I really enjoyed writing this book and there are a few people who made it possible.
Firstly my better half, for allowing me the peace and quiet to write and not complaining when I wake up in the middle of the night to jot down ideas as the book characters just won’t let me sleep.
Stef, for always telling me she needs to read more after I’ve sent her a few chapters and for helping me write my fabulous synopsis.
Amy, for always telling me ‘You can do it’ and helping with all the many names I needed.
Bonnie, Kathleen, Emma, Donna, Ash and Michelle for supporting me in my writing and for giving me honest opinions on the book when Beta reading.
For the girls in my street team, Kacey’s Kick Ass Crew for helping get my name out there and always supporting me.
Finally, thank you to you, the reader for buying this book. I hope you enjoy the sixth instalment of the South Coast Brothers.

“Tyler we need you to cover the front desk tonight,” Mum said to me as she rounded the corner to where I was dressing all the tables ready for the evening meals.
“I can’t. I’m meeting Tanya tonight. You know I’m only helping out, Mum.” My parents owned one of the biggest hotels in this part of Cornwall. They had always told me that it would all be mine one day. I didn’t want that, I had never wanted to run a hotel. In fairness, I didn’t know what I wanted to do, but I was only nineteen so I’ve got time to figure it out.
“Tyler, this will all be yours one day,” she said as she waved her hand in the air.
“Maybe I don’t want it,” I stated. She gasped as she placed her hand on her chest.
“Now, don’t be so ungrateful, a lot of kids would be happy to be inheriting all of this.”
“I don’t want to work in a hotel,” I told her again.
“It’s your future, get used to it,” she declared before she flounced out of the dining room. I
glanced around at all of the perfectly laid out tables and the large windows that were shining to perfection. It was a great hotel to stay in but I didn’t see this for myself; for my future. I wanted to do something else, anything else. I reached into my pocket when I felt it vibrate against my leg.
When are you coming over? T x
Tanya had been my girlfriend for the last year and I was head over in heels in love with her. She was gorgeous, she had long blonde hair, blue eyes and a figure that had me getting hard every time I thought about her large breasts, small hips and rounded arse.
I’m coming now. Ty x
I finished laying the rest of the tables, grabbed my helmet from behind the reception desk and snuck out of there before my parents could stop me. I flung my leg over my Honda CB500F, it was black and chrome and my helmet matched it. My parents had bought me this gift for my eighteenth birthday.
“Tyler!” I glanced over my shoulder to see my dad standing at the entrance to the hotel, I waved my arm in the air and took off down the long drive. There was nothing I loved more than being on my bike; it was freeing and I could escape at any moment.
I was stopped at a junction waiting to turn right onto the road where Tanya lived. I heard the familiar rumble of bikes before four bikes rode past, they were all wearing leather jackets. I remembered seeing these guys before, they were members of the Cornish Crusaders MC. I wondered what it would be like to be a part of that club, to be able to ride your bike for a living, to be part of something bigger.
I pulled out of the junction once it was clear and headed into Groves Lane, Tanya lived in one of the nicer streets in this town and I always noticed the way her neighbours looked at me when I rode in on my bike; like I wasn’t good enough for her. I hung my helmet on the handlebars and climbed off. Before I got to the door, she was standing in the doorway. Her eyes were red, had she been crying?
“You ok?” I asked as I cupped her face in my hands so I could look into her eyes. She hesitated before nodding her head. “You gonna let me in?” I smiled. She stood to the side and waved me in.
“Hello, Tyler.” Tanya’s mum smiled at me as she climbed to her feet from the sofa.
“Hi, Mrs. Samuels. How are you?”
“Very well, thank you. Can I get you a drink?” she offered. Tanya looked a lot like her mum, they both had blonde hair, blue eyes and a slim figure.
“No, Mum. We’re fine,” Tanya answered for me. She grabbed at my arm and began pulling me up the stairs.
“Hey, what’s the rush?” I laughed. “I’m not fucking you while your mum is downstairs watching the TV.”
“I don’t want you to fuck me.” She sighed. Something was off with her and I couldn’t figure out what it was.
Once we were in her bedroom, I slouched down onto her double bed and rested my arm behind my head.
“I’ve had a shit day,” I started telling her as she stood in front of me. “Mum and dad are going on at me again about taking over the bloody hotel. Why can’t they see that I don’t want to work, or run a hotel? I wanna do something that I love.” Like ride my bike all day.
“I’m pregnant,” she blurted out and before I could react, she added. “I’m having an abortion.”
