Shifter Love [Werewolves of Forever, Texas 13] (Siren Publishing Ménage Everlasting) Page 9

by Jane Jamison

She fell against him. No, it was more. It was as though she were falling into him, becoming a part of him. Her tongue flicked into his mouth, daring his to chase it. He did then nibbled on her lower lip until she wanted to scream at him to nibble on another part of her body.

Hands flowed over her, cupping her breasts, massaging her nipples, fondling her butt cheeks. She closed her eyes and gave in to their caresses, gave in to letting them unbutton her shirt and slide it off her shoulders. Gave in to them undoing her jeans as someone tugged her tennis shoes from her feet. She mewled, seeking their clothes yet unable to do more than touch here, pull there.

A kiss on the neck had her stretching her neck for more. A mouth covered one nipple, the tongue lashing at her taut bud. The warm air around her slid over her skin as all three of them eased her to the floor of the barn. When they turned her free, she felt the lack of their flesh against hers and cried out.

“Look at us, sugar,” ordered Doug.

She opened her eyes to find the three of them standing over her, their naked bodies slashed by the light coming through the slats in the roof. They were magnificent, beyond what she’d believed she could ever deserve. She hastily covered her breasts, shyness and shame of her body swamping her.

“Stop that, hon.” Jordan’s voice was both harsh and sympathetic. “You are the most beautiful woman we’ve ever seen.”

She couldn’t believe him. It was impossible. “You don’t have to say that to get me to have sex with you.”

Doug fell to his knees next to her. “We’re not just saying that. You are the best thing we’ve ever laid our eyes on. I swear it.”

“Damn straight,” added Marty. “You’re hotter than hell. If you don’t believe what we’re saying, believe what my cock is doing.”

Her gaze slipped to his erect and glistening cock. It was huge and curved, making her mouth water. She looked to the other two men and saw that they were endowed and eager, too.

Doug eased closer. “Want a taste, sugar?” He leaned over her, his cock directly over her face.

What else would she do but take it into her mouth? She opened wide and took him deep. His taste, musky and full of testosterone, filled her mouth.

Jordan came to the ground and eased in between her legs. His palms ran over her flesh, stroking her inner thighs as he worked his way to her pussy folds. “You can taste my cousin all you want, but I want a taste of you.” He bent lower and put his face to her pussy.

She sucked in a breath, wishing she could see Jordan’s eyes above her mons without having to turn Doug’s cock free. Spreading her legs, she welcomed his tongue to her clit as he licked and licked and licked. His nibbles had her bucking like an untamed filly as the sensation she’d thought was so wonderful and powerful before now morphed higher, stronger. A haze filled her mind, her libido taking over logic, her mind lost.

Cupping Doug’s balls, she moved her fingers, earning a satisfied groan from him. He moved his hips gently, keeping his cock from going too far. Hollowing her cheeks, she gave him even more pleasure and earned yet another groan. A groan that somehow changed into a sound resembling a growl.

“Got to have me some ass, darlin’.” Marty lay down beside her, played with her tits for a moment then coaxed her onto her side with a gentle push. Doug shifted along with the move, settling lower so she could still keep her mouth around his cock.

She was caught in a whirlwind of their making, a tornado of their love as they explored every inch of her. Jordan’s sucking sounds as he drank from her pussy mixed with Doug’s groans and Marty’s whispered words, encouraging her to relax as his fingers played with her tight butthole.

She struggled to think. Why had she come? Yet she knew the answer even if it was only a feeling and not a true thought. She’d had no choice. The urge, the need, the craving to have them had overridden every other recourse.

Jordan sent her flying with his mouth against her clit and his fingers plunging in and out, in and out of her pussy. She cried out loud, the sound of her pleasure slipping along Doug’s cock. Another cry came when Marty eased his cock against her tight hole then pushed inside her.

  “You belong here.”

