RED TO FADE
In the year 2100, a large population of a peaceful new race, known as morphians, has entered into the Mars atmosphere in the most advanced and hi-tech spaceships ever built.
The morphians wish to create life on Mars.
They use their technology to build cities on Mars.
A corrupt FBI agent called Joel Davis, who is the head of the FBI Los Angeles branch, is on a mission to lead a group of agents to attack the morphians and steal their technology.
Another FBI agent, Connor Harper, is on a mission to prevent Joel and his group of agents from completing their quest.
It’s just a matter of which agent will complete his mission first.
Chapter One
A NEW RACE
In the year 2100, a new race known as morphians entered the solar system in their cruise and battle spaceships. The morphians are from a planet called Balaxia, a planet that is many space-travel years away from Earth. The morphians are able to create their own food and fuel on their ships, and by doing this they are able to travel for many years.
Balaxia, like Earth, has many different countries. Similar to humans, the morphians have different cultures and ethnic groups. Clandarians, Hypathians and Scalligans are the names of some of the many different morphian cultures. Clandarians and all morphians of the numerous diverse civilizations can also be called Balaxians. Clandarian or morphian technology can also be called Balaxian technology. Morphians have different skin colours; the different shades similar to the various colours of fish; grey, light green, gold and silver, for example.
Morphians are given one name; they don’t have a surname like earthlings. The morphians who have entered the solar system are called Clandarians. All of the cruise and battle spaceships are owned by the Clandarian government. Clandarians come from a country called Clandar, which is on the planet Balaxia. There are many other morphian cultures travelling in space in the search for other planets.
The Clandarian ships are huge, about the size of the US Marine battleships. The natives of Clandar used their computer technology to scan and research all of the planets such as Mars, Pluto, and so on. They know that Earth has been discovered already. They know there is life on Earth, but they do not wish to interfere with Earth life.
Balaxians studied the Earth languages. The Clandarians learned that the most common Earth language is English. While studying English, the inhabitants of Balaxia discovered that English is identical to Zando. Zando is a morphian language. There are many different morphian languages. Zando is the main language that Clandarians speak. After studying earthling languages the Balaxians used their technology to contact Earth. They wanted the people of Earth to know that they don’t want to fight and do not wish to interfere with human life. They got in contact with the NASA station on Earth; this is because NASA has the best signal of communication on Earth. The Clandarians told the people working for NASA that they come in peace and want to create life and technology for earthlings and morphians on the planets where none currently exist.
The morphians kind of look like the science fiction movie alien called the Predator, without the dreadlocks and fangs. Morphians don’t have any hair. The male morphians have very muscular faces, similar to the face of the bad guy Dorian when he wears the mask in the Jim Carrey movie The Mask. The morphians’ eyes are like gorilla eyes. Human beings called the Clandarians aliens, but to be quite honest the natives of Clandar are a lot like earthlings; they just look different and have more advanced technology.
A racist name made up by humans for the morphians is ‘slugs’. The Balaxians bleed red just like earthlings. The morphian culture is similar to human culture. The morphian culture build things, watch movies, play video games, go on the internet and drink alcohol, like earthlings. The morphians have animals like dogs, horses, and so on.
*
The humans, for the most part, were happy that the Clandarians are peaceful. News reporters all over the world told the people that the inhabitants of Balaxia came in peace, and that they wanted to create technology and life on all of the planets. The Balaxians studied Mars. They figured out that there is no breathable air on Mars. The Clandarians need water, food, heat and air to survive, just like earthlings. The natives of Clandar had created technology and life on other planets that are space-travel years away from Earth. They had architectural plans to build giant square domes the size of big cities on Mars.
The Balaxians landed on Mars in their spacecraft and space suits and started to go to work. They planned to build giant square domes the size of cities and make the air breathable inside them. The Clandarians have millions of robot builders; the RB-7s. The RB-7 robot looks like a cross between the comic book characters Spawn and Iron Man.
The RB-7 robots are a silver-blue colour. The natives of Clandar built bases on Mars so that they can monitor and control the RB-7 robots with their computer technology; the bases are also used for the storage of RB-7 robots, building equipment and supplies that are transported from the Balaxian spaceships to Mars to build the giant square domes. They transport equipment and supplies from their spaceships by using spacecraft.
