I have since appeared at every CT Horrorfest, and I can say with confidence that this book wouldn’t exist without the enthusiasm and encouragement I felt from everyone I’ve met over the years, so thank you.
I also received a lot of help from a colleague who was aware of my struggles with writing Containment. Stephanie helped fine-tune several drafts prior to submitting to AM Ink. My approach toward the sequel was a conscious departure from how I wrote Dead Summit, and she assured me that it was sound and that everything would be fine if I went with my instinct.
I want to thank Rebecca Rowland, my editor, for doing a fantastic edit, and for her thoughts on my overall execution of this book. My only hope is I that didn’t create too much work for her.
