Baby and the Biker: The Ghost Riders MC Page 5

by Savannah Rylan

“The problem is you don’t respect those who need something from you. That shipment was supposed to be in already, and we have people waiting for it. The least you could do is follow my damn timeline.”

“You sent me information on the new girl. You never told me what time I needed to be here with the damn thing,” I said.

“You watch your language with me, boy. And secondly, everyone’s damn workday starts at eight. Welcome to the world of business, son. When I want something from you in the morning and I send you information to use, I want it by the time the day starts. Not when you decide to roll out of bed and wash your cock off.”

“At least I took the time to shower,” I said.

“Hopefully she thought you were funny because I don’t think you are.”

“Good thing I’m not trying to screw you then.”

My dad’s fiery gaze whipped up to mine before he threw the paperwork on the nearby desk. He turned his back on me and went to go find someone else to berate and I turned on my heels and left. Every time I had to do something for my dad, it showed me I wasn’t cut out for this lifestyle. I loved what the Ghost Rider MC stood for. But with my father as president I hated what it had become. I wasn’t meant to take over the club the way he had built it for himself. I didn’t want to grow old and haggard and angry because of my line of work. I wanted to be respected for what I did. Not feared. I wanted to hold my head high when I went out into the sunlight, not constantly look over my shoulder for threats.

When the hell would my dad understand that?

I hopped onto my bike and sped away from the mechanic shop. The only thing I wanted to do now was set my sights towards my evening. I erased all thoughts of my dad and the shipment from my mind and conjured Reagan’s face. I was excited to see her again. Excited at the idea that she would obey the note and show up at seven. It had been awhile since I’d been this excited to see a woman again, and usually I didn’t do this. I met them, I fucked them, I made them a nice breakfast and I usually had a prospect take them home. Seeing them again was never on the agenda because that was how emotional attachments formed.

And in with the stuff the club was involved in, I couldn’t afford to have any of those.

But telling Reagan to come to dinner had been a thrill. I’d heard of arrangements between men and women. Mutually beneficial arrangements where emotions never came into play and the two could help one another out when necessary. It was an arrangement I had never considered before because I was raised with the notion that women deserved better than that. My mother taught me how I should treat a woman.

But waking up this morning with her body next to mine was amazing. Feeling the boulders that had been lifted off my back with just one orgasm was a hard thing to turn a blind eye to. If things were going to get hairy with my dad like this, I was going to need a way to relieve that stress. I was going to need a way to expel it and distract my mind from all the things going on in my life. I couldn’t drink them away at a bar and expect to keep a clear mind for all the shit to come my dad would ultimately throw my way.

Which meant I’d have to form an arrangement with this woman.

Hopefully I could convince her to want to see each other with no emotional attachments.

I couldn’t wait to see Reagan again tonight.

  Chapter Eight

  Reagan

I found the perfect outfit for tonight. An off-the-shoulder black top that hugged me in my breasts and waist before flaring lightly at my hips. I had on dark jeans that made my ass look amazing and black peep-toe high heels. My hair was piled high on my head, secured with various bobby pins and rolled into a messy bun. My smoky eye was perfect, and the red lipstick that shimmered on my lips drew the entire outfit together. I took one last look in the mirror and damn did I look good.

  Needless to say, Nova approved.

I pulled out my phone to order an Uber so I could get to dinner. We pulled up at seven o’clock on the nose and I tipped the driver well. I felt sexier than fire. My head was held high and my shoulders were rolled back. Men in the parking lot were staring at me as I walked up the steps to the restaurant, my hips swaying with their mesmerizing rhythm. Nothing could stop me now. I was about to enjoy a wonderful dinner with a handsome man before seeing where the night took us both.

And if I played my cards right, it would take us right back to his house.

I didn’t get a chance to look around the dimly lit restaurant before a I spotted Maddox. He was situated in a quiet corner near the back of the restaurant. He had a perfect view of the entire place and I could feel his eyes raking over my body as I walked toward the table.

I was stunned at his presence, because he looked even better than I remembered.

He stood from his seat, his eyes still roaming over my body. The grin on his cheeks sent butterflies flapping away in my stomach. He had on a black button up shirt and dark jeans. On the back of the chair I noticed his leather jacket. Damn he was even able to make jeans and button up look good. He was stunning, and I felt my knees growing weak in his presence.

“Reagan, you look phenomenal,” Maddox said.

“I could say the same about you.”

  “Please, have a seat.”

He pulled out my chair for me and I sat down in it. He was such a gentleman. A far cry from the cocky man at the bar. His smile was easy and his eyes kept dancing along my frame, drinking me in as I picked up the menu. For some reason, I felt a need to put a barrier between us. His eyes focused and his gaze was penetrating. It felt like I was on display.

But there was a part of me that liked it.

The waiter came by and took our orders before he relieved us of our menus. I drew in a deep breath as Maddox settled back into his seat, his cocky confidence washing over his body. I leaned back, keeping my form straight and my hands in my lap as I tried to blend in with the crowd around us.

  Maddox, however, wasn’t buying it.

  “Just be yourself,” he said.

