Wynette nodded. “We have more proof than just my word though, don’t we?”

“What do you mean?” Ajax frowned.

“We have the baby she was carrying. His DNA will determine who his father was,” she told them simply.

“They can take DNA from bones ten years in the ground?” Moon asked.

  Wynette nodded. “Sure, they can.”

“Well, I hope they can.” Fallen growled. “If only we had her necklace with his blood on it.”

“Maybe she was still wearing it.” Wynette shrugged. “I didn’t find it anywhere on the ground.”

“Maybe it’s still there in the water by Gator Pool,” Ajax suggested.

“Well, if it is, the DNA would be washed away,” Wynette said. “Then all they could prove was that Jolene was at the pool at some time or another. They won’t be able to prove he put her there.”

“But you said Liam was bleeding badly, when she cut him right? Wouldn’t his blood be on her clothing?” Moon asked.

  “It might be.” She nodded.

“Well, let’s hope the baby can show us his DNA,” Fallen stated sadly. “Because he never got to say a word.” Tears filled her eyes. “I want Liam to go to jail for the rest of his natural life.”

Ajax looked at Fireball then he glanced at Stinger who looked upset by her misery and he shook his head.

  Chapter Seven

Just then, a call came from the front gate. It was Randall and Rick Stephans.

Wynette and Karley both looked a bit pale. Yes, Wynette knew Rick and Randall well but she was not sure about the men he had with him.

Fallen looked over the two women.

  Ajax nodded at Moon.

Moon went over and motioned them to the kitchen.

Well, he didn’t really have to...All three women were going through the swinging kitchen door already.

Next, Racer came out to tell them, “We got eyes on us with the newcomers. Sheriff Munroe is sitting at the edge of the property.”

Ajax snorted. “Well, what did you expect? He has to protect the Zetrans. They are paying for his services. Probably a good thing they can’t hear what we’re talking about isn’t it?”

Racer grinned. “I’ll make sure I got the jammer running.”

“That would be a good idea.” Ajax nodded.

Just then, the door opened as Randall, Rick and two other men walked in the clubhouse.

It was the two others they worried about as to Wynette’s freedom.

  Everyone stood to greet them.

Randall held out his hand to Ajax and introduced the others, “You remember Rick Stephans, don’t you? Well, his companions are Jared Walker and Brent Lemmor. They are ATF and FBI respectively.”

Ajax folded his arms over his chest and glared at the men. “We are in the middle of gathering evidence that will stand up in court. Evidence dealing with murder, blackmail and drug dealing. And that’s just a start.”

“If you have evidence, good evidence that’s a very good start,” Brent Lemmor told them.

Jared Walker stared at Ajax then at all the men. “Why would a group of bikers want to get legal evidence to convict someone?”

Stinger took this one, “Well, let’s see. They killed our brother. Got away with it. Set up some poor young girl to do time for it. They pay the sheriff to frame whoever they choose and to harass anyone who might be dumb enough to speak up for a change. They also are dealing drugs, using blackmail, hiding other murders and...well. We just fucking hate them in general!”

Ajax chuckled at his tirade but stepped up to him. “Down, Stinger.” He turned to face the law men. “He about summed it up. We don’t walk the straight and narrow. But we do not deal in drugs or murder. We have a personal grudge. You’re damn right, we do. But there’s also this town and county to think of. Look it up and see how many citizens have simply gone missing, never to be found.”

Joel stepped up. “Yes, and make sure you go all the way back, at least 15 years too.”

“Ok. So about this evidence...” Brent Lemmor nodded at them.

Joel chuckled. “Well, there’s a lot to tell you, so I’ll just go get some coffee started.” He went to the kitchen.

The lawmen’s reactions ranged from interested to disbelief over the rest of what they were told about the drugs and other events that had been discovered. Then they mention the murder of the young woman by Liam Zetran.

The law men wanted to know just exactly where the Thor’s Hammer MC had gotten most of the information.

So that was where it got dicey.

On one hand, they needed Wynette for most of it, but on the other, they had no idea if these men would honor the supposed warrant the Sheriff currently had out for Wynette and they certainly did not want Karley to be apprehended.

“So who is the eyewitness that saw this murder?” Brent asked.

The men all looked at each other.

  Ajax sighed. “Wynette Fletcher.”

The law men all froze, their expressions one of shock.

  “What?” Rick asked.

“Yes. She saw this happen as a teen and never reported it,” Ajax added.

  “Why?”

“Why?” Joel came back into the room carrying a tray. “Cuz a Zetran did the killing. And she woulda been dead, along with me as well. All of our family would be on the list of the missing right now.” He set the tray down with the coffee.

“Is she here?” Jared Walker asked.

“Yes, I am,” Wynette spoke as she walked up to the table. She looked nervous and a little pale but she set her lips into a firm line. “I have had nightmares over this for many years. I buried the pregnant girl after he’d strangled her. She and her unborn child deserve justice, don’t you think?”

The law men all stared at her.

“Look, I did my time for something I did not do. So...” She held her arms out. “Arrest me now, if you’re gonna.”

