georgie-girl, sharing is caring.”
“I’m a pirate! Pirates don’t share!” She stood with the chest in one arm and grabbed her sword from its scabbard. “We plunder and fight. You won’t get this treasure from me, Big Daddy.”
“Is that so?”
“Aaaarrrrghhhh, stay back, ye scabby mongrel lest I cut off your little stick with me mighty sword.”
“Scabby mongrel? Little stick?” He gave her an
outraged look. “You’re in for it now, Captain Georgie.”
“I’d like to see you catch me, maggot face! Aaaarrrrghhhh!” Then she took off, running the chest held in one arm. She couldn’t help but giggle at the startled look on Ed’s face as she raced towards the house.
Suddenly, she was grabbed from behind. “No! Ye fat-assed bastard! Let me down!”
“Fat-assed bastard! That’s it, Captain Georgie! You’re in trouble.” He carried her into the living room while she fought him, laughing. Then he lay her down on the sofa. She attempted to jump back up, but he held her down and started tickling her until she was screaming with laughter. The treasure chest fell to the ground, spilling gold everywhere. But she was too busy trying to free herself.
“Cry mercy, Captain Georgie!” Ed cried.
“Never! Never shall I give in! I shall fight until I die! Or pee my pants! Stop, Daddy! Stop.”
“Cry mercy or Daddy will keep going,” he warned.
“Mercy! Mercy!” she screamed, certain she really was about to pee her pants. He immediately pulled his hands away from her.
She lay there, feeling breathless and exhausted. She was dirty, messy and her cheeks hurt from smiling.
She didn’t think she’d ever been happier.
“Now, before you ran off with your bounty, I was going to show you something else.” He picked up the chest and now that some of the coins had been removed she could see a velvet box hidden underneath.
Her heart raced. Was it an engagement ring?
But no, the box was too long for that. What was it then?
He opened the blue velvet case and inside was a gorgeous rose-gold necklace with a round pendant.
“Ooh, so pretty.”
“You like it?” he asked.
“Yes. It’s gorgeous. Thank you so much. You didn’t have to buy it for me.”
“Actually, I did.” He looked pensive. “It’s not just a necklace.”
“What do you mean?”
“It’s also a GPS tracker. Using an app on my phone, I can trace where you are. I know it seems like an invasion of privacy, but . . . actually, no. There’s no buts. You’re going to wear it. No arguments.”
She raised her eyebrows. “No arguments?”
A stubborn look crossed his face and he lifted the necklace from the box. “No arguments. You’ll wear it. All the time. It’s waterproof so it can be worn in the shower or bath. You take it off and you’ll be in big trouble. And I don’t care if you do think it’s an invasion of your privacy, it’s happening.”
She huffed out a breath. “You know, you could have just said please.”
“What?” He stared at her.
“You could have just said, ‘please will you wear the necklace, it will mean I can breathe easier if I know where you are.’”
“And your answer would have been?” he asked cautiously.
“Yes.”
“That simple?”
“That simple.”
“Huh.” He stared at her for a moment. “Please will you wear the necklace, it will mean I can breathe easier if I know where you are.”
“Yes.” She turned around and lifted up her hair.
“Damn, and I was geared up for an argument,” he muttered as he put her necklace on.
“Silly Daddy, you mangy maggot head.”
She took off with a scream of laughter as he chased after her.

“You promise to call me if anything is wrong.”
“I promise. I’ll be fine.”
“I made you some lunch and put it in the fridge. There’re also two snacks. One for in the morning and the other for the afternoon.”
“Ed, I can handle staying here by myself.”
“You leave the house then you call me.”
“I will.”
“You get lonely, upset, or hurt you call me.”
“It’s one day, Ed.”
“I still don’t like leaving you here alone.”
“You have to go. They need you. I’ll be good.” She leaned up on her tiptoes and she still had to wait for him to bend down so she could kiss him. “I promise.” She tried to keep hold of her patience because she knew his demands stemmed from fear. Today was the first time he’d be away all day, and he was going to be hours away.
This was her chance to show him she would be fine. She also wanted some time alone to think about what she was going to do with her life. While she loved living here, she had to do something with her time or she’d likely go insane.
“If I call, then you answer. And I want a text every hour.”
“I promise,” she said as she stepped back away from his truck. They were in the garage and he was about to set off. “I will do all of those things. You don’t need to worry. Now off you go.”
She waved her hands at him.
He wrapped his hand around the back of her neck and drew her towards him. Leaning down, he stared into her eyes. “Did you just shoo me?”
