Stormy Love Page 3

by Amelia Star

“I want you to make love to me. Now.” She gasps erotically, making a rippling motion with her body. I’ve never felt anything like it. It’s like waves of the ocean. There’s a power behind them – a force that, unleashed, could utterly destroy whatever’s in its wake. My manhood grows so hard against these waves, these currents pulling me into oblivion. The thin fabric she’s wearing makes her feel practically naked, and grips me with the urge to be inside her heat.

“I want this thing off,” I insist, pulling the spaghetti-straps off her shoulders. “You feel so good.” Her skin is so soft, while her muscles ripple as she goes on pressing against me in response, strong enough to hold her own, though I could overpower her if I wanted.

Growling, kissing her shoulders, then her pale white collarbone – no sign of tan lines whatsoever – the urgency to be inside her is overwhelming, and I keep nibbling my way down the center of her chest.

She’s like an undulating river, squirming out of the magenta sheath, managing to free her breasts, just the right size to fit in my hands. The sight of my dark skin against her pale chest, the contrast emphasizes to me how different we are – my large bulk covering her seemingly fragile body, so thin and slight. Yet she’s strong, very strong. And I’m lost, kissing her breasts, tonguing her nipples, nibbling them, until I feel her shuddering beneath me.

“You feel so right,” I moan. I sit up on her and lean back, riding the currents. I look down and see for the first time – she’s completely naked. “I’ve never – ” I stammer out. “I’ve never seen anyone so perfect in my life.” This woman is mine.

I pull her legs out, and kneel before the opening to her passage. I can’t believe the desire I feel. Her tiny bud swells.

  “What are you going to…?”

I don’t let her finish her sentence. My mouth is on her flowering pleasure-bud, amazed by her responsiveness.

Sarah cries out – “Don’t stop!” With my hand on her belly, I feel the pulses moving inside her. She’s delicious, addictive, and I already crave more.

“Dear god. That was magical.” She sits up in front of me, her eyes looking delirious, as if drunk on orgasms. “Now, it’s my turn.” She tilts her head back while her hands unbutton my shirt without looking, feeling her way along the lapel until I’m exposed. She looks up. And she smiles. “Unreal.” She runs her hands over the taut skin of my torso.

Each touch makes me want her more. I’m desperate to feel her naked skin against mine. Within moments, we’re both beautifully, brazenly, boldly naked.

I gaze upon her perfection, her long, lean limbs, the sexy hair between her legs wet from my saliva and her juices. It’s not easy, but I reach down and pick up my jeans on the floor to take my billfold out of my pocket for a condom. As soon as she sees what I have, Sarah snatches it out of my hand.

She kneels before me, unrolls the condom over my length, and takes me in her mouth. My cock throbs, and I close my eyes as delirium washes over me. “Holy shit,” I say. “You’ve got…,” I trail off. I’m lost in the tantalizing sensations of what Sarah is doing, sucking and fluttering her tongue in fantastic rhythms.

She brings me to the brink of losing my mind, of exploding my pleasure in her mouth. I’ve got to hold on, though. “I want to be inside of you.”

She looks up, her lips moist and full. “I want you to be inside of me.”

And she pulls me down, gently, then pushes me back on the plush throw rug, and straddles me. “Come inside me,” she says.

Kaboom. Thunder crashes outside. It’s storming again. Passion and power overtake me – great forces of nature ruling my ability to think.

After having my mouth on her, she’s completely slick and ready. I enter her smoothly – she closes her eyes and tilts back her head. She looks happier than I’ve ever seen her, and our passion grows as the storm outside becomes more violent.

Taking hold of her hips and angling them forward, I watch her ride above me. Contractions thunder around my cock. The storm inside her is powerful, more powerful than the one outside. She is so strong and yet soft.

“I’ve never felt anything like this,” I exclaim. Every contraction just about makes me come, but I don’t want it to end yet. I want to keep giving her everything her beautiful heart and soul needs.

