He was still lost in his thoughts when he heard her moving in her room.

Sighing, he got up and went to meet her.

“Hey, sleepy, need any help?” he asked her, as he walked towards the bed, wearing one of his loose tunics.

Eleanor looked at him and took a deep breath. Not even a piece of clothing like that one was able to hide his fierce masculinity and the power behind his strong muscles and fit body.

“Yes, I could use my chair.” She grumbled.

“I forgot to pick it up, but I can help you, meanwhile.” He suggested, taking a seat in bed, next to her.

She leaned her head on her hand and looked at him. “Are you offering to become my nurse again?” she teased him.

“The offer has never left the table. I like helping you.” He assured her.

She sighed. “Well, I need to use the bathroom, and I sure could use a bath.” She said, surrendering to his will.

He smiled and got up, picking her up and taking her to the bathroom. Once there, he prepared the bathtub while she used the toilet. When she was done, he got rid of his tunic and entered the tub with her in his arms.

“Will you bath with me all the time?” she asked him with an amused scowl.

“It’s a real pleasure taking a bath with you, so why would I deny it to myself?” he replied, with a wicked smile. “It’s an incredible opportunity to have you naked in my arms.” He added, pulling her to take a seat between his legs.

Eleanor immediately felt his hard cock poking her buttocks and smiled.

“I guess these baths will always end up with something else.” She teased him.

“Yes, I’m afraid so.” He assured her, as his hands slid up her belly to cup her round breasts.

She chuckled. “I think I could get used to that.” She said, laying her head on his chest and closing her eyes, enjoying his caresses.

“That would be perfect.” He clamped her hard nipples with his fingers, while he grazed the tip with his claw.

“How come you have claws?” she asked, curious, as she watched the black claw showing up once more. He usually had normal fingernails.

“It’s part of my drogon.” He explained, showing her how he took them out and retracted them.

“You talk almost as if you were two identities.” She said, tilting her head to look at him.

“Not as much as that, but when I’m on my fullest drogon form, I’m tougher, fiercer and more ferocious.” He replied, kneading her breasts and playing with her nipples. “We only use that form when we go into battle.” He added.

“So, you’re what we call shape shifters?” she asked, not sure what she thought about it.

What the hell did he turn into?

“Yes, I guess you could say that.” He nodded.

“And you change into what?” she asked, intrigued.

“I’m not sure what you would call it.” He replied with a slight frown, starting to think he had brought the subject a bit too soon.

“Will you show me?” she asked him, and fortunately he found no traces of fear on her expression or her tone.

“Yes, I will, I due time.” He assured her.

She nodded and relaxed in his arms once more.

That, until he slid one of his hands down to her slit. His finger quickly found her clit and started to work on it.

“I find this part of you quite amazing, do you know that?” he asked her, ripping a few moans out of her lips.

“I’m glad you do.” She said, gasping for air. His caresses felt so good, he had her aroused in just a few seconds.

“I could spend the rest of my life with you like this, in my arms, moaning with pleasure. He whispered in her ear, nibbling her lobe, sending jolts of pleasure rushing through her body.

“You would kill me. I don’t have that kind of energy,” she protested, though her words lacked conviction. She would love that way too much.

He laughed and increased the pace of his caresses, determined to take her over the edge once more. He wanted her again, and he had reached the conclusion it was easier for him to take her if she was as wet as possible.

It didn’t take him too long to achieve that, and soon he had her shuddering in his arms, moaning and panting as the waves of a strong orgasm crashed over her.

Without expecting her to come out from the haze of pleasure and bliss, he pulled her up to his lap, making her go down on his hard shaft, inch by inch until she had it completely buried inside her.

“Oh… god…” she moaned, out loud.

With his hands on her hips, he helped her go up and down on his cock, going faster and deeper each time, bringing her back to the path towards pleasure.

After a while, he stopped and made her lean over the tub’s edge, still buried inside her. This new position allowed him to grip her hips and go even deeper inside her, allowing her to feel every single ridge of his cock, enhancing the pleasure he was already giving her. Thrust after thrust he guided them into paradise once more and soon they were swirling on the wild turmoil of pleasure and bliss, amongst growls and moans, grunts and sobs.

When the waves finally subsided, he took a seat again and pulled her back into his arms.

“I’ll never get tired of you.” he whispered, with a pleased smile on his face.

She chuckled. “If we do this all the time I need a bath, we’re in serious trouble.”

He laughed out loud. “I don’t mind. I can live with this kind of trouble.” He assured her.

They finished bathing, and he took her to ground floor where the other women were gathered for dinner.

It was nice to share the meal with them, especially when they were able to give her news of Sasha. She had been told she was still living with Asgar and that she wasn’t expected to return to the palace in the near future.

But it was nice finding out she was alright and her plans for getting clothes more adequate to their needs. The Zuvrakians had no idea about fashion that was for sure.

“I hope you include me in that group.” She said to Gil Ra.

