When he would appear before all nations of the world, his pronouncements would emphasize a stern call to embrace his occult’s creed and worship spontaneously as he chanted his litany. However, people were aware that his occult would lead them to spiritual damnation that they had to embrace what they knew was their own right belief.
“ I know that I have not conquered the minds and hearts of many nations to embrace my cult. My watchdogs reported that there were several clandestine groups that have continuously formed their cults to worship their Gods.” Lucianus sighed.
“ We learned about them Master that they have broken away from us believing that we could not track their habitat” His protocol replied.
“ And I believe that there is one emerging large group from the East that have won the hearts of many people there as it keeps growing offshore “ Lucianus affirmed.
“ What do you want us to do now Master ?” the protocol asked.
“ Try to find out which country of our dominion is this in the Far East. Get the details of that particular church group “ Lucianus commanded.
“ Yes. Master, I will do that.” the protocol said.
He ordered the cult statistics and the zoning of many organized cults and occults existing from many states dominion of the Vathikan.
“ Disperse them all and arrest their organizers and members “ Lucianus would command.
The arrested organizers and members would be imprisoned for days to be indoctrinated with his occult’s creed and would only be released if they had sworn in to obey the doctrine.
“ If they cheated on me, execute them in a grave site designed for them” Lucianus would order a stern judgment.
In his regional survey of the existing obedient occult believers he would bless them with more food supplies and provided them other necessary supports, but when he found out by surprise that a region had established a cult other than his, he would shun the inhabitants and curtailed support until they gave up. In his weekly, occult activity he would reiterate his mission for the nations of the Vathikan States.
“ I wish all member- states and its nations be united in one belief in order for us to be blessed by our Lord, but if he finds us believing others he would be aggrieved and his blessings will depart from us” he said.

Lucianus’ focal point of passion for his occult even drove him to urge other leaders of the non-member states from all corners of the earth to yield before him. He commissioned occult emissaries to be deployed to those places that had not been indoctrinated with his creed. From the Far East, his emissary came with a report confirming the organized church that had drew in numerous believers.
“ Master, an emerging group was called the Church of God “ his emissary said.
Lucianus was moved and became anxious.
“ What was the name of the group? “ he curiously asked.
“ Church of God, Master “
“ Don’t say that again ! “ he exclaimed.
“ Yes, Master “ the emissary sighed.
“ Where in the Far East is this located ? “ he continued.
“ In the Philippines, Master “
“ Who’s the leader ? “ he asked.
“ I am sorry, Master I did not get the name “ the emissary replied.
“ What ? you’ve gone a long way and yet did not even get his name ?” he complained.
“ There were so many leaders in small groups deployed in different regions and now a viral in all Asiania Pacifica and the Amerka “ the emissary continued.
“ Get its leader, otherwise, cut the food supplies to member- nations that support him. Go “ he suggested.
“ Your wish is my command, Master “
Lucianus became more eager to know and capture the leader of the group who was later known to be Elijah Michaels. Elijah’s cult became a stumbling block for Lucianus and yet phenomenal and yet so widely popular of all the cults Lucianus had demolished in his dominion.
Elijah had established his group worldwide and had become a thorn for Lucianus who had treated him a jinx that had brought catastrophes such as drought, earthquake, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, climate change, floods, typhoons and other plagues that had been ravaging and claiming lives of people of the Vathikan member-nations since their remarkable emergence into the world. As a result of the on- going sufferings of the nations, the Vathikan and Lucianus were disappointed and intensely passed on the blame to Elijah and his cult.
“ They are the culprit why we are experiencing this kind of scenario. They have become stubborn and they keep disobeying us. The heaven is mad by their defiance to recognize the sovereign and chosen church of this generation. They must be stopped and submit to us ” Lucianus declared.
Lucianus’ campaign to stop Elijah and his church immediately took effect that startled the member-nations supporting the church group prompting some of them to withdraw from the group due to extreme pressure of Lucianus. Instead the doctrine of the group crept to the western part of the world but not so much to Vathikan member-nations since the restriction was intensified.
The emissary continued to seek the leader of the church group but returned to Lucianus in failure since followers were surreptitiously concealing him when they learned of the hunt.
“ They continuously grow in numbers not only from our member-states but mostly establishing in the Amerikas and now drawing many converts in some parts of Europe.” The emissary explained.
“ Resume the pursuit for its leader anywhere. Get him dead or alive, but I want him alive. Do not hurt him “ Lucianus instructed.
But mystery was keeping its leader away from the sight of Lucianus’ hunting party. In their dismay and astonishment, its leader appeared in electronic billboards, home videos, television programs and he could be heard on the radio professing his faith via satellite and visible in many parts of the world. In cities where electronic billboards of high rise buildings flaunted the image of a man professing his faith about the doctrine of God to the world. It displeased Lucianus and his followers that he spontaneously ordered his immediate arrest.