“Me either, Sean,” she gasps. “I’m coming.” There’s a delirious look in her eyes, and I wonder if this could go on forever, our passion growing until the storms are all rained out and the sky finally opens to reveal nothing but the moon and stars gazing down over the earth.

Suddenly, Sarah collapses on top of me. She kisses me – long, and deep and slow. Then she lifts up on one elbow. “Let’s do that again,” she begs.

“You want more?” I pant out, like a wild beast who just found and devoured its prey.

And the thunder and lightning explode outside.

“Take me there again, Sean. Please.”

I hold onto Sarah’s hips and roll her onto her back, staying inside her while I end up on top of her. This time, I go slow, torturing her with my powerful thrusts.

She gasps, in an agony of anticipation, not knowing when I will let loose. I pull half-way out and gaze into her eyes, watching as I move slowly back in, until my cock barely touches the tip of her cervix. Since she’s ready for me, the friction inside her channel causes a flood of juices again. I move my hips in a grinding motion, overpowering her with my strength. Her skin flushes and sweat beads appear on her brow.

“You’re so deep.” Her voice sounds husky, and I slowly speed up the motion of my thrusts, leaning back to angle my penis higher inside her heated core. I can tell this is where she feels me best, and she writhes madly. She gazes at me, almost unseeingly, her mind overwhelmed by the sensations flooding her.

My next thrust sends us over the edge. I come in a raging storm, spasming, groaning, surrendering to the waves. Her pleasure intensifies mine, and she squeezes my cock, consuming my body, consuming my mind. Her pussy squeezes me, making the hairs all over me stand on end. I press my lips to hers. I kiss her deep and hard, filling her mouth with my tongue the way my cock fills her completely. I have taken her. She is mine.

My kisses slow and soften. Sarah relaxes beneath me.

“I can’t take any more, Sean. You have filled me completely.”

I kiss her eyelids, and she moans almost inaudibly.

“You are amazing,” I say. “You are pure magic.”

“Oh, no,” she says. “I’m not any more magic than you.” She laughs and sits up, reaching for the scarf as I leave her body.

“I just want to cuddle with you here and sleep the rest of the afternoon and night away.”

“And maybe wake up every so often to cast the spell again.”

“But you know…,” I trail off.

“Yes, I know.” She smiles. “There are about twenty-seven youngsters waiting for their yoga and meditation class to begin in….” Sarah looks around. “What time is it, anyway?”

“Where’s my phone?” I ask, but don’t go looking for it. I lie back on the floor.

Sarah doesn’t look for her phone either, but smiles, kisses me, then lies down on my chest again. “Just hold me.”

I know we only have a few moments left together before it’s time to go. We need to take fast showers and try to sober up from the delirium we’re both feeling. For the moment, though, I hold her as the storm grows calm outside.

Then, my magical, dancing woman is up and moving around the room.

“I have to show you something.” Sarah says.

I sit off to the side of her, and she does a cute little dance to her purse and pulls out a box of condoms. “Call me psychic, but I just had this feeling that I might want to have these around in the near future.”

Sarah sets the box of condoms onto the glass-topped coffee table between an array of seashells, candles, and crystal grids. She skips around the table into my arms again. Her pale skin against my dark body excites me, but I must stay calm. I steal
a few more kisses, while the sky outside flashes. Overcome with joy, I pick Sarah up by the waist and spin her around a few times, my agile dancer – the woman of my dreams.

  SIX – SARAH

Of all the days of the week for this to happen – a leak would have to spring in my studio on Friday, when I’m supposed to go to Rosewood. These storms! The roof in the attic is dripping, and I’ve had a bucket under the drip since this morning. I’d rather be getting ready to leave instead of switching the bucket every couple of hours, and carrying the full one downstairs to the tub and emptying it.

“How long do you think it will be before you can get here?” I’m on the phone with the repairman.

“Not until this evening, Miss Montague. I’m real sorry about that, but the calls keep coming in, with the storm and all.”

“Well, if that’s the best you can do,” I sigh. “I’ll be here. Just come as soon as you can, please.”