The RB-7 robots can also be monitored and controlled by Clandarians in spaceships. The inhabitants of Balaxia make the millions of RB-7 robots work day and night without any of the breaks that human beings have. The RB-7 robots use different types of Balaxian construction equipment to build the domes and different things for the giant domes. The Clandarians have to wear oxygen space suits like earthlings do in order to walk around Mars and to keep an eye on the RB-7 robots. The natives of Clandar start to build the first giant square dome using a material known as glacitone. Glacitone is a very strong material. If bullets were to be fired at it from automatic assault weapons, they would do no damage. If aircraft rockets were to be fired at the glacitone material, the rockets wouldn’t even leave a black burn mark or a scratch.
The Balaxians use this glacitone material because nothing can penetrate it, which makes it safe to build a giant city inside a glacitone dome on Mars. You can see through glacitone like you can see through a glass window. The Clandarians program the RB-7 robots
to make glacitone inside bases on Mars, using specialised equipment. When the giant glacitone windows have been built, they are joined together with tricadell. Tricadell is very strong steel that the natives of Clandar make and use. Tricadell is as strong as glacitone. The RB-7 robots use their equipment to join the glacitone windows and tricadell steel together. When the glacitone dome is built, it looks like a giant greenhouse. Glacitone and tricadell steel are also used to build armoured vehicles for Balaxian police and soldiers.
After the glacitone dome has been built the RB-7 robots build gigantic metal electric fans into the ground surface of the dome. The RB-7 robots also install radiators inside tricadell steel and build giant radiators in the domes so that they are kept warm.
Once the glacitone dome is built and fitted with radiators and fans, the RB-7 robots use equipment to clear the dome of all gas and toxins. After the dome is clear of all poisonous particles, the RB-7 robots turn on the gigantic fans to create breathable air so that the Clandarians can live and work inside the glacitone dome.
The RB-7 robots then proceed to construct buildings and freeways inside the dome. The RB-7 robots are able to build a city inside a glacitone dome in the space of three years. When a glacitone dome is built with a city inside and the city is up and running with humans and morphians working, the dome looks like New York in a greenhouse. There is a lot of activity inside an occupied dome, like cars driving around on freeways and spacecraft flying everywhere.
The inhabitants of Balaxia are able to create their own fuel. The name of their fuel is Gryogel. Gryogel fuel does not pollute or give out any toxic fumes. There is no pollution in the glacitone dome. Gryogel is used to fuel vehicles and spacecraft, and can also be used to make products. There are no product factories built inside the glacitone domes because they cause pollution. Balaxian products are built in factory ships in space. Products are imported into the glacitone domes from Earth and the factory spaceships.
The giant skyscrapers inside the glacitone dome look amazing.
The Clandarians call the first built glacitone dome Red 1. The Big Rock, the Glass Tomb and the First Dome are three different names that some earthlings call Red 1. After fifteen years, there have been five glacitone domes built on Mars. Each has been given a name. Red 1, Red 2, Red 3, Red 4 and Red 5 are connected together with glacitone bridge tunnels, so that humans and morphians can travel from dome to dome in vehicles and by foot.
There is a planet transport station beside every glacitone dome. The planet transport stations are connected to the domes with bridge tunnels. The planet transport stations all have titles: PTS-R1, PTS-R2, PTS-R3, PTS-R4 and PTS-R5. PTS-R1 is connected to Red 1, PTS-R2 is connected to Red 2, and so on.
Planet transport stations are also built on Earth and on the moon. The planet transport stations are used for Clandarian spacecraft to transport citizens from Earth to the glacitone domes so that citizens can explore and work in the glacitone domes. The planet transport stations are also used to transport earthlings and morphians from the glacitone domes to Earth, and to transport natives of Clandar from Balaxian ships that land in planet transport stations on Mars.
Planet transport stations are used to export and import food and supplies. There are also private spacecraft stations inside the glacitone domes. Private spacecraft stations are used to store private spacecraft for beings. Individuals from Earth and Balaxia use private spacecraft to fly around a dome, to fly to another dome and to fly around space and to other planets. Private spacecraft can also be used to fly equipment and supplies from one place to another.

In the year 2109, while making glacitone dome Red 3, the Clandarians were also building glacitone domes on the moon and underwater on Earth. As the years went by, natives of Clandar shared their technology with people from different countries on Earth. Balaxians allow humans to come aboard their battleships and cruise ships so that earthlings can learn about their technology and way of life.
People can go on space cruises in Clandarian ships to travel and look at all of the planets of the solar system. On 18th February 2102, the United Nations held a conference to discuss the possibility of letting the inhabitants of Balaxia live and work on Earth, and came to an agreement that they would allow them to do so. At first, a lot of people weren’t happy that the Balaxians were allowed to work on Earth.
