Mom meets my eyes over Travis’s head, and she grins at me as well, making me feel intensely warm and happy. My dad nods in pride at me as well. This experience is a million miles away from what I had the last time around and I will always be grateful for that. I will never forget what Travis and I shared though because that gave me the strength to be who I am today. I just hope that it never happens again and that I am always this happy.
“I love you all,” I say thickly through the emotion. “Thank you for being here with me, for Ami as well. I’m looking forward to this Christmas with all of us together.”

“Is Travis finally asleep?” I whisper as Aisha finally descends down the stairs with that beautiful half-tired smile of hers. “He was harder to get down than Ami tonight.”
“I know.” She rolls her eyes and chuckles. “But it’s Christmas Eve, isn’t it? He is super excited about Santa coming and all the presents that he will get tomorrow.”
“I guess so.” We have picked out his gifts together this time around, so we both know what’s coming. It was a nice surprise last year, but I wouldn’t do that again. “And he’s going to be even more excited when he sees all those gifts under the tree.”
She glances over to where I have set everything up for both the kids in the morning, although Ami is going to be far too young to really enjoy it, and spots exactly what I want her to.
“What’s that?” Her eyes nearly pop out of her head in shock. “What is that gift?”
“Well, I don’t know if you remember, but last year I gave your gift to you on Christmas Eve because we knew that the next day was going to be crazy.” She nods and smirks while pointing to her diamond necklace… it’s something that she never takes off now, since she got it back. “Well, I thought that it might be a cool tradition to carry on this year. Especially since we have a baby this time around, so Christmas Day is going to be even crazier.”
“Oh yeah? Well, at least I have something for you this time around.” She reaches behind the couch and grabs me a parcel. “So, I’m not going to be embarrassed this time.”
Even though I am desperately impatient for her to open her gift, I open the parcel and find a gorgeous cashmere moss green sweater which I just know that I will wear all the time.
“Oh wow,” I gasp. “Thank you so much. I absolutely love it. Wow.” I pull it over my head before I pull her in for a kiss. “I can tell how much thought you put into this.”
She blushes brightly, making herself look even more adorable than ever before. She’s so cute that I just want to squeeze her, but I have to let her go so that she can open her gift. She tugs away from me gently and pads over to the parcel with a little tremble in her fingers. It’s almost as if she’s nervous to open the gift which makes me anxious as well.
“Oh God, I don’t know what to expect from you,” she says with a little chuckle. “You always seem to find a way to knock me off my feet. I have a feeling that you will do that again.”
I can’t answer her, mostly because she’s right. This is definitely going to be a surprise. I just really hope that it’s a good one. In my head, this works out perfectly, but in reality, I’m a little freaked out. I can’t stop my brain from panicking now… but it’s too late to back out.
My heart hammers as she tears open the wrapping paper, I twist my hands together to try and hold it together. I can hardly breathe as she finally digs in and sees what it is…
“More diamonds?” she gushes out. “You got me more diamonds? Really?”
As she takes it out and she sees that this is more than just more diamonds, I take the opportunity to drop to one knee in front of her. I want her to know that this is more than just a ring. This is the ring that I really hope will take us both to the next level.
“What is going on, Marc?” she demands with an edge to her voice. “What is this?”
“Aisha Brown, I am in love with you.” God, I have this all planned out, but now that I’m finally saying the words aloud, I’m getting choked up and emotional already. “I have loved you for a very long time. A first, I just admired you from afar while you rejected me over and over again. Then we became friends… sort of friends.” I chuckle and she joins in with me. “But it wasn’t long before you became the most important person in my life.” I can feel myself getting all misty eyed as I say this. “And now I know that I couldn’t go a day without you. Not only are you the most incredible mother possible to my child, but you are a ray of sunshine to be around as well. Every single day of my life I love being around you.”
“I love being around you as well…” she whispers. “You are so wonderful to me.”
“I want to make our love official,” I continue with a grin. “I want us to be together forever, and I want our family to be solidified for good.” Her hands clap to her mouth as she prepares herself for the most important question that I am sure I will ever ask her. I feel like I need a moment as well because this is a life changing event and I’m going through it for real this time. It’s as if last time with Chloe was just a practice for the real deal. Now, I’m getting to ask it to the most beautiful loving woman that I have ever met in my life. “So, what do you say, Aisha? Will you make me the happiest man alive and agree to be my wife? Will you marry me?”
She doesn’t answer me right away which actually has me worried. I feel like I’m a pressure cooker about to explode as I wait for her to finally speak and give me her answer.
“Yes.” Finally, she puts me out of my misery by giving me the best answer ever. “Yes, of course I will, Marc. I would love nothing more than to be your wife.”
I take the ring from her and slide it on to her ring finger on her left hand, my heart beating fast with happiness as I do. I hoped and planned for her to say yes, but she actually saying it is the nicest thing ever. I couldn’t be happier. I’m finally going to have her as my wife…
“I can’t believe that we are getting married.” Aisha swings her arms around my neck and kisses me hard. “This is the best day of my whole life. I’m so excited.”
