Die For Her (Steele Raiders MC)

by RB Hilliard

Pivoting sideways, she pushed up onto her knees. A grunt flew from his mouth as she hiked her leg over both of his thighs and straddled his lap. His humor-filled eyes stared up at her, and she smiled. “That’s better. Now, are you going to kiss me all night, or are you going to fuck me?”

Lips twitching with amusement, he asked, “Can’t I do both?”

“You can do anything you want, darlin’,” she mocked, then craning her neck, she sealed her lips to his.

This time the kiss wasn’t gentle. It was wild and unruly and exactly what she needed. Thrusting her fingers into his hair, she rocked her aching pussy against his jean-clad cock. His hand skated up her bare leg, and pleasure curled inside her belly when his long, masculine fingers rubbed across her panties. They slowly circled her clit, and her head fell back onto her shoulders, her mouth opening into a pleasure-filled gasp. She was lost—lost to him, to his magical touch, and the way he made her feel. From the very first moment she laid eyes on him, she’d been lost. Her mouth returned to his, their tongues battling for dominance as his warm fingers dipped beneath her panties and zeroed in on her clit. His lips lay waste to her senses while his fingers played her like a master musician, and she wanted more. She wanted to touch him in a way that no one ever had—she wanted it to mean something, to mean everything.

His fingers tipped forward, hitting that magical spot, and she broke apart on a strangled cry as the orgasm rushed through her.

“Fucking panties,” he muttered against the top of her head.

She dropped back onto the bed with a boneless sigh and laughed when he stripped them from her body and tossed them across the room.

“Okay, I’m ready for sleep, now,” she teased.

“Uh, uh, sweet cheeks, I’m not done with you yet.”

She pulled up onto her elbows and gave him a haughty look. “Maybe I’m not done with you, Biker Man.”

His smile made her belly flip-flop. “Oh yeah, whatcha got for me?” She sat up and slowly stripped off her shirt. His eyes dropped to her tits, his nostrils flaring with lust. They reached for each other at the same time—him for her tits and her for his fly.

She managed to get it open and his zipper partway down before he stopped her. “Boot’s first,” he said. While he worked on his boots, she continued to work on his fly, but the angle was all wrong. Finally, she gave up and let him do it. As he stripped off his cut and shirt, her eyes hit on his tattooed chest, and she was reminded of how big he was. Not big like her Dad who lived off of beer and cheese, but big as in someone who knew his way around a gym. He slid out of his jeans, and her eyes flared in appreciation. From the top of his head to the tips of his toes was pure, masculine perfection.

Staring at his long, thick cock, she shimmied to the side of the bed and beckoned him with her finger. “Come here.”

“I need a condom,” he rasped.

Not yet, she thought, and before he could get away, she leaned forward and stretched out her arm. A hiss shot from his lips as her fingers wrapped around his cock, and she began to reel him in. His eyes were fixated on her face as she slowly bent forward and took him into her mouth.

“Christ,” he barked. His large hands gripped the back of her head, his fingers digging into her skull as she licked him from base to tip. “Yeah, baby, that’s it,” he growled as she teased him with her teeth and tortured him with her tongue. Breathing heavily, he began to pump in and out of her mouth. They’d tried this once before, but he’d gotten a call in the middle of it, and she had to stop. Not tonight. Tonight, she was pulling out all stops.

  Chapter Sixteen

“FUUUCK,” HE GROANED as she took him all the way to the back of her throat. At the same time, she reached between his legs and gave his balls a gentle squeeze—hoping it would tip him over the edge. His body tensed, and she knew she had him.

Then suddenly he was out of her mouth, and she was flat on her back in the middle of the bed with him lining up to her entrance.