“Yes, I’ve included all of us. I guess you would prefer dresses to pants and tops.” She said, smiling.

“Yes, they are a lot easier to put on, that’s for sure.” She replied watching the naughty smirk on Brynjar’s face. She was sure he was thinking about removing the clothes.

“Then I’ll have a few ready for you, as soon as possible.”

“That would be great. Let me know if I can be of help.”

“Thank you, I’ll keep that in mind. But the truth is the sewing machines here are fantastic. All you have to do is introduce the patterns with the fabrics, and the machine does the whole job.”

  “Sweet, that’s fantastic.”

“It’s like a dream come true.” She admitted with a big smile.

When dinner was over, Brynjar suggested a walk through the gardens. “It’s a bit cold, but I’m sure you’ll enjoy it, protected by your cloak.”

“Yes, that sounds great.” She nodded, and once she was ready, they left the palace.

The moon lit the gardens almost as much as the sunlight. It was so big it still amazed her.

“You have a fabulous moon.” She said with a sigh.

“Do you think so? I guess I’m so used to it, I don’t see anything special in it.”

“Back on Earth, many people believe our moon is special, even magical.” She explained as they walked through the gardens.

He chuckled. “Here, we just see it as it is, a rocky satellite that lightens our night skies.” He replied.

  “You lack any romanticism.”

“Yes, I believe you’re right.” He sighed. “We pay attention to the use of things and not how they look.”

“I can tell that. There isn’t a single adornment in your palace, and I couldn’t find any at Asgar’s place either.”

“We need more women on our planet, that’s a known fact.” He admitted.

“Where’s your mother?” she asked, curious.

&nb
sp; “She died soon after my younger brother died, of a rare disease. It attacked her immune system, and she wasn’t able to fight it.” He explained in a cold tone.

She could tell it still affected him. “That must have been terrible for you and your family.”

“Yes, it was, especially for my father, since she was his soulmate, his other half. The only reason he went on was for us. I was ten years old, and my brother was a newborn. He couldn’t simply give up.” He added.

“Yes, I understand. Is he still alive?” she asked, as they reached one of the far ends of the gardens, enclosed by a tall, thick wall.

“Yes, he is. He retired a few years ago and handed the kingdom to me. He said it was time he got some rest.” He replied with an amused smile on his face. “He now lives in one of the smallest cities on the planet.”

“Well, you’re lucky to have him.” she said with a sad smile.

“How did you lose yours?” he asked curiously. He knew she hadn’t left anyone behind, like all of the other women.

“They died in the same accident that crippled me. Sasha was my only support, and she has been so ever since then.” She explained.

“That must have been very hard for you.” he commented with a slight frown.

“Yes, it was, but thanks to her I was able to move on and have an almost normal life. I’ll never be able to thank her enough for being there for me.”

“I can see that. I’m sure you were a good friend for her as well.”

“Yes, I tried as much as I could. But I used to feel like a burden in her life, most of the time.” She confessed.

“I’m sure she didn’t feel that way.” He protested. The little he knew about Sasha, allowed him to know she was a brutally honest woman.

“I know she didn’t, but I still felt the same.”

They walked back to the palace, still chatting and she thought they would say goodnight at her bedroom door.

Instead, he guided her to his own room and straight to his bed.

They spent the night making love, and when the sun lit the room, Eleanor was alone in the bedroom, and her chair was next to the bed. She was wearing a dark green tunic she didn’t remember putting on, so she guessed he had put it on her.

She assumed he had left earlier in the morning so, she slid into her chair and hovered to the bathroom to take a shower. It would be her first time alone, but she was sure she would be able to handle it.

She was about to get in when the bathroom door swished open.

“What are you doing?” he asked her, in a scolding tone.

“Taking a shower. Is there a problem with that?” she replied.

“Are you trying to get yourself killed?” with a couple of strides he was beside her.

“You can’t be around me the whole time. I need to manage on my own.”

“Not while I’m around. I’ll help you.” he insisted.

“You’re being stubborn. You’re supposed to be a king. Don’t you have other things to do?” she protested.

“Yes, I do, but none is more important than being here for you.” he assured her.

She looked at him, wanting to ask him why. Why was it so important for him to be there for her? Did he treat every woman he was with the same way?

He made her feel special, and that scared her like hell. She didn’t want to become dependent on him just to be put aside when he got tired of her or when his soulmate showed up. She wouldn’t survive that.

She pursed her lips and crossed her arms over her chest.

“I need to learn how to move around by myself. It’s important to me.” She insisted, determined not to budge in.

“It’s dangerous. At least, until I find you a safer way to move around.” He pointed out, not willing to allow her to risk her life for something so trivial like bathing on her own.

“Are you trying to get me a better way to move around?” she asked, ironic. She had the feeling he wanted to keep her dependent on him.

“Yes, I am. We’ll develop a device that will allow you to enter the shower stall with no danger, waterproof and all terrain.” He assured her.