It looks like I’m going to be at the studio for the rest of the day instead of making it to East St. Louis, and having a night out with Sean. I need to let Sean know what happened, before he leaves to come pick me up.

I send him a text explaining the situation, then go downstairs and check on the progress of Alicia.

Alicia is so intent on painting chakras on the studio walls that she doesn’t seem to notice me entering the room. In jeans that form to her curvy legs and a paint-spattered artist’s smock, she takes a step back and tilts her head a bit to the right, considering her work. Her brown, shoulder-length bob angles across her neck. She takes off her glasses and sighs.

“You’re doing a great job, Alicia,” I say softly, not wanting to startle her as she’s concentrating. I can’t help but praise the muralist’s work. Alicia and I have been friends for over ten years, ever since I opened the studio and she was one of the first people to sign up for a lesson.

Alicia turns calmly and smiles. “Thanks, Sarah. I wasn’t sure if this was something I’d be able to do.”

“Oh, I’ve seen your work. I had absolute faith you could interpret the chakras in a beautiful and original way.”

“That means a lot to me, Sarah.”

“I really do appreciate what you’re doing,” I say, then automatically look down at my phone, even though it hasn’t buzzed or dinged or anything. Why hasn’t Sean answered me yet? He usually pretty much immediately responds to my messages.

I must have an anxious look on my face.

  “Is everything okay?” Alicia asks.

“Oh, it’s nothing,” I reply. But my fingers are trembling as I send a quick, Is everything okay? to Sean.

Alicia sets her paintbrush in the tray. “Come on, Sarah. I think you know that’s not true.” Alicia rubs her hands on the front of her paint-stained apron. “I could use a little break. Do you have any more of that chamomile tea we had the other day?”

I smile slightly, thinking a chat with Alicia might be a good idea. She’s wise beyond her years, and may help me sort out a few things. “Of course,” I try to sound cheerful, but it comes off a little false.

Alicia gives me a knowing glance. “Let’s get that tea and you can tell me what’s going on.”

Carrying her brushes and tray, Alicia follows me over to the corner where I have a small kitchen for fixing tea and snacks. After putting her things on the counter, she turns to me. “Put your phone down and talk to me.”

“Well, I guess staring at the screen isn’t going to make a message suddenly appear.”

“Now tell me, who is he? Who’s got you all tied up in knots – this isn’t like you at all, Sarah. You’re usually so cool and collected.”

I breathe in. “He’s the one I told you about – the one who took me to the community center last week after Allen refused to leave the strip joint.”

“Oh, the director of the center.” She furrows her brows behind her tortoise-shell frames and turns to me again. “You just met him last week, didn’t you? And now you’re worried he’s not returning your calls?” Alicia leans over the island and looks me in the eye. “Did something happen between the two of you?”

I take a few mugs from the cabinet and set them next to the stove and turn to face Alicia again. I’m wondering where to begin. I begin from the beginning, with the kiss in the parking lot. “I couldn’t stop thinking of that kiss,” I explain.

“I don’t doubt it,” Alicia shrugs.

“And Wednesday when he came to get me, I found out he couldn’t stop thinking about it either. We couldn’t keep our hands off each other, and we finished what we started last week. And it was perfect – I mean, it was really just the best – ever. Afterwards, my imagination was running wild. I’ve seen Sean playing with, talking to, caring for the kids at Rosewood. He’s made working with and for children his life work. Maybe he just wants kids to be part of his life that way, maybe he doesn’t want kids of his own. But ever since Wednesday, I can’t help but imagine – maybe, just maybe, he’d like to have children of his own. And maybe he’d like to have those children with me.” After making this admission, I glance at my phone. It still isn’t making a sound.

“I see,” Alicia says. She looks at my phone also. “And now he’s not answering your messages.”

“Maybe I’m being too anxious. Maybe something happened at his office across the river today. He had another meeting with some investors there this morning. Maybe they decided to go to lunch and celebrate sealing a big deal. I’m thinking I should wait a bit longer before calling again.”

