“Cum for me, Maccon,” she cried out, picking up her pace.

My cock throbbed as my entire body was overtaken with blazing pleasure. She collapsed on top of me, slowly catching her breath.

“Fuck, Kinsley. That was…” My head hit the pillow as she crawled into my arms.

“Yeah, amazing. I agree.” She slipped under the covers and we quickly drifted off into a post-sex coma.

The next morning, I lay awake with Kinsley fast asleep, her head on my shoulder. All I could think about was the fact that her ex-boyfriend was the elusive number two I had looked for all those years ago. We had assumed all of the Renegade Kings had left town, but apparently they were just good at laying low.

As she started to stir, I pulled away from her. “Good morning,” I muttered before kissing her forehead.

“You stayed,” she muttered with a sleepy smile.

“Was I not supposed to?” I asked as I got up to get dressed.

“I’m glad you did. Most guys don’t.” Her face twisted into a grimace.

Leaning down, I kissed her one more time. “I’m not like most guys, but I do need to get home before my daughter wakes up.”

  “He’s a dad,” she teased.

  “That I am.”

“I like that. Kids are my whole world. I’m a teacher.”

I smiled down at her. “Perfect.”

I pulled a receipt out of my pocket, scribbling my number before putting it on the nightstand. “I hope I can see you again.”

“I’ll probably be at the Red Crow tonight, if you’re interested.” She grinned up at me, pulling her tank top over her bare chest.

  “It’s a date.”

Sitting at my desk in the auto parts store, I couldn’t get Kinsley out of my head. I hadn’t felt that way about a woman since meeting Allie, and it scared the ever-loving shit out of me.

“Knock, knock.” Piper waltz into my office, plopping down on the chair in front of me.

“So?” She was grinning at me with wide eyes.

“It was a good night,” I admitted, barely able to contain the smirk that took over quickly.

  “Fantastic. What’s her name?”

  “Kinsley,” I replied.

“That’s cute. What is she, twenty?” Piper teased.

  “Thirty-one,” I replied.

“Robbing the cradle, old man.” Piper snickered.

“Forty-eight isn’t too much older, is it?”

Great, now I feel like a perv.

“I’m just jerking you around, bro. Good for you.”

  “Is Reese here yet?”

She nodded. “Nice way to change the subject.”

“Can you send him in here? Please and thank you.”

“Don’t forget about the parent-teacher thing tonight at Em’s school. You have to make it to one before she leaves that place.”

“I promise I will be there with bells on.”

Piper stuck her tongue out at me—her normal bratty move—before leaving to get my VP.

“You needed to see me?” Reese walked in quickly.

“Shut the door,” I growled before lighting a cigarette and throwing him the pack.

  “What’s going on?”

I took in a deep breath. “I found Elijah last night at the Red Crow.”

His eyes grew ten times as he took in a long drag. “No fucking way.”

“I think it was him anyway. I met his ex-girlfriend last night. He had blacked-out ink and everything. It has to be him.” I paused for a moment before continuing. “I’m meeting her there tonight. I need you and Jett to wait in the parking lot just in case he shows up.”

“Shouldn’t we bring this to the club?” Reese worked his jaw, waiting for my response.

“We should, but there isn’t time, and I don’t really give a fuck about procedure right now. What if we lose him again?”

“I couldn’t agree more, and I am on it.” The fire that lit in the back of Reese’s eyes was contagious. The second part of my revenge was finally going to play out.

Even though I knew it wasn’t going to fix anything, I would sleep better at night knowing there was one less scumbag out there in the world.

“Today is going to be a good day.”

“That it is, brother. That it is.”

Reese left the office and I leaned back in my chair, thinking about all the fucked-up things I was going to do to Elijah. He had been living on borrowed time for the last decade, and I was going to make that very clear to him as soon as I got my hands on him.

“Daddy, come on,” Emerson whined, pulling me into her classroom. “I want you to meet my teacher.”

