LOUISE: Wouldn’t the light be better if you stood over here?
KAT: Mother. I’m an award-winning filmmaker, are you really telling me how to shoot a video?
LOUISE: It was just a suggestion. I’ll go check on Cleo.
KAT: She’s fine, I just checked on her.
LOUISE: I’ll check on her anyway.
KAT: Suit yourself.
TATE: Okay, I have another one. Knock knock.
SUMMER: Who’s there?
TATE: Summer.
SUMMER: Summer who?
TATE: Girls are so weird. Summer nice and summer not so nice. You never know which one you’re gonna get.
SUMMER: That’s not funny.
LUCKY: (laughing) Yes it is!
SUMMER: Oh my gosh you’re both the worst. I’m not talking to you anymore.
TATE: You promise?
LUCKY: She’s only mean to you because she likes you.
TATE: She must like me a lot. Hey, Dad! C’mere!
NICO: Be right there.
KAT: Grammie, are you crying?
GRAMMIE: No. I’m allergic to Los Angeles. And I still love hearing him call Nico that.
KAT: Well he is legally his dad now. And Cleo will be calling him that too within a year.
GRAMMIE: Not if I teach her to call him Papa Ass Canoe first.
KAT: (laughing)
WILLA: Shane. Wake up.
SHANE: Mmmph? I’m up. Did you feed Ollie?
WILLA: Yes. You have nap drool on your face. Can you zoom in on this, Kat?
SHANE: I have a special clause in my contract that prevents anyone from zooming in on my nap drool.
NICO: Time to put the camera away, Hot Mom. I’m gonna mix you a drink.
KAT: I still can’t have alcohol yet.
NICO: This one’s virgin. Unlike you.
KAT: And what will it be called?
NICO: The Patronus.
KAT: Are you going to focus on your happiest memory while you make it?
NICO: Yeah. I’m gonna focus on you.
KAT: Awww. Nico.
NICO: And what I’m going to do to you later, after everyone leaves and the kids are asleep.
KAT: (clearing throat) Nico.
NICO: And for the rest of your life. (whispering) I love you.
KAT: I love you too.
NICO: I love you.