That was what Doug had said. Although she’d felt the reality of his words earlier, their joining together, their perspiration-covered bodies moving together proved he was telling the truth.

  I belong here.

Joy mixed with the rising tide of her next climax. She clung to them, reaching behind her for Marty, then clutched at Doug’s powerful leg. When her release took her, she bucked against them, with them, and held on for sweet mercy.

The men gave in to their climaxes simultaneously, their groans-to-growls filling the air around her. She did her best to drink all of Doug’s seed, but much of it ran down her chin. She did her best to tighten both her vaginal walls around Jordan while tightening her ass to give Marty more pleasure. Her body trembled and shuddered as Marty pulled out. Taking advantage, Jordan rammed into her with one long-lasting stroke, the heat of his release filling her.

Shenna could barely contain her happiness. Making love to the men had not only made her dreams come alive, but had given her more than she ever would’ve dared hope for. Having them take her made her feel joyful, elated, satisfied, womanly, and sexier than she’d ever felt before.

“A quarter for your thoughts,” offered Doug.

She lay her back against his chest, Marty and Jordan on either side of them. Already she could feel Doug’s cock beginning to stiffen.

Another go-round. Yeah, I’d be up for it.

“The saying is a penny for your thoughts.” She slid her palm along his thigh, letting his dark hair flow through her fingers.

  “Inflation,” he countered.

She smiled and caught Marty studying her breasts. Obviously, he would be up for another sexual romp, too. “In that case, make it a dollar.”

“Damn. Talk about price gouging.” Marty cupped her breast, idly playing with it. Yet it didn’t take long for his cock to start to rise to the occasion again like Doug’s.

She shrugged, liking the feeling of her back gliding over Doug’s hard chest. “If you want to know, you have to pay what I’m asking.”

“Fine. Can I owe you?” asked Doug. “I don’t have any money on me right now.”

Her smile broadened. “Sure. And don’t think you have to pay me in money, either.”

  “Payment in services?” asked Jordan.

He didn’t speak up as often as the other two men, but when he did, he could be just as funny. “Now you’re talking.”

They were great guys. Each of them was the kind of man she could fall in love with.

Watch it. Don’t let your guard down.

She warned herself again. She’d come to have fun, not to get romantically involved. She’d wanted to satisfy the overwhelming need to have them and nothing more. She couldn’t, wouldn’t, get involved emotionally. Not when she was about to blow their entire world apart. She looked to Jordan and Marty then craned her neck to look up at Doug. Did they know about the werewolves in their town? They were new to the area, so it could be that they hadn’t found out yet. Should she warn them?

“Okay, then talk. What are you thinking?” Doug scrutinized her. “I can see the wheels turning.”

She couldn’t tell them. Not yet, anyway. Not until she was ready to leave Forever and never return. Besides, if they didn’t know, they’d more than likely think she was crazy. She’d warn them as soon as she could. There wasn’t any rush. As far as she could tell, the werewolves had never hurt anyone. Other than the one who had chased her to her car, she hadn’t heard of a single wolf attack or even packs running around.

Instead, she lied, something she was getting all too good at doing. “Well, if you really want to know…”

“Of course we do. After all, we’re going to pay with our bodies,” joked Doug.

“Okay, then, here goes. I was thinking about how great you thre
e are.” And she had been. At least, kind of.

Jordan sat up, his expression growing serious. “And we think you’re amazing.” He shot Doug and Marty stern looks. “Not to get all mushy sounding or anything, but we think you’re the one for us.”

“We know you’re the one for us,” insisted Marty who had grown as serious-looking as Jordan.

“They’re right, hon. You’re the woman we’ve been waiting for.”

She inhaled a short, sharp breath. Yet why? Hadn’t she been half expecting them to say something like that? They’d said as much before, but she’d put it down to just something guys said when they wanted to have sex. Still, Emma had said they were looking for a woman to share, and she was all for sexual fun, but how could they think of a relationship in a permanent way? They’d only just met.