I shot to my feet.
“What? Why are you having an abortion? You don’t need to do that. I’ll take care of you both.”
“I don’t want a kid, Tyler!” she snapped.
“I thought you were on the pill?” I questioned.
“I am on the pill, I don’t know how this happened. I’m eighteen, I don’t want to have a kid.” She started crying and I held her close to me.
“It’s ok, it will all be ok. We’ll be a family.” I needed to stand up and be a man, I needed to take the job at the hotel so I could provide for my growing family. I was going to be a dad, that thought alone made me light up inside. I was as happy as a pig in shit.
“I don’t want to be a family,” she sneered as she pushed me away. “I’m having an abortion.”
“No, Tan, you can’t do this. Don’t I get a say in this?”
“No. It’s my body.”
“Tanya, if you do this, I…”
“You what?”
“If you kill our baby, I’ll never be able to forgive you. There will be no future for us.”
“I guess this is goodbye then.”
“Are you fucking kidding me?” I yelled as I slid my hand over the top of my short blond hair. “I love you, please don’t do this.”
“It’s happening, I have an appointment already.” She crossed her arms over her chest and glared at me.
“How long have you known about this?”
“I found out last week.”
“Tanya, please don’t do this,” I begged, taking a step closer to her. She held her hand out in front of me.
“The decision is made.”
“I thought you loved me?”
“I do love you, but not enough to ruin my life for something that you want.”
“Have the baby and I’ll take it, you don’t have to be a part of his or her’s life if you don’t want to be.”
“I’m not having this baby, Tyler.” She placed her hands on her hips, she wasn’t going to back down.
“Fuck!” I yelled.
“I think you should leave.” She pointed at her bedroom door. I was about to speak when she screamed. “Now!”
“For what it’s worth, I would have loved and looked after you both.” I kissed her on the cheek before I flew out of her room, out of the front door and onto my bike.
“Hey, man, I’ve been calling you.” I looked up from where I was sitting on a swing in the local park. My best mate Tristan was standing in front of me.
“What do you want?” I asked.
“What’s up with you?”
“Tanya and I broke up.” That was all of the information I was giving him, I couldn’t talk about it anymore.
“Ah shit. Sorry, man.” We both kept quiet for a couple of minutes. “It’s my last night, leaving for uni tomorrow. Wanna come to a party?”
“Sure.” I had to give my mate a good send off and I needed to drink my bodyweight in alcohol. “Where’s the party?”
“At the Cornish Crusaders clubhouse, it’s local’s night.” I had heard about the club throwing local’s nights, they did it every so often. Cheap drinks, normally accompanied with strippers.
“I’m in.” I mounted my bike as Tristan climbed in his car. I nodded once I was ready and I followed him to the Cornish Crusaders clubhouse. I was surprised how easy it was to get in.
The clubhouse doors were pinned open and there were people everywhere, some were outside smoking, some guy had a girl pinned to the outside wall and was devouring her and inside was a lot busier. We walked in through the main doors and turned right into a large bar area. There was a stage full of dancers, the music was loud and the smell of alcohol and cigarettes was overwhelming. I gazed around the room to see a game of poker being played in one corner, a game of pool was in a small room off the side of the bar and bodies filled the dancefloor.
“Let’s get a drink!” Tristan yelled in my ear. I nodded and followed him to the bar. There were two girls serving behind it, both blonde.
“What can I get you?” one girl asked as she leaned closer to us, showing off her tits.
“Whiskey and coke, two,” Tristan answered, showing her two fingers in case she didn’t hear him.
“Coming right up.” She looked at me and swiped her tongue over her bottom lip. Maybe this was what I needed? Maybe I needed to forget about Tanya and have fun, I was only nineteen.
“This place is all kinds of crazy.” Tristan laughed.
I didn’t answer him, I accepted my drink from the blonde and shot it back before demanding another one.
“By the way, I’m Lottie.” She smiled.
“Tyler.” I turned towards Tristan to introduce him and he had wandered over to the dance floor with some chick. I shrugged my shoulders and downed his drink too.
“You wanna have some fun tonight?” Lottie asked as she trailed her fingernail over my forearm. I couldn’t feel it as I still had my leather jacket on.
“I’ll have another drink for now,” I told her as I pushed my empty glass in her direction.
I didn’t know how long I had been here, I had stayed in the same place, accepting drink after drink from this Lottie chick. I glanced around to see that the place was starting to empty. I was surprised when I saw guys fucking chicks in front of everyone. One girl was straddled over a guy’s lap, he held her skirt up around her waist as he pushed into her over and over again.
