Al-Hazard is a young independent horror author. His love story with the genre goes back to his days lurking the basement of the only bookshop in town providing books in his native language. While there, he came across the likes of Algernon Blackwood, Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer or Carlos Ruiz Zafón. This inspired him to get involved with the horror fiction community. To the date, this has successfully landed his work in anthologies such as Horror d’oeuvres (volumes II and III), the Monstronomicon and Scary Snippet’s Christmas special.