“ He could be in the Amerika. Scour the entire country and bring him to me alive “ Lucianus ordered.
“ But Master, Amerika is not our ally. We may not be able to penetrate them since they are still militarily capable of battling us “ his protocol explained.
“ We will penetrate the USA, no matter how equipped they are, we will correspond with their strength. I know USA is depressed and we can aggravate their decline farther. That is, if they will hinder our goal there. “ Lucianus said.
Numerous hunting teams were deployed in the different parts of the USA to hunt for the leader of the church that had been drawing in millions of hungry for God’s Word and knowledge of the gospel everywhere now. Lucianus became even more annoyed when his worldwide occult activity was shunned by many and sometimes would encounter telecast interruption via satellite flaunting the man’s indoctrination instead.
While the oppressed member-nations were groaning with poverty and hard living many had become desperate to the extent of committing sins that became rampant in many regions. Criminality rate rose to its remarkable height as many were getting ill and the mortality rate soared in many poor localities.
The United States of Amerika did not want war this time but allowed Lucianus’ hunting teams to scour the cities and counties to arrest the mystery man. The hunting teams even used satellite equipments to trace the whereabouts of the man but in many instances failed. The superiority and domineering character of Lucianus were exhibited in the sight of the nations where Presidents, Kings, and Ministers from different lands would pay homage in their knees while his concealed tyranny and dark deeds were embedded in the hearts of his constituents.
Lucianus would be flattered in the presence of prominent guests and leaders from member-nations in some occasions to be called Master. Eventually, the colonized member-nations of the United Vathikan States were called commonwealth nations that
belonged to his empire.
No decisions from any of these commonwealth nations would come to realization without his benediction and failure to do so would mean expulsion and the subject would be tried for treason that when found guilty would be executed.
His eagerness and abomination to confront the mystery man who had been known as Elijah Michaels as told by the latter’s foe drove Lucianus to stifle his fellow men from the Far East that were sympathetic to Elijah. Elijah Michaels was born in Manchester, England when Vathikan, Italia was an emerging empire in Europe . His American father who was a church minister in a Christian-Fundamentalist church married his Filipina mother , an active church member in one of his missions in Manila.
As a young boy, Elijah was soft spoken, but intelligent that his early years in grades school amazed everyone and even his mentors of his exceptional intelligence. He was accelerated two grades above that his mentors had to seek another type of lessons that would fit his mental capacity.
They settled in Manila where the young Elijah was brought up to the knowledge about God of the bible. Elijah finished college but his passion and interest were focused on the study of the Word. His mother got ill and because of her weak physical condition she died. His father went on a mission in the South but unfortunately he was killed in the cross fire between Islamic fundamentalist and the government troops. His uncle, an administrator in the church that he was now heading took care of him and taught many things about the Word.
With his passion and interest, Elijah learned many things and thought that he had found his destiny by being a servant of God. When his uncle passed away, he succeeded as church administrator as he trod every community in the locality to preach the gospel. Many had been persuaded and became part of his congregation. The mystery of his church was like viral that a tremendous number of people joined him that eventually led him to establish group churches in Asiania- Pacifica and to the west.
Being visible and audible from available electronic objects, a great multitude of different ethnic groups around the world were touched and enlightened to what they called the rare Word Indoctrination. In a span of three decades, millions of people around the world had been part of his crusade and still growing. While there had been worldwide crisis that many were thinking about the end time, Lucianus came to power and enforced restrictions on the different cults or churches. The enforced limitations and the eventual absolute prohibition of cult worship other than his occult interrupted the missions for fear of persecution.
The last remaining known cult with a large population was Elijah’s church. Lucianus would deploy his occult warriors in those suspected regions that were allegedly to be inhabited by members of Elijah’s cult. If they were entrapped the ill-fated and devoted followers were persecuted that many locales were intimidated or scared to conduct their worship but they would do it with maximum caution in hidden places instead.
Many would be vigilant and evasive of the deployed marshals or cult warriors that would roam around to keep the locality free from Elijah’s cult. The most regretting scenario was the persecution for the arrested elects of Elijah’s cult.
“ Tell us the truth the whereabouts of Elijah ?” the cult warrior of Lucianus would force the elect.
“ I have no idea “ the elect replied.
“ We will hang you in the tree upside down if you don’t “ he warned.
“ You can do anything you want to, but you won’t get anything from me” he said.
“ Then, hang him up “ the second warrior suggested.