Georgina managed to hold back a grin. “Maybe. What you gonna do about it, Big Daddy?”
He put his mouth by her ear. “When I get home, I’m going to strip you naked. Then I’m going to bend you over the back of the couch and spank your ass. After that, I’m going to fuck that tight ass while you hold your rabbit vibrator in your pussy. And then afterward, I’m going to sit on the sofa and cuddle you for at least an hour.”
Her big tough guy. The ultimate snuggle bunny.
“Hurry home,” she told him.
He smacked her ass then climbed in the truck and left.
After doing the housework, which wasn’t much, she looked around the cabin. She needed some fresh air. Much as she loved the cabin, she felt claustrophobic. It was a gorgeous spring day, and grabbing her laptop and phone, she headed outside. After group texting her brothers, she sent one to Ed.
Georgie: Still alive. Surviving without you. Just.
Ed: Is that sarcasm I hear?
Georgie: No idea what you mean, Big Daddy.
Ed: Eat your snack. Stay out of trouble and maybe tonight, First Mate Daddy will give Captain Georgie a bath.
Humming happily, she answered emails then went onto some career sites. She had no idea what she wanted to do, just that she wanted to help people. Feeling thirsty, she went inside to grab a drink. Coming out with an iced coffee, that she had no intention of telling Ed about since she’d already had two coffees earlier, she paused as she saw a dead rose.
Sitting right on her laptop.
A shiver ran down her spine despite the warm day. That was weird. How would a dead rose land on her laptop? She picked up her phone, ready to call Ed. Then realized he’d be in court and out of contact. She knew she could call any of his deputies and they’d come racing out here.
But over a dead rose? That seemed a bit dramatic, right?
Still, she decided to gather up her stuff and head into the cabin. Where she could lock the doors and set the alarm.
After pacing the living room and peering out the windows about a hundred times, she started to calm down. She’d grabbed her anti-anxiety toy, which she’d called Hugabug, and had it wrapped around her, holding her. She was cuddling Squawkers close too.
She was being silly. Sitting on the sofa, she laughed at herself. Thank goodness she hadn’t tried to call Ed or one of his deputies. Over a dead flower.
He’d never leave her alone again.
The fact that she was freaking over a flower was worrying, though. She’d never gone to therapy about what happened to her as a teenager. She placed her hand over her scar. Maybe that should be where she started. Maybe she wasn’t yet ready for her second act when she hadn’t closed up her first.
Darn it.
That was definitely what she should do. Being stalked and stabbed. Then shot. Then kidnapped. That was more than most people ever went through in a lifetime.
Okay. So she had a plan. Yawning, she settled down on the sofa. After burning all that energy freaking out, she figured maybe it was
time for a nap.
Wouldn’t Daddy be proud?
42
Daisy, Daisy, how do you do?
Daisy, Daisy, don’t look so blue.
Daisy, Daisy, I’m watching you.
Saber laughed maniacally, leaning over her, his hand over her mouth as he ran the knife down across her breast. She tried to scream. To yell for her brothers.
No. Not Saber. Him. Her stalker.
A noise. Someone was coming. Then the knife was stabbing deep.
She screamed in agony.
She awoke with a scream. Sweat coated her skin. Her breath was coming in erratic pants.
Sick. She was going to be sick. She raced towards the bathroom, not even noticing that she dropped Hugabug and Squawkers on the floor. Kneeling over the toilet, she vomited again and again. When she sat back, she felt like there were hundreds of ants racing over her skin.
She hugged herself, trying to calm her breathing.
Out. She needed out. She needed to run, to clear her head.
Not even thinking about the fact that she’d promised Ed she’d message him if she left or that it was getting late, she quickly put on some workout clothes and shoes.
She left the house, barely managing to work the alarm with her shaking fingers.
Then she ran.
Why wasn’t she answering her phone?
This felt too much like déjà vu for him. He’d just left court and tried to call her. She knew that he would check in regularly. He finished the call and then tried again. When that one went to voicemail as well, he decided to check the GPS tracker. She could just be in the bathroom or have gone outside without her phone. The tracker would tell him that she was safe at home.
But when he brought it up, he could see that she was at least two miles from home. He raced towards his truck, even as he used his phone to call Jace.
What the fuck was she doing?
She leaned over, trying to breathe. She’d run so fast that she had a stitch in her side. It didn’t help that it had been a while since she’d gone for a run. Ed didn’t like the idea of her running on her own and she didn’t like the treadmill.