“If I was myself, I would’ve come in yoga pants and chucks,” I said.

“And you still would’ve looked more radiant than any other woman in this place,” he said.

“So, I want to start off by apologizing,” I said.

“I’m interested to know what you’re apologizing for.”

“I was hell bent on the idea that you were Landon last night. But, you’re not.”

“No, I am not,” as he let out a slight laugh.

“I’m sorry for being so insistent on that fact.”

“You have nothing to apologize for. This Landon guy must’ve been someone special if you were searching for him that hard in a bar.”

“Not really searching for him. More like… reminiscing.”

“Any reason why you were doing that last night?” he asked.

“Because I’m surrounded by people who have someone in their lives. And I’m single. Still. It’s what I get for focusing on my career more than I do my love life.”

“Then we have something in common. I don’t keep much company either because of the business I’m in.”

“I used to be okay with it. The bar scene and the handfuls of one-night stands. I’m not promiscuous or anything, I’m safe. Clean. But being alone and being lonely are different. I’m okay with being alone, but the loneliness is creeping in and the last person I was ever not lonely with was Landon.”

“First off, I am aware that women have sex drives. They should be able to indulge them just as men do. There’s no reason to defend your choices, I’m not judging you for them. And secondly, when was that?”

  “When was what?”

“The last time you were with Landon.”

“Graduation day at college. So… six or so years ago?” I asked.

“That’s a long time to be lonely.”

“It is. You get used to it, but when an opportunity presents itself to not be lonely, I weigh my options and take it,” I said.

“What if I told you I had an offer
to cure that for you,” he said.

I held his gaze for a second as our drinks and first course were set down onto the table.

“An offer,” I said. “What kind of offer?”

“I’m too busy for a traditional relationship. What I do takes me to various places and works me weird hours. When I am home, the last thing I want to do is venture out to a bar or a club and surround myself with a bunch of noise just to find someone for the night.”

“Makes sense,” I said. “Sounds a lot like why I turn down going out sometimes.”

“I’d like to propose… an arrangement,” he said.

  “An arrangement.”

“Yes. I have to admit that you have captured my attention. I enjoyed my evening with you last night and waking up to you was quite a treat.”

“I’d say the same thing if you had been there.”

“My apologies for that. Like I said, my work keeps weird hours and whenever I am called for, I have to go,” he said.

There was something that rushed over his face in that moment. The relaxation in his eye tensed for a little bit. He was thinking about something, and I had a feeling it had to do with his work. His eyes unfocused for a bit and his shoulders rolled back, like he was throwing up some sort of a wall.

  It made me feel uneasy.

  “Maddox?” I asked.

  “Yes?”

“Are you okay? You look like something’s bothering you. Did something happen at work this morning?”

“As you well know, it’s always something with work,” he said with a grin.

And just like that, the tension dissipated.

“Do you want to talk about it?” I asked.

“I’d more like to talk about this relationship with you. Well, the type of arrangement I’m proposing.”

“You have yet to really tell me what that is,” I said.

“We keep things light and sexy. No feelings or emotions. I take you out whenever the two of us are free and we spend no-strings-attached time with one another.”

“Is sex on the table?” I asked.

The wolfish grin that spread across his face pooled a heat between my legs.

“Of course, it is,” he said.

“So… you want to wine and dine me in exchange for sex.”

“No,” he said sternly. “That is not what this is. I’m not paying you for your companionship. I know plenty of women I could do that with. Just with my given lifestyle, I don’t have the time for a real relationship with a woman. I’m sick of the one-night stands, and I really enjoyed my night with you. I just want to be upfront with what this would be before we continued seeing each other.”

“And exactly how would something like this work?” I asked.

“Like it is right now. I let you know when I’m free, we figure out what to do, we spend time together, we enjoy one another’s company, then we go back to our lives until we’re free again.”

  “Just that simple.”

  “That simple, yes,” he said.

He was asking me to be friends with benefits, and I surprised myself by considering it. I enjoyed my time with him, and even though I felt like I had fallen behind my friends on the ‘finding a someone’ timeline, it wasn’t like I was ready to settle down or anything. I still wanted to be free. To run my life the way I saw fit. I wasn’t ready to completely incorporate someone into my life, even though I felt my clock ticking away. And when the hell was I ever going to get an offer like this again? Some hot guy who knows how to throw me around in bed wanted to continue to do that without things getting muddled between us?

The more I thought about it, the more I enjoyed the idea.

“If we’re going to do this, we should establish some rules,” I said.

“Fair enough,” Maddox said. “I take it you have some you wish to lay down.”

“I do. Rule one, no feelings whatsoever.”

  “Guaranteed.”

“Rule two, this note thing you left. The only reason I was able to come out to dinner with you tonight was because work didn’t require my presence. If this is going to be mutually beneficial, you can’t just command I come out with you to places. I have a career I’m cultivating as well, which means we’ll have to coordinate schedules.”

“No demanding your time. I can do that,” he said.

“Rule three-- and this one’s important-- no meeting friends or family.”

“I was going to suggest that too, but can I ask why?”