To impose harsh punishment on the Islanders in the Far East, the great China defenders of Lucianus were commanded to seize small-clustered islands in the regions forbidding the nearby inhabitants to fish for their livelihood.
Any reprisal would be shot indiscriminately by the Chinese warships. Hence, the affected inhabitants would retaliate to defend their rights to live, but in their desperation they would lose the fight.
The weak and demoralized armed forces would lead to concede when they would be dominated by the powerful armies of the empire in the region. Lucianus temper would lead him to announce his blatant threat to Elijah to surface and yield to him. Elijah’s advisers would restrain him from conceding to Lucianus call for fear that there would be no more chance for others to hear his gospel propagation to the world.
“ We shall reproduce copies of my teachings in the CD’s that others may be able to see and know the truth in their screen even when I am gone. It will provide them an opportunity to know God and find a chance to be saved in these last days” Elijah said.
“ We shall remain in our faith, Brother even if it cause it our lives. We know that these dark days would be shortened as the final days of his tyranny is near. We still need you to continue teaching the mystery of the word” the elect said.
“ I shall continue to teach the world the truth until my last breath. It is from His hand that I leave my fate and your fate who are faithful to Him “ Elijah added.
“ We won’t let you be caught by them, over our dead body “ the elect said.
“ If it is my time, things will happen at the appointed time, anyway, days are numbered. I shall finish my race of faith “ Elijah continued.
The brief discussion between Elijah and his followers was interrupted by an astonishing tremor that jolted the entire country across the ocean to the ends of the earth. Earth movements were manifest by devastating opening of lands that caused destruction to lives and property. Likewise, the outpouring of hard rain would inundate and immerse upland and lowland to disaster while the skies of dark clouds would startle the baffled nations for the sudden change of the atmosphere as the horizons reflected dim and measly glistened colors.
Sharp lightning and shaking thunder continued to distract the dark skies and frightened the inhabitants. Lucianus would appear from the balcony of his imposing citadel in the hazy day and in his fanatical delight would cite palpable pronouncements.
“ Today, I declare my triumphant rule and Master of the world ! Everyone shall vow down before me ! I am the Master of the world ! “ he would exclaim.
“ On your knees ! “ his occult warriors would command the populace.
“ Elijah, your days are numbered ! Your defiance has disappointed me. If you don’t appear and yield to me, watch out !” he exclaimed.
In his solitude, Elijah was keeping an eye for the updates. “ It’s not yet time” Elijah would call on his followers to hold on to their faith until the great day of the Lord. But the surging populace of Elijah’s followers continued to thwart Lucianus’ anticipation to force him out and yield despite the economic sanctions and persecution he had been enforcing against his people.
“Arrest his people from different regions. We will see if he would not be forced to surface “ Lucianus ordered his liquidation squad.
The arrest commenced from the Far East that prompted the beleaguered inhabitants from the origin of the commonly known worship center dispersed and hid themselves behind any possible concealments. But in their dismay, many were captured and brought to available concentration camps designed and built for them.
“ The day has begun. As it is written, we shall face the consequence as it was in the past “ Elijah sighed.
“ What shall we do now, Brother ?” one elect said.
“ I will be forced to surface before him, or many shall suffer the agony of my defiance” he replied.
“ No, Brother. As you said, let thy will be done. This is the just the beginning and everything has come to an end. You must stay to continue your work until your last breath” the elect explained.
“ Yes, I am sorry. I am worried about the lives of those who will suffer and might be killed.” He added.
“ Let things happen. Our future lies into the hands of the Lord” the elect said.

Lucianus’ showed the footage of those captives groaning within the concentration camps from the Far East. Leaders from their respective country appealed to Luc
ianus to be humane and merciful but the ferocious leader spurned their wishes. However, Elijah did not heed to Lucianus’ call but instead continued to telecast his gospel propagation that irked the latter.
“ I strongly believe that he is just somewhere in the US. It is confirmed by our technical specialist. Arrest his followers from the US and entrap him.” he commanded.
“ But, Master, President Clevelander warned us not to enter the US territory this time. He warned us last time we sought Lucianus .” the protocol insinuated.
“ Elijah had sought asylum in the US and they are protecting and concealing him from us. “ Lucianus said.
“ To arrest Elijah’s followers in the very soil of America is a blatant aggression of what was once a powerful country in the world. It will mean war, Master. “ the protocol added.
“ Then, we wage war against US and its remaining allies to prove them that I am the Master of the world. I will make them our colony. This is the right time to colonize them. A time of distress. ” Lucianus insinuated.
“ Send Clevelander a message of our mission in their place. Still, we give him respect but if he spurns, then we do it by force.” Lucianus said.
Immediately a message was relayed to the White House.