They stared at her then looked over at Ajax.

He literally growled as his eyes flashed with rage. “Cuff her and every jack man here will be on you in a flash.’

“Ajax!” she called to him. “Your men will not go up against the authorities over me. None of you will go to jail because of me.”

Ajax shook his head, as he looked enraged.

“We aren’t here to arrest you, young lady,” Rick Stephens stated. “Tell us what you saw.”

“Well, halefuckinglula!” Joel exclaimed. “Finally, some law men who want real justice.” He served the coffee as the room went silent.

After the lawmen had their coffee mugs, Wynette sat at the table and looked at them. “That morning when I saw them...I hid in the glades. It was Liam Zetran and he was screaming his hatred at her... Jolene Whitmore. He told her in no uncertain terms that he only used her and then laughed at her expressions of love for him. Saying she was too young for him and he would never even be seen in public with her for a reason. She was nothing more than a piece of ass to him. Then she told him she was carrying his baby. That she would go to his grandfather with the news and see what he had to say.” Wynette closed her eyes. “I don’t think I will ever forget the look in his eyes. It was pure evil. He reached for her throat and he wouldn’t let go. She clawed and tried to scream but he wouldn’t let her go. He kept telling her she wouldn’t be telling his grandfather any of her lies. All he would have to do was deny it and his grandpa would believe him. He always did. He’d get her family run out of town and that he’d done it before.” Wynette was breathing heavily as she paused. “When she was no longer fighting him, he finally let her go. She crumbled to his feet like a piece of trash and he kicked her three times. When she didn’t move, he dragged her to the edge of the swamp and threw half of her body into the water. He turned around and just left her there.” Wynette went silent as she looked up.

“Did you determine that she was dead?” Walker asked.

She shook her head “I had to wait a while to make sure he was really gone and I couldn’
t stop crying. Then I got up and went to where he just tossed her away. I checked to make sure she was dead and she was. Her eyes were lifeless and staring up when I turned her over. But then, I knew I couldn’t just leave her there. I might never be able to tell anyone what I’d just saw but I could at least do what I could for her.”

“What did you do with her?” Rick Stephens asked.

“I knew of a small cave and I took her there. I buried her in the ground the best I could, piling her final place with stones I found. I never spoke of this for years. Afraid of what they might do to my family if I talked. I remembered later that when he was telling her off, that she wasn’t anything more than a piece of ass to him, she hit out at him. She had something in her hand and whatever it was, it laid his face wide open. I remember him screaming and he struck out at her. He was holding his face and screaming at her then he grabbed her throat and wouldn’t let go.”

  A cry sounded out.

They all turned their heads to look over.

Fallen stood there with her hands over her mouth. “He...” she burst into tears.

Concerned, Stinger rose up and went over to her.

She swiped at her tears and squared her shoulders.

At the rage on her face, Stinger stopped just before he got to her.

Fallen went around him and stepped up to the table. “See this face?” she asked the law men there as she pointed at her own face.

  They blinked at her, puzzled.

“This would be what she looked like now, had she lived!” She clenched her fists. “We were identical twins. Her baby...” Her voice cracked. “...would have looked like us!” She swiped again at tears that would not stop rolling from her eyes. “Get justice for them.” She looked over at Wynette. Then back at them. “And not false justice. Wynette did the best she could by my sister. You need to do the same!” Fallen turned and marched back to the kitchen.

  Chapter Eight

Stinger sat with the men for an hour as Ajax and Fireball explained what all they had discovered. But he barely heard what they said. The look on Fallen’s face. He knew she was upset before. But to hear the horrible details about her sister’s murder? He wanted to help her, but he just didn’t know how.

Finally, Stinger couldn’t stand it anymore. He needed to make sure Fallen would not run out on her own to this stockyard and access evidence like she’d hinted at. She looked like she wanted to avenge her sister. He couldn’t blame her, but he refused to allow her to get hurt.

He got to his feet and went to the kitchen.

Wynette and Karley were there, starting the evening meal, apparently.

Stinger looked around. “Where did Fallen go?”

They turned their heads to stare at him.

Wynette gave him a small smile. “She seemed to be feeling a bit better and said she had a bag in her car and she went to—”

Stinger rushed out through the kitchen exit. “Damnit!” He then took off running and made his way through the path where he’d found her before. He would bet his fucking bike she was intending to bolt. He did not stop to figure out why he cared or why he wanted her to stay.

After running so hard his side cramped, he finally saw her.

She opened her car door and bent to get in.

  “Holdup!” he yelled.

Halting, Fallen looked over at him.

He came up close. “Just where the hell, do you think you’re going?”

Pausing, she braced her hands on her hips. “Like it is any business of yours.”

Growling, he came up close. “I’m making it my business.”

  “Who do you think you—”

He hefted her up over his shoulder and then kicked her car door shut.

“You motherfucker!” Fallen yelled. “Put me down!”

He ignored her and turned, heading down a side path.

“I said, PUT ME DOWN!” she screeched.

He popped her on her sweet ass, but said nothing.

“Oooh, I am so gonna lay you out!” she threatened.