She shows me exactly what she means with her excitement by kissing me with an even deeper passion, snaking her tongue between my lips, and rolling her hips against me. I can practically feel the flames igniting all over her skin and it lights me up as well.
“You are my fiancée now,” I mutter as the heat seems to get the better of her and she slides down to the floor kissing me all the way down. “That is the best Christmas gift ever.”
While I try to watch her fiddling with my zipper, I can’t see enough, so I whip off my brand-new sweater and the tee shirt underneath as well. I get a much better view of her tearing my underwear off and holding my thick throbbing erection between her fingers. She’s so feminine and delicate, so sweet as well. That somehow manages to make this image even sexier.
“Oh God,” I groan desperately. “Aisha, what are you doing to me?”
She lightly kisses my tip while stroking my shaft. Her movements are fluid, she isn’t doing anything too rapid, but the effect that this has on me bolts right through my system. I can hardly handle it. My hips actually buck which causes her to giggle. Her breath all over my cock nearly sends me flying over the edge already. I certainly didn’t expect my marriage proposal to end like this! Not that I’m complaining about to the turn of events at all.
I glance down because I really want to see Aisha as she drives me wild and catch the exact moment that she pushes my throbbing erection between her lips. I damn near lose my mind at just the sight of her alone, never mind the sensation of her warm, wet mouth around me.
“Oh shit.” I hit the back of her throat. Aisha has taken every damn inch of me in. I can’t help myself; I grab her head and knot my fingers up in her hair to feel the incredible bobbing movements of her head as she circles her tongue around me. “Fucking hell, Aisha…”
She’s making me feel wild and animalistic, she is more than bringing out th
e primal side of me and it’s very hard to hold myself back. Any minute now, I fear I might erupt….
“Stop!” I cry out much too loudly. I don’t know if I have offended her, but Aisha whips her head away rapidly. “Stop, I want to be inside of you, Aisha, I want to feel you.”
Once she realizes what my issue is, her eyes become hooded with thick desire. I tuck my hands underneath her arm pits and drag her upright to her feet before kissing her hard. I steal her breath away, leaving her dizzy with passion, before I slam her up against the nearest wall. A little squeal flies out of Aisha’s mouth, but I can tell that it’s one of delight.
“Mmm, Marc, I like it when you are all fired up like this.”
She cups my cheeks in her hands and kisses me softly, but the romance of that is completely overshadowed by her foot pressing up against the wall behind her and her thighs spread apart for me. I push my hands up her thighs, taking her night dress with me.
“No panties.” I didn’t realize that she had no underwear on until now. “Oh God.”
She is too much. How am I supposed to contain myself around her when she is this freaking sexy? She’s too much. I roll my hips against her and immediately thrust deep inside of her. The wall behind her helps with my momentum and makes sure that I can bury myself deep.
“Fucking hell,” Aisha gasps. “Oh my God, Marc.”
She wraps her hands around my neck and scratches me every single time it feels good for her, which it seems like is a whole lot. Not that she can cause me any pain to take away from the pleasure right now. Fucking hell, this feels amazing. Every single thrust sends my head spinning further and further into space. I could lose my mind forever with Aisha, I always give so much of myself to her that I just know she could break me if she wanted to.
But she won’t because we love each other, because we are engaged, because one day, hopefully soon, we will be married, and I absolutely can’t wait for it.
Soon, Aisha’s walls are clamping around me as the pleasure claims her, coaxing the orgasm from me as well. Much as I want to hold back, to savor every second of this, I can’t do it anymore. She really is too much for me.
We cling together and kiss one another passionately to swallow up one another’s screams and we come together, and it honestly feels like the happiest moment of my life. Being with Aisha, having our children, looking forward to our future together… and still having just as much sexual chemistry as we had the first time we got together. There really is something special about that. I’m sure that it won’t ever end now. It can’t can it? If we can survive all that we have and still want one another just as much as we always did… well, as far as I’m concerned it is just going to be incredible from here on out. We really do have a wonderful life ahead of us.

“Are you okay?” Mom asks me as she fiddles with my hair, trying to make sure that every curl is in the right place. “You aren’t nervous, are you? You don’t seem nervous at all?”
I can’t help but laugh at that one. “No, Mom, I’m not nervous at all. I have been waiting for this day for a very long time and so far, everything is perfect. The sun is out, our back yard is decorated perfectly, the sun flowers are in bloom… it’s going to be perfect.”
I wasn’t sure about the move, I held off for a while, but Marc started looking at some places for us just in case, because he wanted some more room for all of us and because he thought that we needed a fresh start as well. I wasn’t sure, but now I agree. While there are a lot of happy memories at our old home, there are some sad ones as well. He without his mother and me with losing the home next door, all the drama with Ronnie, the arrest and CPS as well… I have to admit that it is nice to put all of that behind us and to start married life without any of our past baggage weighing us down. Plus, the extra space and the giant yard is incredible.