“Next time I’m coming in your mouth,” he growled and slammed his hard cock inside her. A surprised gasp flew from her lips as he began to stroke in and out of her body, convulsions of pleasure dancing up her spine and pooling in her belly with each thrust. Sex with Arlan had always been great, but not like this. This wasn’t the calm and in control Arlan from before. It was Arlan unleashed and out of control, which should probably scare the shit out of her, but didn’t. She was a glutton for punishment, especially when Arlan Steele was the one doing the punishing. Desire burned brightly in his eyes as he gave it to her, hard and fast. Arching her back, she met him thrust for thrust.

“Fuck, you’re perfect.” His raspy tone sent shivers through her body, and she could feel the orgasm gathering inside her, coiling deep within her core. His finger brushed over her clit—once, twice, three times—ramping her higher and higher. Right when she thought she couldn’t take anymore, it hit, and her breath exploded from her lungs on a silent scream.

A primal growl flew from his mouth as he slammed home one last time and groaned through his orgasm. “Fuck yeah,” he panted, before collapsing on top of her.

“I needed that,” he murmured against her neck.

“You and me both,” she replied.

Of course, his phone had to ring at that moment and interrupt their post-coital bliss.

“Sorry, babe, it might be important.” She rolled her eyes, and he gave her a quick kiss. Then he pulled out and was heading for the bathroom with his phone in hand. A few minutes later, he was back with a regretful look on his face. “I know we need to talk, and I promise it’s gonna happen, but with all of the shit going down—”

“Go,” she said, waving him off. “I’m too tired to talk right now anyway.” He gave her a disbelieving look, and she laughed. “I’m serious. We’ll talk later. Go take care of the club.” His smile made her heart go pitter-patter. She watched as he pulled on his clothes, openly gawking at his fabulous body while trying not to overanalyze what they’d just done and what it meant.

He finished dressing, and she thought he was going to leave, but instead, he stalked over to the bed, bent down, and gave her a heart-stopping kiss. Then he told her to keep the bed warm for him, and was gone.

Floating on the haze of two orgasms, LuLu sank deep into his pillows. She was on the verge of sleep when a thought drifted through her head. Did he use a condom? By the time she made it to the bathroom, she had her answer. Arlan had forgotten the condom, and she wasn’t on the pill.

Steele’s steps were a hell of a lot lighter leaving his room than when he’d entered it, and it was all due to Luciana. Not only was she gorgeous to look at, but she was funny, witty, smart as hell, and great in the sack. She certainly knew how to suck cock. He frowned at the thought of her sucking someone else’s cock. After tonight, the only cock she’d be sucking was his. The thought made him smile.

He stepped inside the control room, and Grover greeted him with a scowl. “Took you long enough.”

Buck, who had a shit-eating grin on his face, elbowed Grover. “I told you he was getting himself a little somethin’ somethin’.”

Glaring at them both, Steele said, “Cut the shit and tell me what you’ve got.”

“The line was definitely cut,” Buck said, and followed it with, “Good thing that wasn’t the only camera.” At Steele’s questioning look, he explained, “Remember before, when all the shit was happening and we thought it might be an inside job?”

Steele cut him short. “The camera in the tree.”

After Reyn’s fiancé got his head blown off, Buck brought her back to The Cave where they could keep an eye on her. Not long into her stay, she had an altercation with one of the club girls and decided to take off out the back gate. After they retrieved her, they put a lock on the gate, and Buck installed several new cameras, one of which was located in the tree adjacent to the gate. Steele had forgotten about it.

“The camera in the tree,” Buck said. Grover he
ld it up, and they all three smiled.

“How long until you know something?” Steele asked.

“With this low resolution, a day, maybe two,” Grover answered.

“If we get something,” Buck explained, “it’ll have to be enhanced. Grover’s good, but the equipment is dated. It’ll take some time.”

Steele nodded. “Do what you have to,” he told Grover, then turning to Buck, said, “Walk with me.” He waited until they were in the hallway before telling Buck what he was thinking. “I want you there when I question Dario.”

  “Have they found him yet?”

“That’s a good question.” He pulled out his phone and immediately spotted a missed text from Loco. It must have come in while he was with Luciana. “Loco says they’re on his house, but so far there’s no sign of him.”

