  Sèphera has been writing creepy tales since she could hold a pencil. Her book career began in 2000 with the publication of Eternal Sunset (Darktales Publishing, 2000), followed by House of Pain (Leisure Books, 2001) and House Magic: The Good Witch’s Guide to Bringing Grace to Your Space by Ariana (Conari Books, 2001). Over twenty-three published books later, she’s still working hard at scaring and delighting her readers. When she’s not writing, she is a freelance editor, an actress, a tarot reader, and the Canadian Chapter Head of the Horror Writers Association. Sèphera is one of the contributors to The Great Lakes Horror Podcast, which is enjoying success on iTunes. Sèphera currently resides in Toronto.

  Monica is the managing editor of Rue Morgue magazine and LibraryOfTheDead.com, author of the Blood Magic Saga (a young adult online vampire serial that first hit the weird wide web with Bleeder back in 2012) and Rue Morgue Library Vol. 3: Weird Stats & Morbid Facts. She’s also the co-author of the 2002 poetry collection Some Words Spoken (with Cynthia Gould).   Julianne Snow is the author of the Days with the Undead series and Glimpses of the Undead . She is the founder of Zombieholics Anonymous and the Co-Owner and Publicist at Sirens Call Publications.   Christine Whitlock is a Hamilton ON writer, director and filmmaker. Christine holds a Magazine Journalism degree from Ryerson University, Toronto and a Creative Writing Certificate from George Brown College. She was a police reporter for 5 ½ years for CKOC Radio Hamilton and a stringer for the Toronto Star.

  She has self-published 32 non-fiction books on cycling, business and erotica and is an award-winning producer of the ASSIGNMENT HAMILTON show for Cable 14 Hamilton. She is shopping her two children’s TV pilots, a crime TV pilot, seven feature film scripts and numerous short stories and scripts. She is also at work adapting her feature film scripts to novels.

  Her fourth independent psychological thriller / horror feature film DAYS OF THE IGUANAS filmed in Cuba is now out.   Originally from the oldest recorded town in England, Jonathan Woodrow hopped the pond and now lives with his wife and three young children in a quiet village on the outskirts of Toronto, Ontario, where he spends his time writing dark, mostly speculative fiction. His short stories have appeared in numerous magazines and anthologies, including Blight Digest, Apotheosis, Cranial Leakage, and many others. His debut novel, Wasteland Gods, was released in February 2016 by Horrific Tales Publishing.

  A lifelong horror fan, Brett spent his childhood jumping from couch to couch in a vampire cape his mother made him and later when he got old enough, cut his teeth in the world of graphic design laying out issues #47 - #70 of Rue Morgue Magazine. He later went on to design and illustrate Fangoria’s 300th issue anniversary cover where he rebuilt and reintroduced the classic Fangoria logo which had not been used since the magazine’s early heydays and now continues to be widely used to this day. Still an avid fan of the genre, these days you can find him working on new ghastly designs on his account at redbubble.com as well doing a wide variety of design and illustration work spanning different genres and industries.

  Toronto based artist Lizzdom has been creating her spooky illustrations ever since she could hold a black crayon. Her subject matter very often skirts the borders of cute and creepy, sometimes leaning one way or the other.   Painter and illustrator Izzy McCoy hails from the former mining town of Marmora, Ontario. Her formative years saw the young Izzy learning to paint by peering intently over her mother’s shoulder as she crafted whimsical Dutch folk art scenes on wood. By igniting Izzy’s imagination, these early influences informed her use of cross-cultural themes and imagery, which appeared throughout her scholarship at OCAD. To date, such elements continue to impact upon her art. Izzy’s work has appeared in animation form on MTV Canada and she has contributed art to publications such as The Walrus Magazine.

  Canadian born artist, James A Minett (otherwise known as The Monster Inside or tmi) practices what he calls, ‘Romantic Mythticism’ which he describes in his own words; “My work serves a dual purpose; It is evidence of my internal dialogue and journey, and it is also an illustration of our collective struggle, a human reality as sentient intelligent beasts engaged in a perpetual spiritual war. It is Venomary Art.” He currently resides in Toronto, and for the last 16 years has worked as a Lighting and Compositing artist for feature films and television, alongside the creation of his Art.

  Dinis discovered a love for design while working for his high school yearbook, which has since led him to work with Pride Toronto, Esthero, US based textile and home furnishing studios and Canadian designer Ami McKay. He is self-taught and recalls his dad forcing him and his siblings to look out the car window and appreciate the view because it would disappear, which contributed to his interest in visual design. Now a designer for Fabricland, his influences include Transformers, art deco, and Samurai Jack.
