by Giles Ekins

The flesh flensed from her abdomen and thighs was found on the bedside table, her thighs having been stripped of flesh down to the bone, her left thigh stripped of skin, fascia and muscles as far as the knee … The skin and tissue from her abdomen from the costal arch to her genitals had been removed in 3 large flaps and the right thigh was denuded to the bone, the excisions including her external sexual organs and part of the right buttock.

Her throat had been so savagely cut that the tissues had been severed down to her spinal cord so that the 5th and 6th vertebrae were deeply notched by the blade. No body parts were actually removed from the scene.