“Wanna have some fun now?” Lottie asked, blocking my view from the live sex show. She placed her hands on my thighs and pushed them apart so she could stand in between them. We were now at the same height, I grabbed hold of her hips and held her in place as I glided my lips over hers in a bruising kiss. Her hands ran up my arms until they were clasping the back of my head. I was hard as stone and needed a release. I pushed my hips into her tummy and she moaned in delight.
“Lottie!” someone called her name. We broke apart to see a tall guy standing by the side of us, he was wearing a club leather jacket and had tattoos covering his neck and hands. “You know you’re not allowed to be with the locals. Tat’s looking for you.” She nodded her head and stood back from me before disappearing out of the room.
“Ah, well that shucks,” I slurred, turning back around in my seat and resting my head on the bar.
“What’s your name?” this guy asked.
“Tyler,” I mumbled.
“I’m Toes. Not seen you here before.”
“Yeah, it’s my first time. Love it here though.”
“Oh yeah?” He chuckled.
“Yeah, would’ve been better if I could have been balls deep in her though.” I laughed as I sat up straight. “I better get home. Wherever that may be.” I climbed off the stool and fell straight back into the bar.
“Whoa. How did you get here?” Toes asked, holding me up.
“My bike’s outside. I’ll be ok in a minute. Just need some fresh air.”
“I think you’d best stay.”
“Hey, I’m not into dudes.”
“Me neither, think their toes would be too hairy for my liking.”
“Huh?” What was he talking about toes for? How drunk was I? Was I hearing him right?
“Toes. I got my road name Toes as I like to be fucking a chick and sucking her toes at the same time. It’s shit hot, man.”
“Whatever floats your boat.” I patted him on the back as I stumbled past him.
“Seriously, there is a spare room. Get your head down for a few hours, or until the alcohol wears off. Then you can go home.”
“Not sure I have a home anymore,” I mumbled as I followed him down the dimly lit hall and into a room.

“Hey, hey. It’s ok.” I tried to soothe Cooper as he cried. I held my eight-month-old son against my chest as I paced up and down in front of the sofa. Just as he was calming down and falling asleep there was a knock on my front door. His cries started up again immediately. I stormed over to the door ready to shout at whoever was there.
“What?” I asked as I ripped the door open. “Sorry,” I apologised as Solar, Jasmine and Nate stood in front of me.
“You ok?” Jasmine fussed as I walked away from the door. She was massive now; their baby was due in two weeks.
“Yeah.” I sighed. “He’s just overtired and won’t sleep.”
“You want some help?” she offered, holding out her arms for him.
“Flower, you’re meant to be taking it easy,” Solar told her as he turned the TV on for Nate.
“He may just need a woman’s touch.” Jasmine was right, she was the one person who looked after him the most when I was busy with the club. I handed him over to her and she walked down the hallway and into his room. Within minutes, his crying had stopped and we could hear the faint sound of Jasmine singing.
“You doing ok, man?” Solar asked as I stood there staring down the hallway.
“Yeah,” I lied. I had been struggling for the last f
our months, ever since Tanya had walked away from us both. I tried to find a happy medium between the club and being a dad but it was tough. Jasmine had been my rock, she helped look after Cooper when she could and so did Carla, Cammie and Ashlyn. But I couldn’t keep relying on the Old Ladies. I had tried to reach out to my parents for help but they never returned any of my calls. They were disappointed in me when I threw away the chance of running and owning their hotel. They weren’t happy when I joined the Cornish Crusaders shortly after Tanya told me she was getting an abortion.
After the night that I had met Toes, I was classed as a hang around at the club until Toes stood up for me and sponsored me into becoming a prospect. I earnt my patch quickly when I helped rescue Nate, Jasmine’s son, from his kidnapper.
Now I felt like I was taking liberties with the club, never being as available to them as I would like to be, I know the Prez was cutting me some slack but it was hard work being a single dad and a member of the CC.
My head shot up when I heard footsteps coming closer.
“He’s asleep.” Jasmine smiled as she walked into Solar’s outstretched arms.
“Thank you. Do you want a drink?” I offered.
“I’ll do it,” Jasmine announced.
“Jas, I think I know how to make tea the way you like it by now.” I smiled at her. She smiled back and her face frowned as she rubbed a spot on her tummy.
“You ok, flower?” Solar asked her as he noticed it too.