He shot Loco a quick text back telling them to call it a night. Loco responded by telling him they would return when they got the fucker.

“They’re going to hold out for him. I’m going to check on things upstairs before catching a few z’s. Get some sleep while you can. I have a feeling this shit is about to get real.”

After checking in with Doc about Hannah and making sure that everyone was settled, Steele finally made his way back to his bedroom and Luciana’s warm, sexy body. Little did she know, but she was the first woman to sleep in his bed. If he had his way, she would be the last.

Smiling at that thought, he crawled in bed behind her. As he snuggled against her warm body, she muttered in a sexy, sleepy voice, “You didn’t wear a condom tonight, and I’m not on the pill.”

  _______________

It took a moment for Luciana’s words to sink in. She was right. He meant to grab a condom, but then she distracted him with her mouth, and fuck, how could he have let this happen?

Her head turned, and he could feel her eyes on him. “You’re freaking out, aren’t you?”

“Fuck yeah. I’ve never not gloved up before. I’m talking even when I was too drunk to stand; I still wore a condom. I don’t know what to say, except I’m sorry and it won’t happen again.”

She rolled to face him, and he could smell the mint from his toothpaste on her breath. “I’m not blaming you. We’re both adults here. I just wanted you to know.”

One thing that never ceased to amaze him was Luciana’s ability to keep a cool head. The only time he’d seen her lose her shit was tonight with Hannah. And even then, she’d managed to pull it back together in record time.

“Are you clean? It would be irresponsible of me not to ask. I got tested a few months ago when I decided to go off the pill, and I’m good.”

Steele thought back to when he was last tested, then to the past three months of trying to erase her from his brain, and winced. “I’ll get Doc on it first thing in the morning.”

“I can’t stop thinking about what happened.” Her words came out as a pained whisper, and he pulled her closer. “Did you know she was in love with you?”

Frowning, he said, “Hannah was a troubled kid with a daddy complex. I doubt she knew what love was. I never should never have touched her in the first place.”

“I was going inside, but then I just had to pour out that stupid beer and she followed me to the side of the house.”

  “What for?” he asked.

“She wanted to put me in my place. She told me I wasn’t special, then explained to me about Fae and how you regularly service half of Austin but said that she was your favorite.” Steele tried not to laugh, but sarcastic, jealous Luciana was all kinds of funny. “I shouldn’t have let her get to me,” she continued. “I lashed out and called her on her bullshit. I told her you didn’t want her because she reeked of desperation. I shouldn’t have said that.”

“She came at you, babe, not the other way around. From where I see it, you were just defending yourself. She was at the wrong place at the wrong time, and I know it sounds harsh, but I’m glad it was her and not you. As for the other women, we weren’t together.”

“I know,” she sighed. “I hated the way things ended between us. Had I known who you were, maybe things would have been different.”

“Without a doubt, things would have been different. You wouldn’t have looked at me the same, and I wouldn’t have been able to be myself. That’s on me, not you. I liked the anonymity of being just Arlan with you. Shit was happening with the club, and you were the calm in the storm. I took advantage of that and hurt you, and for that, I’m sorry, but I will never regret our time together.”

“I’m sorry, too. I’m especially sorry about bringing this crazy mess to your club. I thought you would talk to Dario, that he would back off, and I could return home. A woman died because of me. How am I supposed to live with that?”

Arms tightening around her, he spoke against her head, “I fucked up. I underestimated Dario and failed to keep you and my people safe. Trust me when I say that won’t happen again.”

“I do trust you. I’m just not sure if I can do this.”

His body stiffened, his gut tensing at the possible meaning behind her words. “Do what?”

“Share you with other women. I’m not judging, but I know myself, and I know it will kill me to watch you with someone else.”

He let out a relieved breath. “That’s good because I sure as hell wouldn’t share you with another man.”

