This was my Empire Strikes Back or Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. In Empire Strikes Back, Hans Solo was taken by the bounty hunter, and Dumbledore dies in the Half-Blood Prince. All seemed lost in these movies, but both Luke Skywalker and Harry Potter had to rely on themselves to deal with their enemies.
In this book, both Poppy and Bo died a warriors’ death. I have to admit when I wrote their scenes I had tears in my eyes. I really loved both of them, but they had to die for Raven to learn to believe in herself and become a hero like Luke and Harry.
In the last book, she’ll have to face her greatest fears and only by believing in herself will she be able to defeat her enemies.
You will also learn more about her sister, Ebony. I can give you a hint–she will have her own series like her sister. I have her cover already, and it’s fabulous!
Both Armond and Gunnar will also be getting their own books. But the first academy, I will be writing about is Rose Red Academy. The vampires will be facing a new foe. Ryker’s up to his tricks again and he’s assigned a new villain to torment them!
I hope you can forgive me for killing Bo and Poppy. But don’t worry, Raven will get her happily ever after!