Alicia shakes her head. “I don’t think so.”

The kettle whistles before I can reach for my phone. I pour out two mugs of tea and set them on the island between us. We sip quietly together, and I close my eyes and listen to the rain. It’s pouring down out there – but there’s no thunder or lightning today, unlike a few days ago when Sean was here. Thinking about Wednesday, all I see is Sean over me. His dark, dark body. His dark, incredulous eyes – the way he looked at me, as if he’d found the woman of his dreams.

I open my eyes. “I guess he’s busy now. He was supposed to have a meeting with some investors.”

“That’s probably it.” Alicia goes to the small fridge and gets the milk out, and pours some in her tea.

My hand reaches out suddenly, and I pick up my phone from the counter without even thinking. “There’s still no message from him.”

  “Call him,” Alicia insists.

I enter the speed dial for his number.

It rings three times, seven times – goes to voicemail. “Sean is not available to take your call at this time. If you’d like to leave a message, please do so after the tone – ”

I leave a message: “I won’t be able to make it to Rosewood today – or to go to dinner. Please let the kids know I’ll miss them. I miss you too. But I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow. Okay. Bye.”

Alicia takes the phone from my hand and sets it down. “Drink your tea, sweetheart. We can meditate while we wait for the repairman to arrive.”

“That’s probably a good idea,” I agree. But I have to admit to my friend, “I keep hoping to find a good man. I won’t let Sean do what my ex did to me – the lying, cheating bastard. But maybe I shouldn’t be surprised. I met Sean in a strip joint, after all.”

We both roll our eyes simultaneously. Then we laugh.

“What’s going on tomorrow? You don’t usually go to the center on Saturdays, do you?”

“Oh,” I say, “we’ve planned an extra outing for the kids to the St. Louis Arch for Saturday. I’ll be driving myself across the river while Sean is supposed to be helping get the kids on the bus. I wonder if he’ll be there though.” Taking my mug of tea, I cross the studio to the wall of windows. I remember seeing Sean standing outside a few days ago, looking so incredibly sexy. Now all I see across the road is the swampy fields. My studio is about twenty miles from the Mississippi River, and flooding is already happening along its shores.

“Let’s meditate, Sarah. That’s what you al
ways tell us to do in class. ‘When your mind is racing, it’s time to listen to your breathing.’”

Hearing my own words coming out of the mouth of one of my students, I have to laugh. “Truer words were never spoken, I suppose.”

I look out the window one more time. Seeing how swamped the fields are across the road, for a moment I’m worried about the bridge before the highway. “If the water keeps rising, the Old Crossing bridge could wash out,” I say.

“Oh, my – that’s true. You’re closer to the river than I am,” Alicia remarks.

“Well, there’s nothing we can do about that.”

Alicia and I are settled on our cushions and about to begin a meditation session when the bells on the door jingle. “Miss Montague?”

My heart flutters, and I open my eyes, half-imagining it will be Sean standing there. But of course, the voice is that of the repairman. “Thank goodness you’re here,” I sigh, trying not to sound too disappointed.

After discussing what to do, Alicia leads the repairman upstairs to show him where the leak is, and I grab my purse and head for my SUV. To hell with going with a partner for safety in East St. Louis. I’m driving myself to Rosewood. If Sean isn’t going to be reliable for anyone, at least I’m going to be there for those kids.

I step out into the rain and hurry on my way, driving as fast as I can through the pouring rain.

  SEVEN – SEAN

Damn. This rain is really something. I’m not even four blocks from my house and the hilly streets are rushing streams. The gutters overflow, so I forge my way through the overflowing streets. I don’t care what it takes, I’m going to get to Sarah and our kids – our twenty-seven kids – for now.

My mind is brimming over with plans. Yes, I’ve been making plans. And a big part of my plan hinges on what happens tonight. But first, I’ve got to make my way across what looks like a raging river that’s sprung up across the intersection at the bottom of this hill. No one’s coming anymore from the side street perpendicular to the road I’m on because it has become a waterway.
