On Orion Brian Goddard now sent a message to Ray Connors informing him that the area of space that he was currently in was in fact the area of space that used to be controlled by the planet Heliot, with Helionia almost certainly being the same planet from where the Heliots had originated on. He also told him that Earth was depending on him alone, ‘sorry about that’, to ensure that Tyler Burrows found and rescued Marot Pallas, or the Heliot Empire could rise again to terrorise the galaxy. He also asked him to have the computer on the Orion Defender monitor all local newscasts and send them back to him via the satellite link.
