Evan gave him a small smile and a quick kiss. “I would too.”

“So, are you ready to go in there and wait for our bride?” Blake asked him.

  “I’ve been ready.”

“Good,” Blake smiled and took his hand, “me too.”

They heard a knock at the door and when it opened Clay and Spencer walked in. “You guys look like you’re ready for a wedding,” Clay said. He flashed them his dazzling smile, the one Evan was sure he used to woo Spencer and Lorie.

“Hell yes, we are,” Blake answered him.

“Good. They’re ready for you out there.”

They waited at the end of the aisle for the music to begin that signaled they were to make their way to the altar together. Lorie and her mother had went all out decorating for the wedding. Heather’s father had insisted on paying for everything, refusing every dime Evan and Blake tried to offer. Looking around the room, Evan had to wonder if Lorie hadn’t snuck in some of Clay’s money without her dad knowing.

The venue was definitely provided through Clay and Hale Inc. It was a highly sought out wedding venue, and one that usually got booked at least a year in advance. Evan had asked Clay if he’d kicked out someone else to make room for their wedding, but he insisted that he kept a spot open every month for couples who were too in love to wait because they were his favorite kind. Clay said in his opinion if a couple really wanted to be together he didn’t think they would be able to wait a year or longer just to have a particular venue, and he wanted to cater to those couples. Evan hadn’t argued with him after that because he agreed. If Heather had asked them to wait so she could plan an elaborate wedding at a specific place he was certain he would have lost his mind waiting to call her his wife. Luckily for him and Blake, she’d been just as eager to get married as they were.

When their music began to play, everyone in the room stood and faced the back where Evan and Blake stood arm in arm. They smiled at each other briefly before beginning their walk down the aisle together. Evan wanted to scream like a girl with excitement, and he could feel that same enthusiasm in Blake as his husband struggled to walk at the slower pace they’d been instructed. Hell, he wanted to run down the aisle too. The sooner they were at the altar, the sooner Heather would be on her way to them.

When they reached the altar and turned to face the crowd Evan lost his breath for a moment. His mother and father were in the front row looking up at him. He had invited them of course, but they had not been enthusiastic about him entering into a marriage with three people. They had accepted that he was gay and always treated Blake like family, but adding another person to their marriage had been too much for them—or so he had thought. His mother smiled at him with tears in her eyes, and his father gave him a slight nod of the head.

“I told you they’d come around,” Blake whispered in his ear. “They love you.”

He smiled at Blake. They were both fighting back tears right then, and he wanted to kiss him so bad it was nearly killing him to hold back. When the music changed it interrupted their moment and brought their attention back to the back entrance of the room. Clay was walking Heather’s mother down the aisle with Spencer and Lorie right behind them. Clay escorted Brenda to her seat in the front and made his way up to stand beside Blake and Evan. When Lorie and Spencer made it to the front they split up and Lorie stood across from them, just below where the bride was to stand for their vows, and Spencer took his place next to Clay, who wasted no time lacing their fingers together.

The music changed and when Evan heard the intro to “Turning Page” ring out through the room his eyes locked on the end of the aisle where he saw Heather and Dave taking their first step towards them. Blake squeezed his hand tighter and Evan knew they were both lost in Heather and how beautiful she was walking towards them in her wedding gown. The tears he had managed to hold back when he saw his parents were now running down his face. He had to remind himself to breathe so that he wouldn’t pass out before Heather made it to them. He would never forget what she looked like walking towards them with a huge smile on her face. This moment would be etched in his memory long after he left this world.

  Blake

Blake couldn’t look away. He was probably cutting off Evan’s circulation with his grip, but he couldn’t find it in himself to loosen his hold on his husband’s hand. He’d been waiting for this exact moment for more than half of his life. Now that it was happening, that Heather was walking down the aisle towards him and Evan looking more beautiful than any woman ever had in her wedding gown, he knew that the reality far outweighed his dreams.

It felt like an eternity passed as Heather made her way down the aisle to them. Blake knew it was less than a minute before she was standing in front of them, but that didn’t lessen the feeling of it taking forever. He was ready to make her theirs.

Dave took her shoulders in his hands and leaned in to kiss her cheek, then he took her hands and turning to face Evan and Blake, he put one of her hands in each of theirs. “Take care of my girl.”

“We will,” they said in tandem.

Blake had to suppress his urge to kiss her as they stepped up to the altar to stand in front of Jemma, Clay’s assistant and friend, who Heather and Lorie had asked to officiate the ceremony. Apparently she had gotten ordained a while back to marry another set of friends, and even though their marriage might not be ordinary on paper since Evan and Blake were already legally married, Heather wanted someone official to perform the service.

Blake and Evan decided to recite vows to each other again because they intended for the marriage between the three of them to be equal in every way. They were committing themselves to each other and to Heather for the rest of their lives.

Evan was the first to say his vows, and they were beautiful. “My life was empty before I found you, Blake, but you came into it and made everything brighter and full of love. Whenever I looked at you I thought my heart would explode with the overwhelming joy and love that filled me. Then I answered a call for help and had the honor of meeting you, Heather. I believe that fate brought me to you that day. That fate knew the three of us belonged together. The heart I thought was at capacity doubled in size the first time you opened your eyes and looked at me, and I knew right then that the three of us were supposed to be together. I love you both, and I will continue to love you long after our lives on this earth end.”