With Piper in tow, we made our way into the tiny, brightly decorated space, and I stopped dead in my tracks.

Kinsley locked eyes with me from the other side of the room where she was talking with a husband and wife.

“Excuse me.” She didn’t break eye contact with me as she ducked away from the parents. “Maccon? Are you stalking me?” she whispered teasingly as she crossed her arms over her chest.

“No. Emerson is my daughter.” I pulled my kid into my side, feeling completely awkward.

“Hi, Miss Rogers.” Emerson wiggled her fingers at her teacher.

“Hey, Emerson. Thanks for bringing your parents here tonight.” Kinsley looked from me to Piper, and I was mortified.

Piper cleared her throat. “Parent,” she corrected. “I’m the aunt, Piper.”

I could see the relief wash over Kinsley as she shook my sister’s hand.

“I think I saw you dropping Emerson off this morning.” Kinsley was blushing as she stared at me while talking to Piper.

  “That would be me.”

“Aunt Piper, let me show you my cubby.” Emerson dragged Piper away, leaving Kinsley and me standing awkwardly in the middle of the classroom with parents fluttering around with their excited kids.

“I should probably get back to it.” Kinsley rubbed her sides nervously.

“See you after at the Red Crow?”

“I definitely need a drink after this. I’ll see you there.”

“Going back out to see your hot little teacher?” Piper pestered me while cleaning up from dinner.

“As a matter of fact, I am.” I pulled on my leather and dug in my pocket for the keys to my Harley. Tossing them into the bowl on the counter, I swapped them out for my truck keys. I didn’t want Elijah to recognize my bike from the night before and get spooked. I wasn’t going to take any chances.

“Don’t wait up for me, sis.” I pecked her on the cheek.

  “I wasn’t planning on it.”

Sitting right where she had been the night before, Kinsley was waiting for me.

“Fancy meeting you here.” I kissed her cheek before sitting down.

“Hey there, handsome.” She smiled over her shoulder at me. “That was some surprise tonight.”

“You’re telling me.” I still wasn’t over the embarrassment of banging my kid’s teacher.

“It’s not weird for you, is it?” she asked with a frown.

I took a swig from my freshly opened beer bottle. “Not if it isn’t for you.”

“I like that answer. Don’t expect special treatment for Emerson, though. There’s no amount of amazing oral in the world that will get me to play favorites.”

I pulled her into me. “Oh come on, there has to be some amount of amazing oral that would earn a little bit of special treatment,” I whispered in her ear. “I’ll take you into the bathroom right now and show you just how amazing it can be.”

She moaned a little as her head fell onto my shoulder. “All right, there might be an amount, but I am telling you, it’s not going to be easy.”

“I like a challenge.” My phone buzzed in my pocket. “Sorry, I have to check this,” I muttered to Kinsley.

  “Have at it.”

I opened the message from Reese: We’re in place. We’ll let you know.

  Me: P
erfect.

“Now where were we?” I smirked at Kinsley as she sipped from her drink.

“I think we were discussing you licking my clit again,” she breathily whispered into my ear.

“I can’t wait to taste you again,” I admitted.

Just as she was about to respond, I saw Elijah walk out the back door.

“I’ll be right back.” I leapt to my feet, holding a finger up to Kinsley. “Hold that thought.”

She stared at me as I followed him out.

Whistling for Reese and Jett, I looked right at my enemy as he whipped out his dick to piss in the parking lot next to his bike.

With Reese and Jett trotting over to me, I rushed up behind the fucker, punching him in the shoulder.

“Hey man, remember me?” I yelled as he stumbled forward, frantically trying to put his cock away.

Reese grabbed his arm, spinning him around.

“Oh shit,” Elijah stammered as he tried to make a break for it.

“Not so fast.” Jett stopped him, showing him the baseball bat in his hand.

“I didn’t do anything. You can have Kinsley. I didn’t even talk to her tonight.” He was shaking.

