Reaching down, I brought the pad of my thumb to her clit, massaging gently while grinding faster.

Kayla looked so lovely, her hair tangled, her cheeks flushed, her eyes glassy as she stared at me. Then her breath caught as her entire body tensed.

“That’s it, baby,” I murmured, moving my thumb a little faster as she squirmed, nearly out of control.

Her entire body trembled and tightened as she screamed into my lips, her hips bucking up against mine as I slammed into her.

Every time we made love, we were bonding more closely. But this time we were truly locking ourselves together. Making a baby. Making a family. Entwining our lives forever.

Her hand dropped to my lower back, clutching desperately as she moaned. I felt every single muscle of my core clench as my balls felt like they were building up pressure.

“I love you so much, baby,” I growled, then the twitching feeling of her silky tunnel seizing around my cock was too much to hold on anymore. My orgasm was an explosion, blasting her tender pussy with burst after burst of my seed.

Kayla grinned up at me, still moaning and quivering, and it felt like her body was pulling in every drop. As soon as I could see straight, I flipped Kayla onto her back, placing a couple of pillows under her knees to tip her hips as she giggled sweetly.

“Baby, was that too rough?” I whispered.

  “Never,” she grinned.

Then her eyes flew wide. She clutched my hand, staring into my eyes as a shiver ran through her.

“Remember at our wedding,” she whispered, “How Angie and Matt said that when they got pregnant, they felt it? They knew right away?”

I was torn between needing to hold her against my heart and wanting to watch her eyes, so I cupped her face in my hands. “I remember. And I think…” I shook my head. “Baby, I’m nervous to even say it.”

She nodded slowly, her eyes glazed with tears. “It might be ridiculous superstitious whatnot, but…”

I placed a hand on her lower belly, kissing her gently, caressing her lips softly with mine. “I know, baby. We’ll see, but yes.”

Then she looked up at me in delight. “I hope he has your eyes. You’re so gorgeous.”

“I hope that she has yours. So blue and sassy.”

“Just without the problems, I hope,” she laughed.

“Don’t even care. We’ll deal with it.” I leaned down to kiss the scar tattoo over Kayla’s heart. “If I loved you any more, things would be dangerous,” I said.

“That’s okay,” Kayla said. “I have a big tough guy to take care of me.”

  Novels:

Donuts and Handcuffs: A sweet, floury, mixed-up love story.

A budding baker. A caring cop. A sweet and spicy romance of opposites.

Daniel: When this sweet girl literally tumbled into my life, so did my heart. I want nothing more than to protect her from the haunted shadows in her beautiful eyes. Yet clearly she isn’t ready to share her past. To trust me. My uniform should be enough for her to know I’m a good guy.

Bailey: I could see myself with Daniel. But he’s a cop. And I have too many things to keep hidden. Besides, I’m busy running a new bakery, starting a new life. No time for daydreams of the way he touches me, the way he truly listens. Being with me could ruin his reputation, a risk I couldn’t take. No matter that he melts me like butter across hot bread.

The Librarian and the Rock Star

They say that opposites attract – especially when people are searching for change at the moment they meet. It’s a catalyst for a fascinating week and a half.

Keira was looking forward to a quiet weekend away from her stressful job as head librarian at a small Toronto college. It was her life’s dream, but she’s being forced to be far more outgoing than she naturally is. She accidentally meets a gorgeous but sensitive singer of a rock band, and Jack suddenly arouses things in her she had never thought possible. Keira’s constant research, analysis and problem solving could turn Jack’s career around, but what about her own? And why is falling for a rock star such a terrible, illogical idea?

  Marry Me, Right Now

When a rich man needs a fake wife and a broke woman needs a home fast, a marriage of convenience goes faster and farther than they expected.

Jacob needs to get married so that he receives his inheritance a few years early, and might be able to save his Uncle’s house. Mia only has a few days left on her friend’s couch, and can’t find an apartment due to Toronto’s atrocious housing market. Can the two of them throw together a wedding in under two weeks, convincing family and friends that they’re a real couple? Will her severe aversion to wealth and “wasting” money cause problems between them? And will the sudden intimacy get in the way of their “show”?

  Whispered Curses

Nana always said, “Never get in bed with the devil.” I assumed that she just meant to stay away from bad, evil men. But after a tipsy encounter with a guy who was hotter than Hades itself, finding out his real name was like a bucket of cold water on the flames of my fascination.
