Julian first shows me the ground floor where there is a living room, a den, a library, a dining room, and a kitchen. There is an open fireplace in the living room, which is open on both sides and can also be viewed from the library. Each room has an unobstructed panoramic view of Vienna. There is an elevator leading up to the next floor.
On the next floor there are bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, plus a master bedroom, and an office. All the bedrooms on this level offer direct access to a terrace with a gorgeous view over the city.
The next floor up has additional bedrooms with walk-in closets as well as en suite bathrooms. Julian explains that altogether the home has sixteen bedrooms, three fireplaces, and twenty bathrooms, a twenty-car garage, as well as an indoor and outdoor pool. He explains that the entire home has state-of-the-art security like all his other properties.
Julian also shows me the basement which has a guest unit, a huge home movie theatre, a massage room, a wine cellar, a wellness area with a large indoor pool, a sauna, and a steam room.
There is a perfectly maintained park-like garden, with a spacious outdoor pool and an adjacent sun terrace which is situated right by the lake and the mountainous views.
My curiosity takes over at the end of the tour and I have to ask. “How much is this home?”
“$85 million,” Julian says casually as if talking about dimes and nickels. “I want your unfiltered opinion, Cheryl.”
“The home is beautiful,” I gasp.
“Well, I custom-designed it like I do nearly everything I own or purchase,” Julian says proudly. “When I’m not in Switzerland or traveling for business, then I am usually here or in my London estate.”
Wow, Julian has so many homes and leads such a busy, worldly, fabulous life, and now I am a part of it. I’ve heard that many expensive mansions stand empty and I could never understand why but now I do. Derek led a more simple life regardless of his net worth so this is all very new to me.
The rest of the day, Julian gives me a tour of Vienna, visiting the city’s most significant historical sights. We see the State Opera House, Parliament, City Hall, the palace of Empress Elizabeth and a few art museums, including the Museum of Fine Arts.
I’ve seen so many beautiful oil on canvas paintings during the course of our honeymoon that I am getting so inspired to finally resume painting again.
We have dinner in a traditional Viennese restaurant. After dinner, we head home where we relax in the living room by the open fireplace. Julian pours us each a flute of Dom Pérignon champagne.
Julian heads to the library on the other side of the fireplace and comes back with a book. He sits beside me and puts the book on my lap.
“We are continually getting to know each other, and I’d like to share more about myself with you.”
I nod my head eagerly.
“Of course it can take many years, even a lifetime, to truly get to know someone, to understand what makes them tick and their psychology but there are tools of self-discovery that can help with the process.”
I look at the book in my lap entitled, Numerology.
“I find numerology to be one of the most accurate tools for explaining a person’s personality, even more so than astrology. Open the book and turn to page eight,” Julian commands.
I do as he says. The chapter is entitled, Life Path Number 1.
“I want to understand you inside and out, Cheryl, but first I will share myself with you. Read the first page in the chapter.”
I begin reading the first page in the chapter.
The life path number 1 person is masculine, aggressive, dominant, assertive, confident, ambitious, successful, independent, leader, unique, original, innovator, intuitive, courageous, strong, creative, perceptive, self-reliant, stubborn, forceful, authoritative, inspirational, self-sufficient, determined, unbending, focused, and rational.
The life path number 1 person is fiercely ambitious, daring, and at times, a risk-taker. They have a desire for expansion that will motivate them to go forth with courage, originality, and decisiveness. They are very independent and will do things their own way. They don’t like a set routine or pattern.
People with the 1 life path make very strong and effective leaders. Number 1’s often reach the top because they are self-motivated and focused on success. They are often of higher than average intelligence and use this to their advantage. They can very often succeed against all odds.
The life path number 1 person has many talents and this is expressed in many ways. They are often respected and looked up to. They need to be in a position of leadership and dominance, otherwise they will lack self-confidence. They fear being over-looked and they have a strong desire to always be “Number 1.” They tend to be physically healthier and mentally stronger than most other people are.
When a life path number 1 person has won a personal victory, their happiness is evident, as their face radiates with joy. They don’t ever accept defeat and they never stop trying.
They are likely to be successful at anything they put their mind to. They are very good at multi-tasking and keeping busy is important to them.
Number 1’s appreciate relationships in both marriage and business. Social contacts will help them to succeed. In relationships they are good companions. In marriage they are extremely loyal. They need the love, affection, and support of their partner. They have a strong desire to take charge and be in control of the relationship.
Number 1’s will often find that they have many relationships before they settle down but once they are married they are extremely loyal. They have high expectations of their partner.
To maintain a happy and healthy relationship, Number 1’s will need to make a concerted effort to prioritize their relationships and make space in their busy lives to spend time with their partner.
At times, their strong convictions can become a barrier in their relationships with others. Occasionally, they may act with aggressive self-will and egotism.
That really describes Julian. I love all his qualities and those qualities are why I fell in love with him and if it wasn’t for Julian’s persistence in getting me, he would never have me. It’s true that Julian had many sexual partners before settling down with me but he now appears to be loyal to me.