Yet, even as she tried to deny the possibility, her heart betrayed her, picking up speed, excitement overwhelming her. Words telling them she felt the same way were on the tip of her tongue. Thankfully, she managed to keep them from slipping out.

Jordan frowned. “You’re not saying anything.”

She closed her eyes and, only for a moment, allowed herself to believe she could tell them she wanted them as much as they wanted her. Instead, when she opened her eyes, she told them what she had to say. “Look, you guys are terrific, but we can’t be anything more than…” Than what? Friends with benefits? Hook-ups for a fun time?

  “More than what? Fuck buddies?”

She didn’t have to look at Doug to feel the anger wafting off him. “I didn’t say that. Still…”

  “Still what, darlin’?” asked Marty.

“I don’t know.” She sat up straighter, moving away from Doug.

“Then tell us this.” Doug eased out from behind her. His eyes sparkled with bits of amber. “You feel something for us, don’t you? Something different. Something you’ve never felt for anyone else.”

  Yes. “I don’t know.”

“That’s bullshit and you know it.” Jordan’s anger surfaced along with the strange flecks of amber in his eyes.

Amber eyes. Like werewolves. Shit. Could they be shifters?

She wouldn’t have to warn them about the werewolves. Unless the amber color had nothing to do with being a shifter, then they already knew.

“There’s a connection between the four of us. With us and with you.” A muscle in Doug’s jaw twitched. “It’s like a bolt of lightning striking you. Like you’ve finally met the person you’re supposed to spend the rest of your life with. Don’t try and deny you felt it.”

If they really were werewolves, what would she do next? Run? Stay and get photos? Ask them to shift? Her mind spun with questions that had no answers. And what about what they were saying? Was that real, too?

  “Don’t lie to us, hon.”

Maybe it was the tone of Jordan’s voice, soft and low, that took hold of her. It was as though he feared the worst but would forgive her anything. Thoughts of them as shifters ran a poor second to thoughts of their wanting her. At least about this, she couldn’t lie. “Yes. I felt it,” she whispered.

The relief on their faces was touching and yet, somehow, heartbreaking. They wanted her. Perhaps even loved her.

Her heart broke a little more.

“Tell us, sugar.” Doug’s anger was gone, replaced by blatant need. He hungered for her in more than a carnal way.

At that moment, she wanted to tell them anything. To do anything they asked of her. Yet she couldn’t. “I don’t know really how to describe it. It’s like you said. Like electricity whipped though me and set me on fire.”

Jordan’s smile lifted the corners of his mouth. “It’s the connection. It’s the magical thing that brings men together with the woman they were meant to mate.”

Mate. Like animals. Oh God. They really are werewolves.

“You’re talking about love at first sight.” She’d never believed in that. Love at first sight happened only in movies or romance novels. It was a fantasy lonely, silly women believed.

“Yeah. We are.” Marty took her hand. “We want you, Shenna, and we’re going to have you. Not just for today or tomorrow but forever.”

As soon as he touched her hand, the sensation that had begun the moment she’d seen Marty and Jordan in the field, the sensation that had warped into high speed when Doug had found her in the barn, went wild. She needed them. She craved them. She had to have them.

Think. You have to think rationally.

  They’re werewolves.

  They have to be.

Yet even if they weren’t men who could change into wolves, a future with them was impossible. Not if she wanted to tell the world about their town.

“Sugar? What do you say? Tell us what you’re feeling,” urged Doug.

She shook her head, suddenly too overwhelmed to even try to sort through her emotions. Her body was telling her to go to them. Her heart was proclaiming she had met the men she would love until the day she died. Yet her mind, her ever-logical mind, fought against the throbbing of her pussy and the pounding of her heart. “This is crazy.”

If she had any hope of not giving in to the crazy notion of loving them, of loving three werewolves, she had to leave. “This was a mistake.”