“I’m glad you aren’t nervous.” Mom nods and smiles. “I was shaking when I got hitched.”
“You were? I can’t imagine you ever being nervous, Mom.”
“Oh, well I was. But then again, I didn’t look as beautiful as you do. That dress is stunning. I know that it looked great in the wedding store, but it looks even better now.”
As her hands clap to her mouth, I can sense the emotion getting to her which is a real nightmare because then it will get to me too and I really don’t want to fall apart before the ceremony even happens. I need to at least keep my tears inside until then.
“Mom, stop. Don’t cry.” I pull her in for a hug. “Don’t get all teary now. You need to be strong for me. I need you to hold it together on my behalf.”
“I’m sorry,” she sniffs back. “I’m just so grateful to you for letting me be here on your special day. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of all your special events… it means so much.”
I was just about to tell her that this day is more than special, that there is more happening right now than just the wedding, but I decide against it at the last moment. She’s too much of a mess as it is, and I don’t want to make it worse for her. I don’t want to set her off. She can find out with everyone else and cry on my father’s shoulder if she needs to.
“We need to get going,” I tell her seriously. “I’m pretty sure that the whole wedding is on pause, just waiting for the bride to arrive. I need to go before I wreck my make up.”
“Oh yes.” She straightens herself up instantly. “And I need to go and help your father with Ami. Although I’m sure that he’s doing just fine on his own. We haven’t heard any screaming anyway. And I want to see if Travis is doing his best man duties just fine.”
“Travis will be fine,” I chuckle. “He’s taking his role very seriously, as I’m sure you can imagine. He has been practicing this for six long months.”
“He has known for all that time?” Mom sounds surprised.
“Oh yes. Marc asked him pretty much immediately after he asked me to marry him.”
God, that was such a cute Christmas Day. Travis was absolutely over the moon to find out about the wedding and about the best man duties as well. I don’t think that I have ever seen him so excited in his life which just confirmed that marrying Marc was right… not that I needed that confirmation again. I sure as hell know that he is definitely the man for me now.
“Right, come on then.” Mom extends her arm to me and I link mine through hers. “Let’s go. Get you married to that amazing man of yours.”
The nerves start to get to me as we head down the stairs and out to the back yard. I feel my heart flip flopping with anxiety and excitement as we head outside, but all of that simply melts away the moment I see Marc waiting for me in the most gorgeous looking suit I have ever seen on him. It’s navy blue and tailored to his muscular physique perfectly.
“Wow,” I whisper to myself as I start to stroll towards him in time with the music, thrilled to get my hands on his body. “Wow, I am so lucky.”
An intense sensation of love washes over me as I witness Travis and Marc both beaming with excitement. I dart my eyes to the left just at the moment that I sense my father with Ami watching me as well. My daughter makes babbling noises and lifts her hand to me as I pass which only brings the emotion up inside of me all over again. I’m really trying my hardest not to fall apart but everyone is making it impossible for me.
Having everyone around me who loves me, who is excited for this wedding, and who wants me and Marc to succeed, makes this feel even a more special day to me. I would always pick this over a big flash wedding filled with people I barely know any day. This is intimate and sweet, this is just for me and Marc, to really express our love for one another.
“I love that elegant gown on you,” Marc comments as soon as I meet him at the other end of the aisle. “You look like a freaking goddess at the moment.”
I smile from ear to ear, noticing the first trickle of a tear running down my face. A happy tear though, I’m crying because I’m the happiest woman alive right now.

“You don’t look too bad yourself,” I reply thickly. “Wow!”
We don’t get to talk much more because the priest starts up with his speech and it’s time for us to get married. An electric current run between us as I hold hands with Marc, listening to the words of the priest and repeating parts when we are supposed to. Everything out about our wedding ceremony, aside from where it is, is pretty traditional which is one of my only requests. I really think that there is something magical about the traditional words anyway, but since Marc and I have done everything backwards, so it’s a nice sensation for us to at least do something in the right way.
“You may now kiss the bride!”
As soon as those words are uttered, Marc spins me around and dips me low, making a big dramatic show of kissing me. I half want to laugh because he’s so funny, to cry because I’m so emotional, and to jump for joy because finally I have everything that I want.
“I love you, wifey,” Marc declares the moment we pull apart. “Now let’s go party.”
“Wait.” I keep hold of his hand tight while I straighten up, keeping him in place for a moment. His expression is so shocked I almost start laughing. “Don’t worry, I’m not about to run off or anything. It would be a bit late now, anyway! We’re married. No, there is something that I just wanted to tell you.” I suck in a breath, trying to prepare myself for this announcement. I’m so excited and I know that he will be as well, I’m just the tiniest bit nervous of how he’s going to take this now. “I recently found something out, this morning actually.” I grin at him, trying my hardest to reassure him that everything is going to be okay. “I found out that I’m pregnant again. We’re having another baby.”
The first guttural cry that I hear comes from my mother. I knew that this would get to her and it really has. I want to go and hug her, but I’m too rapidly enveloped by Marc who I think might be weeping again.
