His fingers probed me, and I canted my hips into his touch, tremors already working through me as his thick fingers fucked into my pussy. “So wet for me,” he growled.
“I need you so much. I’ve needed you all day.”
“Poor baby. You had to leave before your morning loving.”
I nodded, too consumed with the way he rolled my clit with his thumb while he fucked two fingers into me. My walls clenched around the digits, and he found my g-spot, setting me off. I screamed into my arm, coming on his hand. Then his cock was there. He surged deep, making us one, filling me completely with him, in a way that proved I was made exactly for this man.
With one hand on my hip to keep my stomach away from the edge of the desk, he clenched the other in my hair, pulling back my head and forcing my chest to arch into the surface below me. I groaned as the tips of my nipples caught and dragged back and forth on the surface, sending spirals of sensation rocketing through me and down to my core.
“Do you see what happens to naughty, bratty girls?” he grunted.
“Yes…” I cried.
“Are you going to keep it up?”
“Yes! Oh, God…yes…”
“Thought so.” His hips took on a punishing beat as he fucked me hard. I careened over the edge of bliss, shaking beneath him and pulling him over with me. Even so, he kept pistoning, driving hard until I climaxed again. Letting go of my hair, he stroked his hand down my back and over my ass, caressing me and bringing me down. My cheek rested on the wood beneath me, and I sighed. My eyes closed.
“Don’t go to sleep,” he whispered.
“Okay,” I murmured tiredly. “I’m glad you came in for this office visit, Mr. Brixton. I trust we’ve alleviated the swelling?”
“For now. It seems to be a reoccurring problem.”
“Hmm…well, then, I’ll have to check it again later. A house call is definitely in order.”
“Live-in assistance. I have a bed you can use.”
He pulled me up into his arms, and I laughed, the contact with his chest reviving me. “I bet you do. We should get moving, so dinner with the kids isn’t too late.”
“Uncle Aldan and Aunt Mazie have kid duty tonight. I have plans for you, wife.”
“You do?” I asked. He ran his hands over me as if checking to make sure I was all okay. Then the touches grew more intimate again. Whatever he had planned, I hoped more sex was involved.
“Yes. Very happy anniversary plans.”
“But our anniversary isn’t until this weekend.”
He winked at me. “Surprise.”
I shook my head and went over to grab my clothes and get dressed. Brix always kept me on my toes. Fifteen minutes later, we left the office, arm-in-arm. Not twenty feet away, I saw my father, stepmother and Ella. Intending to pretend I hadn’t seen them, I glanced toward our town car, but to my surprise, my dad walked away from the pair and comes over to us.
“Cricket…” he said hesitantly.
“Dad.”
It had been twelve years, and I could see the time on his face and the thinning of his hair. He was in his fifties now and still looked good. I smiled, pleasantly surprised I didn’t feel the bitterness or resentment I once had. That was Brix’s doing. With him, I had no regrets. He kept my life happy and full of love. Even now, his arm tightened protectively around my waist.
“I wanted to come over and tell you congratulations for everything you’ve accomplished. I should have sooner but… Well, actually, I didn’t think you’d ever want to see me. Since we’ve run into each other like this… I mean, well…”
Was this the confident businessman I’d always known? What had happened?
“Thank you. It was hard work, but Brix has always supported me.”
Brix, whose strong body pressed to my side in support even now, a silent reminder that he had my back.
“Unlike me,” my father said self-deprecatingly. “I was wrong and never understood, and I ruined my relationship with you. I’m sorry.”
I glanced over his shoulder to see my stepmother looking at me with sad eyes and a soft smile. Ella, as usual, looked as if she’d sucked on a lemon.
I took a deep breath. A lot of years had passed. I could have a relationship with my father without having to deal with Ella.
“Ella’s just in town for the week,” he said, as if reading my thoughts. “She spends most of her time in France, now.”
“So she got a break in fashion?”
“Um, no. She married a French millionaire she met while modeling over there. The design thing never quite worked out.”
“That’s too bad. She was talented.”
“But not driven. Not like you. I think it always made her jealous—no excuse, mind you. Anyway, I guess I should…” He tilted his head back toward the women waiting for him.
“Dad,” I stopped him. My eyes closed momentarily, pushing back the years of grief. He’d sucked at parenting, but I knew he was sorry. “Maybe, you can come over for dinner sometime—you and Alicia. Meet my kids.”