They tried to keep her with them, but she pulled away. Snatching up her clothes and camera, she hugged them to her and shook her head, keeping them from moving any closer. “Please. I can’t. It’s too much. You’re…”

  Werewolves.

They were on their feet, too, their huge, powerful bodies calling to hers.

“We’re what, darlin’? In love with you? Yeah, we are. And you love us, too. You only have to let yourself believe in the connection.”

“You already know it, sugar.” Doug fisted his hand against his chest. “You know it in here. Don’t fight it.”

She shook her head as she hurriedly tugged on her clothes. “No. I don’t believe any of this.” Not the connection. Not that they could be werewolves. If she believed in either one, she’d be lost. “I have to go.” She whirled, running as fast as she could.

They were behind her, so close she could feel the heat coming from their bodies. She could hear the pounding of their footsteps just as she’d heard the wolf behind her on that day that had forced her to return to Forever. They could’ve stopped her at any moment, and yet, they didn’t. By the time she’d managed to get behind the wheel of her car, tears were streaming down her face.

Doug stood in front of her car as Marty darted around to the passenger side. Jordan leaned against the hood and gazed at her through the driver’s side window.

  “Shenna?”

She dared to meet his gaze.

“Let yourself believe. That’s all you have to do. Once you do, everything will fall into place.”

She couldn’t speak, couldn’t do anything more than to fumble with the keys and start the car. Letting out a sob, she threw the car into reverse, wheeled it around, then stomped on the gas pedal.

  I don’t care.

  I can’t care.

  Please. Please. Stop.

And yet, it was too late.

How had she let it happen? How had she fallen in love? How had she fallen in love with three werewolves?

  Chapter Six

“We have to make her stop.” Marty dug his shovel into the manure of Hopscotch’s stall, rammed his booted foot against the shovel, then lifted the pile into the wheelbarrow. “She’s ours now.”

“Tell her that,” said Jordan. He glanced up then went back to buffing the saddle.

“Whether she accepts us as her mates or not, we have to get her to stop with the photos. There’s no way in hell any of us are going to let her tell the world about our town.”

  Our town.

The words gave Marty a warm feeling. They’d searched long and hard for both their ranch and their mate. They weren’t about to give up either one without a fight. Yet the idea that their mate could be the one to cause trouble for Forever twisted his
gut, wiping away the warm feeling.

“Then we lay it on the line. Flat out. About us and that she’s going to have to stop.” Doug stood at the entrance to the barn, hands fisted on his hips, feet planted apart as though ready to do battle. In a way, they were going to battle. A battle to save their town and their mate.

“What if we tell her and she takes off?” Marty didn’t like thinking about the possibility, but he wasn’t the type to run from hard things. “Do we chase her? Take the photos and videos? And then what? Force her to stay? You know we can’t do that. We don’t force women, much less our mate, to do anything they don’t want to do.”

Doug turned to face them. “Then we make her understand. She already knows about shifters. Telling her we’re werewolves shouldn’t be a major surprise.”

“It’s the connection she’s having trouble believing in. She can see werewolves, so she knows they exist, but believing in the invisible bond that brought us together is harder.”

Jordan set down his polish rag. “I don’t see any way around it. Yeah, I would’ve liked to have taken more time figuring out the problem, but I don’t think we have much time left. After the way she took off yesterday, we may already be too late.”

“Then let’s make a believer out of her. Now.” Doug heeled around, striding toward the truck.

  * * * *

Shenna sensed their presence before she heard them. Sitting on the sofa, she twisted toward the front door.

  They’re here.

She’d known they would come. Had, in fact, hoped they would even while a part of her worried about what they would say. What would she do? Embrace them or run out the back door?

She didn’t have a chance to make that choice. The door burst open, slamming against the wall. She sucked in a hard breath as their massive silhouettes blocked out the sun streaming in behind them.

  “Shenna.”

Did she answer Doug? Yet her throat suddenly closed up. Not with fear but with the incredible sensation wrapping its firm grip around her.