“If this is an arrangement and nothing more, then there’s no need to rope anything in that’ll make things complicated. Family and friends always make things complicated.”

“You understand my life more than you realize,” he said with a grin. “Done.”

  “Do you have any rules?”

“Just one. I choose where we go at any given point in time.”

“What do you mean?” I asked.

“When we find time to spend with one another, I choose where we go.”

“You really need control, don’t you?” I asked.

“Has my choice for this evening failed you yet?”

I shook my head as I grabbed my glass of wine and took a sip of it. The moan that escaped my lips was involuntary, and I giggled as I set the glass back down. Maddox was smirking at me, like I had just proven his point without saying a damn word.

And technically, I had. The wine was decadent and I was ready to dig into the food in front of me.

  “Okay. You choose,” I said.

Then we toasted our new relationship, I polished off my first glass of wine, and dug into the most succulent food I’d ever eaten in my life.

This was going to be a wild ride, and I was in it for as long as it would run.

  Chapter Nine

  Maddox

We stumbled into my home, unable to keep our hands off one another. The outfit she was in looked fabulous draped over her curves. I couldn’t take my eyes off her all damn night. My cock had been at half-mast most of our damn dinner. I knew she would accept my proposal. I knew it would be too much for her to say ‘no’ to. But it also covered my ass. It blanketed me in case I couldn’t keep my hands off her.

Because as we tumbled into my living room, I couldn’t.

I ripped that shirt right off her body and started to work on her jeans. I quickly stripped her of the clothing that separated us. She was panting and whimpering, my hands diving into the depths of her excess. She was soft underneath my fingertips. Warm against the palms of my hands. My lips caressed her cheek and devoured the crook of her neck until she was riddled with marks to remember me by in the morning.

And I was just getting started.

Her hands shook, fumbling with my shirt as she peeled it from my body. The darkness of the house blanketed my body, forcing her to feel the outline of my form with her fingertips. I sat down in a chair in the corner, spreading my legs out and tugging her down onto my lap. Her breasts fell into my face as she squealed, her body heating underneath my touch.

  “Dinner was… fabulous,” Reagan said.

“Dessert’s turning out to be quite good, too,” I said.

Her hands tug into the tresses of my hair as my lips wrapped around her nipple. My hands pressed into the small of her back, holding her to me as she arched further into my lips. Her tits were standing to painful peaks, begging to be licked as I pulled them between my lips. She jolted with every stroke and tightened her grasp in my hair, threatening to pull it from my scalp as she groaned.

  “Maddox. Fuck.”

My name sounded sweet dripping from her lips. I could feel her pussy dripping onto my throbbing cock. She tasted like the wine she had for dinner and smelled like honey and vanilla. It was an intoxicating scent that sent my mind into overdrive. A scent that scratched at my walls and threatened to set the animal free.

The animal I kept caged so I wouldn’t frighten women like her.

I moved to her other nipple, ravaging it with my tongue as she pulled my face further into h
er tits. My arms cloaked her back, moving her hips so her pussy coated my cock. I was ready for her. Ready to slide into her warm heat and take her like I had the other night. I was ready to fuck her senseless until the only name she could remember was mine.

I felt her grinding against me. Trying to find more friction as my hands grasped her hips.

I released her nipple with a pop before our lips collided again. She ground her hips into me, trying to seek what she wanted. I reached down and grabbed my cock, steadying it so she could take what she wanted from me.

Then her pussy swallowed me down, taking me inch by inch as my throat swallowed her moans.

Her walls were hot around my skin. I could feel her dripping down my balls and leaking onto the floor. I held her hips to my own so I could control this moment. Control her the way I knew she desired. I wanted to keep her on the edge so long she begged for me. I wanted to hear those desperate pleas fall from her lips. I spread my legs wide, parting her further and bringing her toes off the floor as our eyes connected.

“Do something,” she said breathlessly. “Anything.”

“Don’t make promises you can’t keep,” I said.

I pulled my cock out and slammed it back into her, watching as her head fell back. I reached up and began tugging at her red locks, pulling those asinine bobby pins from its depths. Her hair was stiff as a board as I removed the metal from her hair, my cock seated deep within her body. Her fingernails dug into my arms, her body trembling as I removed the last one and tossed it to the floor.

“Don’t ever put those in your hair again,” I said. “I want to see it tumble down your back.”

Raking my hands through it, I broke up the damn spray she put in her hair. Why the fuck did women do that? Why the hell did they try to tame something that wasn’t meant to be tamed. I wove my fingers into the tresses of her hair and brought her back to me, my lips landing into the crook of her neck.

  Then, I began my assault.

Over and over again, I thrusted into her dripping wet pussy. I could hear the sloshing noises as I pulled out from between her legs before I slid myself back in. Her sounds were mesmerizing and her body was bouncing. Shaking with every blow I dealt for my viewing pleasure. Her hands were everywhere. Grasping my shoulders. Raking down my arms. Pressing against my chest. She was trying to get away and still want more. Her body was trying to seek a slower pace while her hips rocked harder against mine. I loved watching the fight roll over her body. The war that danced behind her eyes as she panted and whimpered.