All that could be heard was his chuckling as he headed to behind the compound.

“Where...” She huffed air. “...are you taking me?”

He finally came up on his cabin. “This is my place.” He paused at the door. “Now, I am going to set you down. But you gotta promise to be good and not fight me. I just wanna talk to you.”

“Talk?” she spat. “You accosted me and—”

  He popped her ass again.

“—and... you keep abusing me!” she finished.

Stinger laughed. Damnit, this was too much fun. “Come on. I need your promise to not retaliate until I get the chance to talk to you.”

  Silence.

“Okay then, if we do it my way...I will tie you up.”

Gasping, she raised from his shoulder a bit. “You wouldn’t!”

  “Try me,” he replied.

  “Ok, ok!” she whined.

  “Ok... what?” he asked.

“I will be good while you talk.”

He hesitated. Then he set her down, opened the door, and nudged her in.

She stepped in but just a few steps.

Stinger came up behind her, and wrapping his arms around her he whispered, “Tell me where you were going.”

  “I wasn’t going.”

  “You were too.”

  She shook her head.

“We both know where you were headed,” Stinger spoke sharply. “”

“Stop badgering me.” She moved away from him or at least she tried to move away.

Stinger wouldn’t let her go too far. He grabbed her wrist and pulled her close to him. “You have to promise you’ll stay here.”

Fallen shook her head. “I don’t have to promise anything. Let me go.” She struggled against his hold.

  “This is not being good.”

“Well, I listened and you talked.” Fallen moved swiftly as she wrapped up his arm and tossed him over her shoulder by using her back.

Stinger was a bit stunned as he landed on his ass.

Bolting, she headed for the door.

He was faster as he got there first. Stinger wouldn’t let her go. His fingers wrapped around her jaw and he looked into her eyes. “You promised.”

“And I listened to you talk. Now, let me go.” She tried to knee him.

He evaded it. Then turned her body and pinned her to the door. “You may have moves, but it always comes down to power.”

She let out a sigh. “Why are we fighting?”

He laughed. “You’re the one fighting,” he whispered to her lips. Pulling her into his arms, he gazed down into her eyes. His blue eyes met her vibrant green ones and he held her stare. After a minute, she broke his stare. Wrapping his massive arms around her body, he hauled her up to his level. He didn’t hurt her but he pressed her against the wall with his body. She didn’t struggle instead she stared at his face for a moment then Stinger pressed his mouth to hers.

  Chapter Nine

An electric charge zapped them both.

The moment their lips touched, they both lost control over the situation. The kiss deepened and grew to a frenzy of tongues and lips as they clung to each other.

Stinger had seen the truth in her eyes. She wanted him just as much as he wanted her. He’d at first just wanted to talk to her, now he’d caught her body between his and the wall. When his mouth touched hers and he felt her heat, his body grew instantly hard.

When she wrapped her legs around his waist, he pressed her hard against the wall, his erection seeking her heat. His hands dropped down to her chest and he could feel her heart pounding there. His tongue surged into her mouth and mated with hers. It was as if he couldn’t get enough of her. Over and over their tongues clashed wildly. Then when the oxygen ran out, his lips slipped down to her jaw and ultimately her neck, where he nibbled a path along her collarbone.

Fallen moaned low and moved her head to the side, giving him better access to where he wanted to be. Slipping even
lower, his lips closed over her hard nipple poking through her shirt.

Fallen gasped and grabbed the back of his head pressing him closer.

Stinger’s hands dropped down to the back of her shirt and caught the hem. Raising it along with his hands, he pressed his hand closer to her breast. He groaned as he caught a nipple through the lace bra she wore. Then he slipped his hand down into her pants and felt the warm wet spot between her legs. His cock twitched as two of his fingers delved under the edge of her panties and plunged into her core.

Fallen flinched slightly as his fingers invaded her body.

Stinger groaned as he felt her wetness. Her warm moist heat wrapped around his fingers and cradled them. “You are so tight,” he murmured. “I can’t wait to feel you around my cock.”

Fallen threw her head back. “W-what is happening?”

Stinger smiled. “Us. That’s what’s happening.” His fingers surged deeper inside her again. His mouth rose up to cover hers, and his tongue plunged deep inside. His tongue and fingers worked together, plunging in and out of her body.

Fallen moaned and panted breathlessly. Her body arched and tightened as she gasped.

Stinger felt her break, felt the warm flood of her juices coat his fingers. He couldn’t stop them from surging in and out of her again and again.

Fallen pushed against his chest but before he moved away from her completely, he ground his hard cock into her damp core.

Fallen loosened her legs from his waist and slid down the wall. She then stepped away from him.

Stinger raised his fingers to his nose and inhaled, then he slipped his fingers into his mouth and licked off the stickiness. “Mmm...” he groaned with pleasure. “Are you ready to admit you want me as badly as I want you?” he murmured into her ear as he moved up and stood behind her now.

Fallen closed her eyes and had to brace herself as she refused to answer.

He growled slightly in her ear. “Why are you being so stubborn?”

She turned to face him. “I-I just met you.”