“That would be nice, but for now, this is all I have, and I really need a shower.” She went back to the previous discussion.

“You can’t stand in the shower. I’ll prepare you a bath.” He said, shaking his head while he walked towards the tub and filled it up.

“You’re not taking a bath with me. Not this time. I’m too hungry.” She warned him.

He laughed out loud, knowing exactly what she meant. He walked back to where she was, still in her chair and brushed her lips with his.

“Are you sure you don’t want that?” he whispered, before he deepened the kiss, allowing his coarse tongue to invade her mouth and steal her breath away.

She moaned, desperate to resist the powerful effect he had on her.

He finally released her lips with one last kiss. “But, I’m sure you’re really hungry, so this time, I’ll assist you from outside the tub.” He said as he pulled her tunic over her head.

She huffed but allowed him to take her to the tub and help her with the bath.

He kept his word and other than a few caresses he didn’t go further and soon she was out of the tub and dressed to face a new day.

  Chapter Fifteen

He guided her to the meals’ room, and this time, they had it for their own.

“Where are all of the girls?” she asked, curious.

“They have been assigned to tutors that will be in charge of showing them around and help them get used to our ways.” He explained, with his attention set on the food he was ordering.

He could still remember the shock on Colborn’s face when he had met his soulmate. The good doctor had actually thought he wouldn’t be one of the lucky men getting a soulmate, so when he watched the transmission of the video Brynjar had made, curiosity had been the only feeling guiding him.

That was until he saw Gil Ra on the screen. The small woman’s smile was like a punch to his stomach that stole way all of his breath.

“I see.” She muttered. “Do you think that’s a good idea? The human females don’t have the instinct to tell them they need to wait for their so called soulmate. They could fall for these tutors. You’re taking a huge risk here.” She pointed out, grabbing one of the berries cakes one of the servants had brought.

“Yes, I’ve considered that, but I believe things will work out perfectly.” He insisted, in a careless tone.

  “If you say so.”

“What would you like to do today?”

“I’ll probably wander through the gardens, so you don’t have to worry about me.” She said, taking a sip of that hot beverage that looked a lot like coffee.

“I’ve assigned myself as your tutor, so I’ve taken a few days off my duties to be with you,” he announced as if he was talking about the weather.

“Why would you do that? I don’t need a tutor. We both know I won’t be claimed as anyone’s soulmate.” She protested.

“You can’t be sure of that. Meanwhile, you’ll be treated like all of the other women.”

She snorted, but she could tell she wasn’t going to convince him of changing his mind.

“Oh, very well. Do as you wish.”

“That’s what I plan on doing.” He replied, with a victorious smile on his face. “So, I’ll show you one of my favorite beaches on this side of the planet. The place is amazing, and it’s always deserted. Our people aren’t very fond of cold water, and our seas have the coldest around, but the place still helps me to put my mind in order every time I need some peace and quietness.”

“That sounds great. The sea has that power on me as well.” She nodded.

  “Then, it’s a plan.”

“Gil Ra didn’t leave some of the news clothes for me, by any chance?” she asked, looking at the suit she was wearing that morning.

“No, at least, not with me. I’m sure she’ll let you know when she has finished all the sewing.

“Yes, I can’t wait. You guys don’t have much sense of fashion.”

  He chuckled and agreed.

A few minutes later, they were leaving the palace in one of his vehicles, prepared with some food and beverages since he was planning to stay the whole day out.

The beach was just like he said, perfect. They were standing on the edge of a great ravine, and they were able to see the beach down there. Even from where they were standing the sight was fantastic.

They would have to go down the ravine to reach it, but Eleanor was sure it would be worth it. The golden sand down there was extremely appealing, as well as the soothing orange waters.

“How are we getting down there? Is there a trail or something?” she asked him, as she looked around.

“No, there isn’t.” He sounded hesitant, something not akin to who he was.

“Will my chair be able to fly all the way down?” she asked, puzzled. “But, how will you get there?”

  “Flying.”

She looked at him as if to make sure she had heard him correctly. “Flying? Does the vehicle fly? Can it take us down there?”

“No, it can’t. It’s not made for that.” He replied in a serious tone.

“Then, how are we supposed to fly down there?”

“Like this.” A few seconds later, he had displayed a pair of huge, leathery wings, with small claws on top of them, quite similar to a bat’s wings, which clearly had come out of his back.

She gasped, startled. She hadn’t expected that. When he had mentioned he was able to shift, she had thought about wolves or bears, never anything like this.

“This is… part of your drogon?” she asked, amazed.

  “A small part, yes.”

“Show me the rest, please.” She wanted to see him, no, for some reason; she needed to see him in his full drogon form.

“I don’t think this is the moment for that.” He tried to talk her out of it.

“I think it’s perfect.” She insisted. “Please.”

He looked at her for a few moments, as if trying to decide what to do, but then he took off his cape and his suit and stood in front of her in all his glory.