Her head lifted from his chest. “What does that mean?”

He gave her a hard kiss. “It means you’re mine, woman. I want you in my bed and on the back of my bike. If you’re not okay with that, speak now.”

“Or forever hold my peace?” she asked on a laugh.

  “You’re damn right,” he growled.

  Chapter Seventeen

THEY CRASHED NOT long after that and woke to the sound of a phone ringing.

“Stop the noise,” Luciana grumbled, pulling the covers over her head.

Steele grabbed the phone from his nightstand and quickly silenced the call. When he saw Doc’s name scroll across the screen, he answered, “What’s up?”

“I think we’ve got a problem,” Doc said.

“Give me fifteen,” he replied, and hung up.

The covers shifted beside him. “Everything okay?” Luciana asked.

He dropped a kiss on the top of her head. “It’s fine. Go back to sleep.” His muscles protested as he pushed from the bed and limped to the bathroom. Jesus, he felt like shit.

Doc was waiting for him in the kitchen with a fresh cup of coffee and the news that he’d spoken to Hannah’s brother.

Steele sighed. “Let me guess; he wants money.”

“You got it. And if we refuse to deliver, he said he’s going to the cops.”

Hannah hated her brother. She called him an addict and a low-life thug, so Steele couldn’t say he was surprised by this. “I’ll sic Taz on him.”

“If that fails, I would use Lucy.” Lucy was Taz’s Ol’ lady. She was also the club’s attorney and a scary-as-shit ballbuster.

Taz rolled into the kitchen with baby Jade in his arms. “Sic Lucy on who?” he asked, dumping Jade in Steele’s lap. Big, blue eyes stared up at him, and he immediately thought of Luciana. Would she want kids? He’d all but given up on having a family, but the thought of Luciana carrying his baby made his chest feel all kinds of tight.

“Hannah’s brother is trying to shake us down. He said if we don’t deliver, he’s calling the cops. We were discussing options,” Doc explained.

“I want you to grab Ax and pay him a little visit this afternoon,” Steele added. “If that doesn’t work, we may need to get Lucy involved.”

Taz held his hands out to Jade, and she let out a squeal of delight as he took her from Steele’s arms. “I bet Shelly has some dirt on him, want me to ask?”

“That’s not a bad idea. How’s she doing?” Steele asked.

  “Not great, what about LuLu?”

“She’ll be okay.” He would make sure of it.

“Any news on Dario?” Doc asked. S
teele shook his head. He wouldn’t admit it out loud, but he was starting to worry. They should have found the fucker by now.

Montana and Treena rolled in to start breakfast, effectively cutting the conversation short.

  “How’s LuLu?” Montana asked.

“She’ll be okay. That reminds me, I need you to run up to her room and pack her things for me. Meet me back here in half an hour or so.”

“You kickin’ her out?” Taz asked.

Steele shot him a hard look. “Talk to Shelly and take care of that prick today.” Doc stood, and he asked, “Can I have a quick word with you?”

Loco called right as Doc finished administering the test. Dario never showed, and they were heading back to The Cave. The plan was to grab some sleep and go back out tonight.

Steele found Montana waiting in the kitchen with Luciana’s things. He thanked her, and ignoring the stares, he headed down to his room to wake his woman.

After Luciana sucked him off in the shower and he gave her two screaming orgasms, they headed up to a late breakfast. While she chatted with Reyn and Lucy, he caught Ax up to speed on the Hannah situation. Carver called as they finished eating, and Luciana assured him she would be fine without him for a minute.

“Talk to me,” he told Carver, while walking to his office.

“I looked into Gamble. He’s squeaky clean, so I had a friend do a search for any suspicious deaths within a three-day period and you’ll never believe what he found. It appears that one of our guys went missing the same day as your girl’s shooting. I wouldn’t have thought anything about it, except for the fact that he was working on an undercover drug sting. I’ll give you one guess who he answered to.”

  “Fucking Dario,” Steele guessed.
