Still holding his spear, and feeling his hands begin to glow with the cool crackling white energy once again, Troy took two steps towards the new arrival, only to see that there were another three similarly-attired youths behind him.
“Who are you?” Troy called out.
“We’re the first company,” said the young man. “The original group of hoplites. And we’re here to warn you. We escaped from the training because Sparta Online is broken. It’s been compromised. There are traitors at the highest level.”
Troy stood for a moment, open mouthed at what he was hearing, and then glanced around at Clio, a half-smile across his face. Plato had also noticed the new arrivals, and had come to stand just beside his comrades.
“Yeah,” said Troy. “We noticed.”