His eyes widened. “Yes,” he rushed to agree. “Yes, we’d love that. How many kids do you have? I knew about your degree and your oldest but not much else.”
I looked up at my handsome, amazing husband. “We have five awesome children.” My hand settled on my still tiny baby bump. “And a last one on the way.”
My father gasped, his hand splaying over his chest. “Six grandkids?” He stepped closer. “You have pictures?” he asked, apparently forgetting he had two others waiting for him.
“Of course.” I glanced over and saw Ella had disappeared inside the restaurant, and Alicia was coming toward us, looking hesitant. I smiled at her to let her know it was okay. Then I pulled out my phone.
My dad looked at his wife. “Five grandkids! Can you believe it? And another one soon.”
She smiled. “Congratulations and on becoming a doctor, too.”
“Thank you.” As they oohed over the photos of the kids, Brix kissed my temple, and I marveled at the moment that had been a long time coming.
“You good, beautiful?” he asked against my ear.
I nodded. I was good. Right here with this man, I was safe and protected and always felt beautiful and loved. The years of believing I was a beast were long past. I might not be movie-star gorgeous, but few people were. I was confident and happy as I was. And to my wonderful husband and our many kids, I was perfect as we all lived happily ever after.

Bella: My dream of a successful art career consumes my life, so I didn’t want to join the dating app. I don’t have time for it, but somehow, my best friend persuaded me. Fine. What’s one night? One date? I ended up matched with YourMan01, a guy who seems only interested in hooking up. I’m not interested in forever, so YourMan01’s plans sound okay with me. Besides, meeting this stranger might turn my thoughts from the only man I truly want—a man completely off limits: My boss, Chase O’Malley.
This new dating site is unique: they screen the applicants and set up the date. I have no idea what he looks like. We just have a time and place to meet. And if sex enters the picture, good. That might distract me from Chase. I need my job with O’Malley Financial to keep myself afloat while I pursue my art, and daydreaming about my demanding boss is the surest way to get myself fired. Even if he were interested, Chase always has a new woman on his arm. Anything between us wouldn’t last. What would happen when it ended? That would ruin everything.
Chase: I’ve waited too long to claim her, but now, Bella is mine. What’s the point of being a billionaire if you can’t use your wealth to sway your fortune? Membership dating sites are lucrative right now, but that’s not even close to why I starte
d one. For once, I don’t care about the money. My entire objective: My new assistant, Bella Renfroe.

Billionaire Club, Book 2 – Billionaire Auction
He has a paddle. Maybe he’ll bid…
After her father is caught embezzling millions, Moriah agrees to sell herself in a Billionaire’s Auction – one weekend and her virginity awarded to the highest bidder. While she might appear as the doting daughter, doing whatever is necessary to keep her father out of prison, Moriah has much more at stake than securing the freedom of a parent she despises. She’ll do whatever she has to do to keep her sister safe.
Her first time should be for love, not for sacrifice…
When Kendrick gave Moriah’s father three days to return the stolen money, he never imagined the scoundrel would set up some twisted “virginity auction” and sell his daughter to one of their perverted billionaire clients. Kendrick will be damned if he’ll let that Moriah prostitute herself for her greedy father. It’s not going to happen. Not if he can help it. And being a billionaire himself, he intends to make sure it doesn’t.
Billionaire Club, Book 3 – Stranded With the Billionaire
It’s paradise…until you shipwreck there!
Lily:
Shipwrecking seems like something out of a movie-of-the-week or a TV show. I never thought it would happen to me. But it did—with Silas, the hottest man I’ve ever seen. It’s not ideal, but things could be worse, right? I could be alone, or with a pervy jerk, or my billionaire boss…
Turns out Silas really is my boss. And off-limits. I really should have researched better, but what can I say? I was running from trouble. Out of the frying pan and into the fire…
Silas:
From the moment I saw her, I knew. Lily is mine, and I need her at my side. I offered her a teaching job to get her to my tropical island—hey, I had ulterior motives, but it’s a real job!
I didn’t know about her troubles. Doesn’t matter. She’s with me now. I’ll do anything for her. I’ll do anything to protect her.
Unfortunately, not everything is in my control. Mother Nature had other plans. When a freak storm hit, our boat capsized and we fought for our lives in the deadly waves. Thank God, we survived. Thank God, we found land.
Not so great: the island’s deserted. It’s just me and my woman.
Could be worse. We have each other. We’ll make it work.
