Dhannar circled the town, swooping low, and I threw out handfuls of glittering Christmas cheer to the delight of the children playing below. Hearing their joyful whoops made me laugh again, clinging to the railing of the flier as Dhannar pulled us into a turn.
It looked like we’d started a new Christmas tradition for the colony, one that I looked forward to repeating year after year. One that I’d enjoy introducing our children to.