“I’m not here because of Kinsley. I’m here because you murdered my wife and almost killed my daughter ten years ago. Ring a fucking bell?” I was seething as Reese and Jett held the arms of the squirming coward.

“It wasn’t me. I didn’t make that call,” he whined. “I swear. I left the club right after that happened. I didn’t sign up to be a woman killer. You gotta believe me.”

“Maccon? What the hell is going on?” Kinsley was thundering toward us.

“You need to go back inside.” I grabbed her arm. “Please, Kinsley. I need to take care of something.”

“He’s not worth it. I’m not worth it. What are you thinking?” she yelled in my face, ripping her arm out of my grasp.

“This has nothing to do with you. He helped kill my wife.” The words felt bitter as I admitted them to her.

“He did wh-what?” she stammered, taking a step back. “You did what?” she screamed at her ex.

“I didn’t mean to. I thought I was just blowing up an empty house. No one was home when we put the shit in the crawlspace.” He was blubbering as snot started to pour from his nose.

“What do you want to do, boss?” Reese asked.

I looked into Kinsley’s eyes. For some reason I didn’t want anything to do with my revenge anymore, and a part of me believed the sniveling fucktard.

She put her hand on my shoulder as her eyes pleaded with me.

“Let him go,” I ordered, and Reese and Jett instantly released their grip. Taking a step toward Elijah, I glared at him. “Show me.”

  He blinked at me. “What?”

“Show me you’re actually out of the Renegade Kings. I need to see the covered ink.”

Ripping his shirt up over his head, he tossed it on his bike. He turned slowly with his arms stretched out. All of his tattoos were blackened blobs.

“I wasn’t lying. There hasn’t been a day I haven’t thought about what happened that night,” he murmured, his head hanging. “I am so fucking sorry, man.”

Watching him fall apart in front of me was enough. I was done. I needed to move on.

“Get the fuck out of my sight. I never want to see you around here again, and you better never contact my girl.”

He dragged his keys out and got on his bike right away. “I fucking swear, man, you’ll never see me again.”

We stood in the parking lot, making sure he actually rode away.

Pulling Kinsley into my arms, I looked down at her. “I’m sorry for this.”

She kissed my cheek. “If my wife had been brutally murdered, I probably would have done a lot worse.”

“Does that mean you’ll go out with me again?” I shot her a crooked smile.

“Let’s see…” She tapped a finger onto her lips for a few seconds. “A handsome, single dad with a heart of gold who also happens to be badass biker wants to date me? I think I could handle that.”

Reese and Jett both made cooing noises behind us.

“Shut the fuck up. Don’t ruin the damn moment,” I growled at them.

Throwing their hands in the air, they each took a couple of steps back.

“I’m really glad I met you, Kinsley Rogers.” I picked her up into my arms, twirling her around in the gravel lot.

As she giggled, she beamed down at me. “That feeling is very much mutual.”

  The End…for now.

  Satan’s Fury MC- Memphis

  1

  Gus

  1994

Club life isn’t for everyone, but for me—it was everything. I started prospecting for Satan’s Fury MC when I was twenty-one years old, and right from the start, I knew there was no other place for me. I dedicated my life to the brothers of the Washington Chapter—my family. Through the years, they taught me everything I needed to know—not just about MC life, but about the kind of man I wanted to be: a man who’d demonstrate loyalty, pride, and grit. I wanted my brothers and those around me to know that I was someone they could trust, that I would always hold true to my word, and that I’d never waiver or show signs of weakness when it came to my commitment to the club and its prosperity. I’d felt honored that my brothers had seen those very qualities in me when they voted me in as their sergeant-at-arms. I thought I’d end out my days there with them in Washington, but Saul, the club’s president, had other plans for me.

We’d just dismissed from church when Saul asked me to join him in the bar for a beer. I followed him over to the counter, grabbed us each a cold one, and sat down next to him. He took a quick pull, then said, “Butch called last night. He was just checking in, and we got to talking. We both think it’s about time for us to start gaining some territory down south.”