Evan placed his ring on Blake and Heather. Blake had to clear his throat and wipe tears from his eyes before he could speak to say his own vows. “Heather, I’ve been in love with you since we were kids. The years we spent apart were some of the worst. Then I met Evan. Evan, you made my heart beat again when I thought it would never be possible. You never batted an eye when I told you about my love for Heather, saying you knew my heart was big enough to love you both, and you were so right. Loving the two of you has filled my heart and soul completely, and I don’t think there is another person who could ever say they love as much as I love the both of you. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life sharing my love with you both. I love you.”

Blake put his rings on both Heather and Evan, then the three of them took a moment to wipe away their tears before Heather spoke her vows to them. Blake was on pins and needles waiting for her to speak. She would be their wife in moments and he wanted to jump up and down like a toddler on Christmas.

Heather held their hands when she said her vows. “I never knew that I could love anyone the way I fell in love with you when we were fifteen years old, Blake, but it turns out I was wrong. It turns out my heart was made to love both you and Evan with a passion that rivals even the most iconic of love stories. Lancelot and Guinevere have nothing on us.” Her literary reference made Evan and Blake chuckle. Man, he loved her. “I couldn’t be happier to begin my life with both of you today, and I promise that my love for you will only continue to grow from now until forever.”

Heather put rings on both men, then they turned to look at Jemma who was grinning ear to ear with un
shed tears shining in her eyes. “Well, I can’t think of anything better to follow that up with, so I’ll just say this. I now pronounce the three of you married. You may all kiss!”

Everyone laughed briefly at Jemma’s unorthodox way of putting things. When the three of them wrapped their arms around each other and took turns kissing to seal their marriage, the laughter stopped and was replaced by clapping and cheers.

When they broke apart and turned to face the audience, Jemma presented them before they took their leave down the aisle. “I now present to you the bride and grooms, Mr., Mr., and Mrs. Martin.”

Everyone cheered and clapped as they made their way out. Blake felt several people pat him on the back as they walked past but he didn’t stop to speak. He was ready to get to the reception so that they could get it over with and get their honeymoon started.

  CHAPTER NINETEEN

  Heather

Heather was ready for the reception to end so that she could get her honeymoon started with her husbands, but there was one thing she was looking forward to before it ended. She had made some arrangements with Clay and Spencer and it was time to do her part. She was nervous even though she had no doubts what Lorie’s reaction would be, but she was sure that she wasn’t nearly as nervous as Clay and Spencer.

“I’m going to throw the bouquet!” she announced. “All of you ladies better get over here.”

Lorie was dead center in the small group of girls hoping to catch her flowers. Alex was on one side of her and Jemma was on the other. They had already spoken with the other unmarried women in attendance and everyone agreed to make sure Lorie wound up with the bouquet, but Jemma and Alex were there to make sure none of the other women changed their minds.

Heather turned her back to the group and tossed the bouquet over her head, doing her best to aim straight so it would go right to Lorie. She quickly turned around to make sure she didn’t miss anything, and she was just in time to see every woman besides Lorie take a step away, and the bouquet landed easily in Lorie’s open arms.

Lorie held them up in victory, then suddenly seemed to realize she was the only one left from the group of women who had just been standing with her. She looked at Heather in question, and Heather just smiled brightly and mouthed the words, Turn around.

When Lorie did, Spencer and Clay were already there waiting, both men down on one knee with a ring held up in front of her. Lorie’s hand flew up to cover her mouth as she cried out, “Oh my God!”

Clay was the first to speak, “Lorie Young, you brought love into my life when I thought it was something that didn’t exist. You and Spencer saved me from myself, and if you will both have me I want to marry you and spend the rest of my life proving that I am worthy of the love you both give me.”

Lorie didn’t waste any time jumping forward and kissing him, and when she finally let him go Spencer was right there, his hand cupping Clay’s face as he devoured him with passion. Heather laughed quietly to herself. Clearly Spencer hadn’t known about Clay’s proposal to him, but he was obviously happy with what he heard.

When Spencer finally released Clay he turned to Lorie and it was his turn. “I spent years in the dark seeing only the ugliest things that this world has to offer and I began to think darkness was all there was. Then you and Clay came into my life and the light shined so bright it took my breath away. I want to spend the rest of my life in the light that your love shines on me. In return I promise to do my best to shower you both with love and hopefully I can brighten your path even a little as much as you have mine. Lorie and Clay, will you marry me?”

Lorie covered her mouth and rapidly nodded a yes, and it was Clay who got in the first kiss this time, but Lorie was quick to show Spencer her own affection as soon as Clay pulled back an inch. “I love you both so much,” Lorie told them between kisses.

Heather felt hands run down both of her arms, and she could feel her husbands on either side of her. “You’re a great friend,” Evan said.

She smiled. “Yeah, well, she’s a great sister.”

Lorie turned around to face her, tears shining in her eyes and mouthed, Thank you.

