Hope and light... I have neither...
Bane
My life revolved around death, they told me I had no soul.
Until I met her, my Grace.
She brought a secret sunshine to my life, until she didn't. She left with my brother.
Then I met her daughter, and she desperately needed the skills I've honed over the years.
In the end, it didn't matter, all I knew was that I had to protect Grace's child.
I did what I had to do. I did it for my Grace, my own saving light.
Bane
When I get a photo of my grandson inside a sniper’s target, I know I can’t let that happen. He is the best of me and I wasn’t going to lose him to a sniper because of something I did in my past. First, I need to find the bastard who would threaten my family. My old life just can’t let me go and I can feel it sucking me back in but right now, I’ll use whatever I can to fight this.
Kisa
All my life I’ve heard the story of how my father was cut down on the streets by a madman. A madman who couldn’t be found. Until I found him. Between my father and my older brother, their hatred ruled everything they did. My father was left only half a man after the attack but he was still alive. Over time, he let go of his hatred and just lived his life. My older brother never did.
It took twenty five years for him to die and that was only because of an illness he refused to get treated. But before he died, he made my brother vow not to get his revenge. My father just wanted to die in peace. My brother gave my father the peace he asked for but he couldn’t let it go. After we buried my dad, he vowed a blood oath to get the man who killed him and make him sorry he was ever born.
That’s where I came in. I found him, I found Bane Jessin. Heaven help me...
Bane, Deke, Sam, Zipper, Cricket and many of the Sin's Bastards make special appearances in this story.
James
They call me Ghoster for a reason... I flit between the shadows of the grey areas, never staying long enough to get caught but long enough to know where to go next.
I work for a man the underworld is terrified of and with good reason, a man known as the Priest. He’s the one man you don’t want to confess your secrets to. Then he found the one thing he always wanted and asked God for a do over.
Then I met my do over woman, my Sydney.
But the reason I’m here in the first place isn’t going away and there's a man out there that will protect his secrets from being known and Sydney knows his secrets.
He doesn’t know it yet, but Sydney is the only woman I would die for if I have to, she’s also the only woman I would kill for and tonight, someone is going to die....
Sydney
Whoever said life is a bitch was talking about my life, I waited for twenty nine years to find my prince and I finally found him, in James
But another man’s secrets, a man with too much power and money, stands between us and has marked both of us for dead.
DO I have the courage to finally stand up for myself and reach out and grab that brass ring that life is all about? Will my fear forever lock me in the shadows?
For James, I step out of the shadows when the showdown comes and no one is more surprised than me. Will it cost me my everything? But there’s one more secret to share with the world and I have it...
Every Sinner has a Past...
Damon
When Levi Silvers met the Savaged Souls, he went down. With some help from some new friends, he and his organization was taken apart brick by brick. And I was offered a do over. A once in a life time offer, to start my life over. After working for Levi for over twenty years, it was time to move on to bigger and hopefully, better things. After I got the bad aftertaste of taking his orders out of my soul.
I did a lot of bad things in my career but there was only ever one regret. Once upon a time, I had a wife and son. I lost them when I was fighting for my country and I never really knew why. Bane offered me the chance to find out the why. So, I took it.
That’s when secrets of twenty years ago were revealed and I found an enemy I didn’t know I had. But tracking him down also led me to her. My enemy was still out there watching me but I couldn’t leave her behind.
She was the missing piece of my soul. When I met her, things just clicked and I knew I had to protect her above everything else. Then my enemy made a fatal mistake and tried coming after my woman. One of us will die before this is over....
AlyBella
After a lifetime of moving from place to place, always looking over my shoulder for someone deadly, I finally settled down in a small town in West Texas. Here, no one knew my name let alone anything about me and that was fine by me.
I was sick of hiding and so sick of running for something I hadn’t done. Then he came along. As much as I wanted to ignore him, I couldn’t. He drew me in and wouldn’t let me go—to tell you the truth, I didn’t want to go.