Butch was the president of the original Satan’s Fury chapter in Utah. At the time, their chapter was twice the size of ours, and it was steadily growing with at least six prospects ready to patch in. Butch and Saul created Fury in their vision, and I was curious to hear what they had planned. “Sounds like a good idea. What do you have in mind?”

“Right now, we have chapters in Washington, Utah, Colorado, Oklahoma, and as of recently, Kansas, so it makes sense to keep moving further south.” He pulled out his pack of smokes, lit a cigarette, and continued, “I’m thinking it’ll probably be Memphis, but there’s always Little Rock or Birmingham.”

“Memphis is thriving, and it’s sitting right on the Mississippi River.”

“That’s what I was thinking. We looked into some local chapters there but aren’t sure they’re worthy of the Fury name. Butch and I both agreed that it would be smarter to send some of our own down to get things started. Check out surrounding clubs and see if any might be worth patching over. We just need someone we all can trust to make it happen.”

“Okay, so what does any of this have to do with me?”

“Everything.” He took a drag off his cigarette and smoke billowed around him as he continued, “We think you’re that person, Gus. You’ve proven your loyalty to the club. You’ve got a good head on your shoulders, and you’re a born leader. We both think you have what it takes to get things rolling down there. That is … if you’re up for it.”

“I’m up for whatever you need me to do. You know that.” While I was flattered that Saul asked me to take on such a vital task, I didn’t let it go to my head. I knew a lot was taken into consideration when they chose me, like the fact that I was not only experienced but also single with no strong ties to outside family. Regardless, I was grateful that the two decided on me to lead the new chapter, and I’d do everything in my power to make it a success. “I’m just going to need a little direction here. What exactly is it that you’re wanting me to do?”

“We’d want you there as president of the new chapter and get things started: Find a location for the clubhouse, check out other clubs and look for potential patch overs, and draw in some new prospects. You’ll need to establish some work fronts. The whole nine yards.” When Saul saw the look of concern on my face, he smiled and said, “Don’t worry. We won’t be shipping you out there alone. Along with a few members and prospects from both chapters, Butch will be sending one of his best to be there at your side.”

“I’d be honored, Prez.” I couldn’t hide my enthusiasm when I answered him.

“I was hoping you’d say that.”

“You have any idea on when you want this to go down?”

“The sooner the better.” He put out his cigarette and continued, “I’ll get back with Butch later tonight and let him know you’re on board. We’ll talk it over, and once we have more of the details sorted, we’ll discuss it with the others during church.”

“Thank you for this opportunity, Prez. I won’t let you down.”

“I know you won’t. That’s why you were chosen.” Saul finished off his beer, then stood to leave. “Best get your things in order.”

He patted my shoulder and walked out of the bar, leaving me alone with my thoughts. It was hard not to feel pumped about the opportunity I’d been given, but as I sat there thinking about all the things that would need to be done, I started to question whether or not I was prepared to take on such an overwhelming endeavor.

By the following morning, Gus confirmed that Memphis would be the location for the new chapter. At the end of the week, the brothers threw us a kick-ass farewell celebration, wanting to wish us well and congratulate me on my new position as president of the Memphis chapter. Once I’d recovered from the festivities, I packed up the rest of my belongings and headed south.

My mind was racing as I drove down the interstate. While I was eager to move to Memphis and get things started, I was feeling a little apprehensive. There was a lot weighing on the success of this new chapter, and I didn’t want to let Saul or my brothers down. Luckily, I wouldn’t have to take on such a huge responsibility alone. Moose, along with his old lady, Louise, their two-year-old daughter, Rayne, and Cyrus from the Utah chapter, as well as Bane, Widow, Half-Pint, and T-Bone from ours were following close behind me as I continued towards Memphis. Once we got to Tennessee, they would be right there at my side to help get things rolling.
