Waited So Long Page 10

by J. M. Dabney

"My slutty little boy doesn't care how Daddy fills him."

  "As long as it's you."

"Until now and we draw our final breaths. I'm yours."

We understood that life could go pear-shaped at any time. We'd agreed to never take each other for granted. To never put off anything that needed to be said today. We whispered we loved each other at random times throughout the day. Kissed like it would be our last. Loved like we'd never be connected again. We loved without shame or the world's expectations.

He instructed me when needed. I'd lost count of the times I was ordered over his lap, but I also couldn't keep track of every touch he gave me simply because I was close enough to assure him that I was still there. I did the same for him.

"Daddy?" There was something I always wanted, and I needed to ask Daddy first. "I wanted to ask you something important."

"Yes, boy." He gifted me with an adoring gaze.

  "I want a puppy."

"What my boy wants, my boy gets." He just smiled and cuddled me closer.

I spun my ring with my thumb. It was my reminder when I was away from him that I was claimed. I belonged. I didn't have to be anything but me and his boy. My imperfect, middle-aged body was sexy because it was his. My anxiety and insecurities weren't wrong because they were a part of me. He loved every part, even the ones that weren't ideal. His love was never less than a hundred percent.

  About the Author

J.M. Dabney is a multi-genre author who writes mainly LGBT romance and fiction. They live with a constant diverse cast of characters in their head. No matter their size, shape, race, etc. J.M. lives for one purpose alone, and that’s to make sure they do them justice and give them the happily ever after they deserve. J.M. is dysfunction at its finest and they makes sure their characters are a beautiful kaleidoscope of crazy. There is nothing more they want from telling their stories than to show that no matter the package the characters come in or the damage their pasts have done, that love is love. That normal is never normal and sometimes the so-called broken can still be amazing.