I wanted to stay with him. He made me feel safe and wanted. Something I never felt before. But would the secrets I shared with only one other person tear us apart or would it end the lies I've lived with every day for the last twenty something years?
Did I have the courage to find out or would I have to run again—this time from him?
BANE'S SHADOW
I thought I left this world behind me two years ago, but my past won’t stay as the past. After I settled an old score, I went back to Troy to collect the woman I want to bear my name, only to find a file left to me by a man who never should have known what was in that file. Leon Vincinti has tripped over some deadly information that threatens my future.
The information Leon brings to us, tells a story that I never knew about. A story that has yet to conclude and it brings a shadow into my life that shocks us all.
While the VIM team and I are looking into what this file points to, I spot another nightmare from my past and this man is pure evil. I let the police handle him the first time and he should have spent the rest of his miserable life behind bars but he’s free and now, I find he’s after someone innocent. This time, I have to stop him forever, as I know what this man does to his victims.
But I find I’m not alone in this hunt, my VIM brothers are standing at my back... then I find it only takes one shot for all hell to break loose... just one shot.
FROM THE EDITOR
I made a special Book trailer for K.J. and all those readers who have fallen for bane.
I admit I put in the feeling that these Bane books have given to me. It is in no way to sell the books or profit from them. It is a personal video, I placed on a private channel.

End of Bane’s Return ...
The room was quiet for a moment.
Then Leon seemed to have one more subject on his mind. He swung his gaze over to Bastian and James. He stepped over to where they stood.
The two guards stepped over with him though they stayed a few feet back still.
“Mr. Priest, I gather?” Leon studied the man in front of him.
Bastian stared at him. He did not look happy that this man knew his identity.
“No worries,” Leon assured him. “I just wanted to meet you. But I want you to give a message to your V.I.M team member.”
Bastian cocked his head at him.
“Yes, you know whom I speak of. I have already figured out that he will
not stop here at the compound. Normally, I would take it as great insult that one lone man took it upon himself to wipe out my enemy. Which is my business. However, I do understand he has an old axe to grind with Petroff. So, I will allow that to pass me by. However, if and when your group ever comes into my city to do your new work. You will consult with me, Si?”
Bastian finally spoke, “I will, sir.”
Leon shook his head as if in regret. “You were the best at your craft. The market has missed you. However, your skills are better used now.”
Bastian showed no emotion at his words. He just gave him another silent nod.
James cleared his throat.
Leon looked over at him with a raised eyebrow. “The Ghoster has a question?”
James actually smiled, though he looked a bit stunned at Leon knowing who he was. “How do you know that...Bane. Well, that he is hunting Petroff presently?”
Leon went quiet for a moment then he spoke as he looked around the room at the men gathered, “Because that is what I would do. Eliminate every last threat to my family. I would not leave anyone who had threatened my children or grandchildren, alive. The same as any man here would do. You see in the end, it isn’t the power and it isn’t the money. It is family that matters.”
Bane got settled on the heavy limbs of a tree just outside the window of a room that appeared to be a den. He’d left a box at the front door for his old friend. It was the least he could do for him.
Bane had watched him carry it into the den. Now all he had to do was wait for him to open the box. This point was very important. He must see what he had wrought. All the lies told, all the plans made. Even after the pact, they supposedly had all those years ago. The man still went ahead and set this entire threat into motion. A threat that made Bane return.
The man had his reasons he supposed but that wasn’t good enough for Bane. Money and status didn’t mean a thing to him and this went deeper than he would have thought. He had to stop the threat from ever coming after him and his again.
He watched as the man walked over the desk. Bane waited ever so patiently as he picked up a knife and slit the tape on the box.
Opening the box only took a moment or so and when the man pulled back the packing paper, the horror in his eyes grew at what was in the box. He yelled out, “Moi synov'ya!” as he staggered back a step or so and then sat down hard in the chair.