“I hope that explains why I am the way I am and helps you understand me better,” Julian murmurs. “Turn to page thirty-two.”
I do as he says. The chapter is entitled, Life Path Number 2. I begin reading.
The life path number 2 person is feminine, diplomat, peacemaker, gentle, kind, charming, insightful, sensitive, spiritual, well-mannered, docile, unselfish, sociable, supportive, co-operative, decisive, intuitive, adaptable, agreeable, cautious, considerate, emotional, flexible, loving, understanding, and devoted.
Number 2s enjoy socializing and are generally well liked. They like peace and any quarrelling is very upsetting for them. They like to make others happy, but must remember to look after themselves first. They may have trouble with their self-esteem.
Number 2 people have a strong sense of right and wrong. They tend to be self-sacrificing as they are focused on the greater good of all. They usually do not have any desire to take the lead or be in control and they would prefer to follow others.
Number 2’s need to beware of slavish devotion in a relationship that is so obsessive that they do not have time for much of anything else in their lives, including a career.
Number 2’s are committed and faithful to their partner and will expect the same in return. They will make every effort to ensure that their relationship is successful and will not be likely to break up with someone even if the person is wrong for them. For this reason, Number 2’s should be wary of making a commitment to the wrong person and should consider a relationship seriously before settling down.
Number 2’s will find that they have many admirers, but should check their compatibility with a potential partner before becoming involved. Number 2’s need security in their l
ives and should look for a partner who will provide this.
This essentially defines my entire personality. It’s remarkable how accurate numerology is in describing my personality. It also explains why I was so blindly loyal to Derek even though he wasn’t the right man for me. I really do enjoy making others happy and I have a strong need for security which Julian provides me with.
“Thank you for this,” I tell Julian.
“I intend to spend the rest of my life getting to know you, Cheryl. Julian lifts my hand up to his mouth and kisses the dorsal of my hand. “You’re mine forever.”
“Yes. I’m yours forever,” I whisper, feeling my heart flutter with love.
“Would you like to go for a swim?” Julian asks unexpectedly.
“Now?”
“Yes, now, Cheryl. Go upstairs to the master bedroom, you’ll find your bath suit in the walk-in closet, the maid has organized and unpacked our luggage. Get changed and come back to the living room.”
I go upstairs and get dressed in my bathing suit. I come back down to see Julian in his black bathing suit shorts. Without a word, he takes my hand and leads me outside to the outdoor pool.
It’s very dark and if it wasn’t for the illuminations coming from the yellow lights of our home and the bright white light from the moon it would be pitch dark and impossible to see anything. All I hear are the sounds of thousands of crickets. I breathe in the incredibly fragrant, fresh alpine air. I’ve never smelled air so sweet, it’s like the sweetest-smelling perfume.
Julian lets go of my hand and dives head first into the Olympic-sized pool situated by the lake and the mountains. I stare for a while at the beauty of the moment. I watch as Julian goes underwater and comes back up to the surface.
I am still standing there, taking in the view, trying to create a lasting picture in my memory of the moment. The moon is sending a beam of white light across the lake and onto the swimming pool. I would love to paint the picture that I see before me.
“Come in, Cheryl,” Julian calls.
I creep up to the edge of the pool and slip into the water, which is pleasantly warm. I swim up to Julian and he takes me into his arms. We gaze at each other in the white light of the moon, surrounded by the majestic mountains.
My heart is pounding hard as I kiss Julian. He fervently kisses me back, his lips covering mine. I close my eyes and savor his lips and tongue. I love kissing him. He is such an incredible kisser that I could kiss him all night long. His lips are plush and sweet-tasting, and his tongue and mouth are domineering and lustful.
We are both holding each other tight and kissing by the light of the moonlight. It’s so magical and the type of romance that I adore. My heart is beating uncontrollably. I’m so head over heels in love and at this moment I feel so overwhelmed with emotions— it’s almost unbearable. I’ve never felt this way before and it’s the most unbelievable feeling I ever felt in my life.
I can’t help it anymore, and I let loose a few tears while kissing Julian. Julian stops kissing me and examines me.
“I love you so much,” I whisper. “I’ve never felt this way before.”
Unexpectedly, Julian cradle lifts me out of the swimming pool and takes me into our home. He kisses me passionately once more before setting me on my feet in the living room.
“Go upstairs, take a shower, dress up in lingerie, and come back down,” he instructs.
I go upstairs and do as instructed. I come back down into the living room and stand astonished. The entire living room is dimmed and filled with hundreds of lit candles emanating their yellow flame. The fireplace is blazing with yellow, orange, and red flames and making a crackling sound.
I slowly walk further into the living room and take a seat on the couch beside Julian. My heart is hammering through my chest. This is so romantic.
He is holding two glasses of champagne and hands me one of the glasses. We click glasses and take a sip while staring into each other’s eyes.
“I can either tell you I love you, or I can show it,” Julian explains. “I prefer to show it and I hope I already have.”
“You really have,” I say, breathlessly.
