  Acknowledgments

A big thanks to John J. Thompson. I’ve written plenty of songs and even a musical with a stage play, but never a book before. When I completed the first draft of the manuscript, I wanted an experienced writer with another set of eyes to help me make it better. I asked John J. Thompson to take that job. He acted as my editor, sounding board, and clean up man. We worked together for several months re-arranging, editing, re-writing, and sanding on the manuscript endlessly. I thank John profoundly for his contributions. The book is much improved due to his selfless work.

Also, a big thanks to Gary Terashita. After I completed my work with John, Regnery/Salem Publishing came on board. I thank Gary at Regnery/Salem for his final editing work. He took the tome I gave him and worked with me to polish it to the finished book it is now.

Thank you to Marji Ross at Regnery for her belief in me and wanting to carry this book to the world.

A major thank you to Louie Giglio and TobyMac for contributing the forewords to Rebel for God. Your words are so gracious and humbling to me. I am forever grateful that we are friends.
