Prim smiled. “Thank you.”
“For being willing to jump back into the fray?” he asked.
“For many things, that amongst them. Mostly, thank you for being you and for loving me.”
His lips curved in a slight smile as he leaned down to kiss her. “You say that as if I ever had a choice. I think I was born loving you. I just had wait for fate to throw us together.”
“We could sneak into our bedchamber while Hyacinth has the children occupied and you could show me how much you love me.”
She didn’t need to ask twice.
The End
***This is not the end of the Lost Lords Series. Look for a very special novella featuring Mr. Branson Middlethorpe and Lady Sarah Middlethorpe, his widowed sister-in-law, in A Night of Angels: A Magical Christmas Collection from Dragonblade Publishing. Miss Wyverne will also be getting her own novella in the very near feature in another series. I love all of these characters and this world so much that I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to it yet.***
Author’s Note
Thank you so much for joining me on the journey of the Lost Lords Series. Writing this series has been such a blessing and a joy for me and I hope that you’ve gotten even a fraction of the pleasure from reading these books that I received from writing them.
Like with any good thing, it’s sometimes hard to see it come to an end. There could be future novels or novellas from the Lost Lords Series. If you’re interested in seeing this series continue, please email me or find me on social media to let me know. The links are all listed below and I’d love to hear from you.
I will be continuing to work with Dragonblade Publishing on a new series, The Hellion Club. I hope you’ll join me on that wild ride, as well.
Thank you so much,

About the Author
Addicted to caffeine, chocolate and internet cats, Chasity Bowlin lives in central Kentucky with her husband and a menagerie of animals that make every day a challenge. It’s usually a worthwhile challenge. Usually.
Growing up in Tennessee, spending as much time as possible with her doting grandparents, soap operas were a part of her daily existence, followed by back to back episodes of Scooby Doo. Her path to becoming a romance novelist was set when, rather than simply have her Barbie dolls cruise around in a pink convertible, they time traveled, hosted lavish dinner parties and one even had an evil twin locked in the attic.