People on Earth complained that the Clandarians were taking all of their jobs and a lot of people said that the world was overpopulated and there was no room for the natives of Clandar. As the years went by humans realised that the Balaxians are a peaceful race. When the Clandarians build a city inside a glacitone dome they assign a lord to take charge and control of that city. A lord is like a mayor.
The inhabitants of Balaxia have political debates like earthlings do. Balaxians arrange a political debate to see who will be elected as a lord. As the Clandarians promised, they live and work with humans in their brand new cities. Years have passed after the birth of the new cities on Mars. The earthlings and the natives of Clandar are working together.
The current male Clandarian morphian who is president of the Clandarian government is called Arilldoon. The Clandarian government have put an immigration system in place in order to allow people from Earth to live and work in the glacitone domes on Mars. In order to work and live in the domes, you need Clandarian immigration visas. You can apply for all different types of Clandarian immigration visas, like a work visa, holiday visa, and so on. If you have lived and worked in the glacitone domes for a long time you can apply for Clandarian citizenship.
Life is great in the new cities. All of the cities in the glacitone domes have a very low crime rate as the inhabitants of Balaxia do not sell any weapons. A lot of people say the pay rate of jobs in the domes is excellent. The Clandarian currency is known as Traden. After a number of years the natives of Clandar are able to exchange currency with other countries on Earth.
Year after year the American government pesters the Clandarians about their glacitone, tricadell and RB-7 robot technology. The American government wants these technologies so that they can build cities on planets as well. The natives of Clandar will share all of their technology with every country on Earth except for the glacitone, tricadell and RB-7 robot technologies. The inhabitants of Balaxia refuse to share these because they are concerned that countries on Earth will use the RB-7 robots for military purposes.
Over the years Clandarians have seen human beings fighting in war after war. America has offered the natives of Clandar large sums of money for their technology. The inhabitants of Balaxia always declined America’s offers and they will never share the glacitone, tricadell and RB-7 robot technologies.
Chapter Two
JOEL’S PLANS
The year is now 2116. In Los Angeles it’s night-time. It’s a quiet night in the City of Angels. There’s a mild heat in the air.
FBI Agent Ryan Clarke, who works in the robbery and homicide division, Los Angeles branch, is driving in his car and on his way to meet another agent, Connor Harper. Ryan spoke with Connor earlier over the phone to arrange a meeting. There’s been a lot on Ryan’s mind lately; he has figured out the reason why there are agents going missing in the FBI Los Angeles branch. Yesterday Ryan was told some shocking information by FBI Agent Carlton Jones.
Today Ryan tried to get in contact with Carlton. He can’t find him anywhere. Ryan finally arrives at the destination where he’s supposed to meet Connor Harper. He parks his car in the car park of the West Coast Leisure Centre, a fitness training business. In the West Coast Leisure Centre you can lift weights in the gym, go swimming, play tennis and basketball and take part in many other activities.
Ryan enters the West Coast Leisure Centre. There’s a beautiful blonde at the reception desk. Her name is Alison.
Alison says, “Hello sir, how can I help you today?”
“I would like to go for a swim please,” Ryan replies.
Ryan has no intention of going for a swim; he just
wants to meet Connor in the spectator section of the swimming pool.
Alison says, “That will be ten dollars, please.”
Ryan hands Alison a ten-dollar note. Alison puts the money in the cash register and prints out a swimming pool pass. Alison hands Ryan the pass and says, “Thank you very much, sir. Enjoy your swim.”
Ryan replies, “Thanks.”
Ryan goes to the spectator section of the swimming pool. Moments later, he makes it to the spectator section and looks around. As usual there’s not a lot of people watching other people swim, just a parent watching his kid and a group of guys sitting there for a place to wait so that they can kill some time before their game of basketball starts. There are a couple of girls as well who have just finished their swimming session and they’re waiting for someone to pick them up to go home.
There are about ten people swimming in the swimming pool. On the outside of the pool there’s a West Coast Leisure Centre employee watching everyone, making sure they are all safe and nobody is up to anything they shouldn’t be. In the spectator section there’s a white guy wearing black trousers and a blue jumper with a hood. It’s FBI Agent Connor Harper.
His law enforcement career started at the age of eighteen. Connor’s main goal in life was always to work for the FBI because he felt that was where the main action was. When he was eighteen he started working as a patrol officer for the LAPD and he worked with them for three years. But he wanted to become a detective. At the age of twenty-one, he studied and completed test exams for a detective job placement. He passed all the exams and became a detective, and worked as a detective for the LAPD for four years.