“And I will continue to do so for as long as you are my wife.”
I can’t resist him any longer. As much as I love this romantic scenery, my inner core is screaming for Julian’s length. I’m sure we could sit and talk all evening surrounded by candles and the fireplace but I desperately want him inside me now.
I look into his eyes, lean forward. He reads my body language and pounces. He takes the glass of champagne from my hand, puts it aside on the coffee table and puts aside his glass.
He kisses me fervently. I moan into his mouth. He reacts by placing both his hands at the side of head, raping my mouth with his tongue. He knows he has me clinging to the pinkie of his finger and I’m his to do with as he pleases and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
He positions me down on the couch, gets on top of me, and kisses me aggressively, while slowly undressing me. I am already trembling with desire and need. The romance of the night has turned me on so much that I want to be his sex slave all night, but Julian who is always surprising me and being unpredictable in bed, makes love to me instead.
CHAPTER TWENTY-ONE
I blink my eyes open to the bright morning sunlight. Julian is not in bed with me. I am naked and I feel the pleasant ache of last night’s love-making session. For the second time, Julian has made love to me, something he told me he has never done before. As much as I enjoy the ravishment role play, I enjoy that at times he can simply make love to me. This tells me he really cares about me and I’m not just another woman to fuck, use, and dispose of. Julian really wants me forever.
I recall how intent he was on pleasing me last night while he was making love to me. It was mainly all about my pleasure and my climaxes. He made me climax four times, all of them blended orgasms. He’s a master of sex. I’m sure that with his unpredictable and spontaneous sexual nature, for as long as we are married, sex will never get boring or stale.
As I lay in bed, I feel my belly clench with desire for Julian’s length. As much as he satisfied me last night, I want more. I decide to go find Julian and get more.
I get dressed in the sexiest lingerie set that I own, my red lacy La Perla bra and panty. I go searching for Julian throughout our home. I find him in the office, tapping away on his laptop. He notices me and looks up from his screen.
I pose in a sexy position in the entrance of the door, hoping he takes the cue.
“Cheryl, why don’t you get dressed and we can have breakfast together,” Julian commands and puts his attention back on the screen.
I stand there baffled and frustrated that he didn’t take the bait.
“As much as I appreciate when you offer yourself to me, I like resistance and I prefer to initiate sex, to take what I want, when I want it,” Julian says, without taking his eyes off the screen.
I sulk, turn around, and walk away. The message I get is that he wants to be the one who initiates sex and decide when he wants to ravish me or make love to me.
I quickly recall that Julian is used to women throwing themselves at him and I can understand why he likes the game of hard to get. For this very reason, I can comprehend why Julian has ravishment fantasies. The courtesans and prostitutes he hired were most likely the only ones willing to properly play out his ravishment fantasies with him. I’m assuming the girlfriends he previously had may have played along, but not as well as Julian would have liked.
I was the only woman who didn’t throw myself at Julian when I first saw him, resisting his advances because I was engaged and that is precisely what turned him on about me in the beginning. Now that he has me wrapped tightly around his pinkie finger, the only resistance I can offer him is during sex.
I walk into the master bedroom and get dressed. I wear a knee-length white dress. I go downstairs past the living room and the dining room, and into the kitchen. I see the maid preparing breakfast.
“Hello Mrs. Stone. Please sit down, breakfast will be served in fifteen minutes,” she says kindly. “Would you like some tea or coffee?”
“Yes. I’d like some white tea.”
I go back into the dining room and sit at the table. The maid comes in, hands me a cup of white tea, and goes back to preparing breakfast in the kitchen.
As I sip on my tea, I have time to contemplate and think about Julian. Men of his stature are a totally different species than the average male. They need to be handled differently. I believe they need to be resisted and maybe even sometimes ignored. They don’t want to be handed things on a silver platter, they want to fight, take, and conquer. Julian fought and conquered Derek for me and that is why I am his trophy wife.
Fifteen minutes later, the maid places a plate of breakfast in front of me and a plate for Julian in his place, across the table from me. It’s a traditional Austrian breakfast consisting of Semmel and eggs.
I begin eating just as Julian comes into the dining room. He walks up to me. “Hello, Cheryl.” Julian leans in to kiss me and I quickly turn my head away to avoid his kiss. He wants resistance, then I’ll give him some resistance, I firmly declare in my head. I look down at my plate and continue eating. He is silent and I don’t look up to see his reaction.
He sits down in his place across from me and begins eating.
“So, Cheryl, today we are leaving to go to Germany.”
I don’t respond and I don’t look up from my plate.
“We’ll be leaving in the afternoon,” Julian says, raising his voice an octane higher.
I don’t look at him and I continue eating.
“Anything in particular you’d like to do today?” Julian sounds irritated.
I ignore him. I’m still looking down at my breakfast as I eat.
“Thank you that will be all for today Jennie. You are dismissed and can go to your quarters,” Julian commands.
I look up at the maid who is pouring Julian a cup of coffee. She looks surprised and she quickly scurries away.