Heather mouthed back I love you, and Lorie smiled before turning back to her fiancés.

“You guys ready to get out of here?” She looked at Evan and Blake. “I don’t know about the two of you, but I am more than ready to get this wedding night started.”

That was all she had to say and they both turned, took her hands into theirs, and headed straight for the exit. Heather laughed, but she didn’t try to slow them down. The sooner she could be alone with them the better and they still had a plane to catch.

They drove straight home and Heather was happy to see that they still had a couple hours until they had to leave for the airport. They already had everything they needed packed and in the trunk of the car, so that meant the only thing they had to focus on for the next couple of hours was each other.

Blake and Evan had a discussion about carrying her over the threshold on the drive home, and she laughed when they decided on a compromise since they couldn’t figure out a way for them to both carry her at the same time. Blake would get to carry her into their house now, and Evan would carry her into the hotel suite later.

She turned to look at them when they got home with her hands on her hips and a fake scowl on her face. “Did either of you consider that I might not want to be carried over the threshold like some cliché?”

Blake and Evan looked at each other, and when they turned to look at her again she didn’t like the mischievous smiles that were spread across both of their faces. Blake ran for her and quickly scooped her up into his arms. Heather threw her head back in laughter and pretended to struggle to get away while Evan held the door open for Blake to carry her through. Once inside Blake went straight to their bedroom and tossed Heather onto the bed, then he stood and put his fists on his hips with his chest poked out like a superhero or something. It had Evan and Heather rolling on the bed in a fit of laughter.

When Evan rolled over on top of her and ran his fingers down the length of her arm all laughing came to an abrupt halt. Heather’s eyes locked with his and he leaned down to kiss her tenderly. “I love you,” he whispered, barely an inch from her mouth, “and you look incredibly beautiful in this dress.” Evan ran his hand between her breasts, stopping where the corset met the tulle. “But I can’t wait to get you out of it because as good as you look in it, you’re a thousand times more beautiful wearing absolutely nothing.”

Heat bloomed from her core and spread throughout her body, and she reached and wrapped her hand around the back of Evan’s neck, pulling his face down to meet hers. They devoured each other and Heather felt her body light up with need. When Evan pulled his mouth away from hers, she lifted her head trying to prevent the disconnection until she opened her eyes and caught sight of Blake. He was standing beside the bed watching her with Evan. He had removed all of his clothes, and damn, he was hot. He stroked his thick erection a couple of times, slowly, while she watched him, and Heather nearly came just taking in the sight of him.

She looked back at Evan, who was also watching Blake, his own erection straining against his black pants and pressing into her despite all of the material between them from her dress. “Evan,” she said. He turned to meet her gaze. “Undress me. Now.”

A sly smile spread across his face and he stood up holding his hand out to her. “Yes, Mrs. Martin.” Hearing her new name sent a wave of chills over her body.

Evan held his hand out and she took it so he could pull her off of the bed. He slowly turned her around and ran his hands down her arms until they were at her waist, then he moved them to her spine and began unlacing her corset. Blake stepped in front of her and she placed her hands on his chest when he leaned in to kiss her. She ran her hands down his chest until her hand met his erection. Heather wrapped her hand around Blake’s shaft and slowly stroked up and down, rubbing her thumb over his tip with each stroke.

  “Heather, ugh.
Blake let his head fall back as she continued to slowly stroke his shaft.

Heather felt Evan pull her dress open in the back, and then he reached around to grip it at the top and slide it down her body. This caused her to have to release her grip on Blake, but he didn’t move and his eyes were glued to her body as Evan revealed her skin inch by inch. When Evan pulled her dress down below her hips she heard him growl behind her, then she felt the light graze of his teeth against her ass. “Heather,” he groaned, “you’re not wearing anything under your dress.”

“Not true,” she told him. She stepped out of her dress and revealed dainty, white, lace stockings that came just above her knee. They were see-through and had a silk bow at the top.

“We’re keeping these on,” Evan said and Blake nodded his agreement.

Blake turned her around so that her back was against his body, and Evan stayed on his knees so that he was now in front of her with his mouth hovering in front of her sex. Blake brought his arms around her body and cupped her breasts, rubbing circles around her nipple with his thumbs and occasionally squeezing them to elicit a high-pitched moan from her. Evan ran his hands up her thighs and when he reached her sex, he pulled her legs apart. When he lightly ran the tip of his tongue over her clit, she felt her knees buckle and Blake had to wrap his arms around her waist to hold her up. The next time Evan ran his tongue from her opening, around her sensitive clit, and back again before repeating the move. “Ah!” she cried out. She could feel him like he was touching every inch of her body at once.

Right when Heather felt like she was about to fall over the edge in pleasure, Evan pulled away and stood up, then his mouth was on hers, his tongue inside of her mouth caressing her own. She could taste herself on him and she moaned into his mouth. She pushed her hands into his jacket and pushed it off over his shoulders. He brought his hands to the buttons of his shirt and began working the buttons until he removed it too. Heather placed her hands against his chest and ran them down his abdomen until she reached the top of his pants so that she could unhook the button there.
