“Baby, I want you here.” She looked up at him. “I’ve got more than enough for the two of us. If you don’t have a problem working the land, being away from people, then I think we’re going to be fine.” His hand moved inside her thigh and started to trail up. “It’s fucking crazy, I agree, but shit baby, I have never felt more real than when I’m with you.”
“I feel the same way.” There was no doubt in her mind what she wanted. It was this man and his touch. Every single part of him drove her crazy for more.
“Good. Eat your breakfast.”
He didn’t touch her pussy but his fingers were so close that it made her ache. She tried to move on his lap but with the angle that he had his arm, she couldn’t move. He held her securely.
Finishing off her breakfast in quick time, she had to wait while he took the last few bites of bacon and egg.
Abel didn’t let her go, though.
“You’re being a little impatient, aren’t you?” he asked.
“Please, Abel, touch me.” She’d wanted him to touch her since the moment he’d opened the door to her when she first arrived. He’d been such a gentleman and now he’d shown her another side and she wanted that man that took without care.
“You want me to touch your sweet pussy again?”
“Yes.”
“You know you’re already filled with my cum.”
“Yes.”
“Do you care?”
“No. I want more. Please, Abel.”
“With how much I keep fucking you and filling you, you’re going to be knocked up. Would you like that?”
“Yes.” Damn it, she did. He’d make one hell of a daddy. She wanted to be his everything.
He tugged her shirt off and cupped her tits.
“I can’t get enough of you, baby.” He squeezed her breasts, teasing the tips. He tugged at the hardened peaks and she screamed his name. All she seemed to be doing of late was crying out his name as he pleasured her. She couldn’t get enough of his touch.
One of his hands held her tit as the other slid down, going between her thighs. He stroked a single finger down her slit and she moaned, pressing her lips together to try and contain the sound. It was no good. As he moved down, filling her with two fingers, she arched up, wishing it was his dick deep inside her.
His thumb grazed across her clit and her pussy tightened around his fingers. The pleasure was instant.
“Fuck, I want my cock deep in your cunt when you come. I love it when you squeeze me.”
She expected him to lift her up and pull her back down onto his length. He didn’t. He lifted her up and moved her so that she was bent over the back of the sofa. His hands caressed her ass, and he spread the cheeks open wide. “I’m going to fuck that tight little asshole soon, baby. I’m going to own every single inch of you and have you screaming for more.”
He slid a finger across her anus and she couldn’t help but moan. This man was taking every single part of her virginity and making her his.
“Now, though, I want that sweet pussy because I can’t get enough of you.”
His cock filled her and she pushed back as he grabbed her hips. This time he didn’t give her time to grow accustomed to his large length. He pounded away inside her, taking her harder than before.

A week later
Shea stood in front of Frank’s body shop and stared at her newly fixed car. Over the last week she’d stayed with Abel for a few days and then headed back to town to square things away. The lease on her place was up in a few months, and although moving out to the middle of nowhere was what she wanted, she would be smart about this. She’d keep her place for that time, paying rent on it and seeing how things worked out with Abel. It couldn’t hurt just to be on the safe side. She sure as hell didn’t want to just up and leave everything behind without a backup plan.
What if he got sick of her? What if things didn’t work out? God, what if she ended up hating being so alone?
Not gonna happen but still, better to be safe than sorry.
Although maybe she should have felt pretty damn uneasy about just up and moving to the mountains with Abel, the fact remained she’d never felt more at home than when she’d been with him.
“She’s all set,” Frank said and walked over to her with a few sheets of paperwork in his hand. He stopped in front of her and started signing off on a few of them, talking to her about what was fixed and the total. “Looks like Abel took care of the cost,” Frank said and handed her the paperwork.
She exhaled in frustration. She’d told Frank and Abel she’d wanted to handle this herself. Looked like she’d have to use the money he’d spent and buy supplies for the cabin. Her heart raced at the very idea.
“Thanks,” she said and smiled at Frank. Heading to her car, she got in and rested her head back on the seat. She’d go to the store and stock up, figuring the more they had the less they had to worry about for the time being. She knew it would be hard work, but then again, that’s what she wanted.
To be self-sufficient.
After figuring out this was what she wanted to do she’d called her work and took an extended leave. She only had a couple of weeks’ vacation time, but it was enough for her to see if this was what she really wanted.
Why am I even doing this? It is what I want. Abel wants me, wants to share his life with me and that should be enough.
But fear and self perseverance told her to take this slow … baby steps.
Able had brought her into town and dropped her off at Frank’s so he could run some errands. And although maybe she should’ve waited for him at the mechanic’s, she wanted to head home and grab some items as well before stocking up on groceries and following him up to the cabin.
Butterflies moved in her stomach and her heart raced at the thought of staying with him. And although she hadn’t exactly told him that it was a trial run to see how she liked it—even if she knew she would probably end up staying—she didn’t want to have their time together short-lived by his disappointment.
But he might not be upset that she hadn’t quit her job or gotten rid of her lease. He had to know that this was a huge jump for her and she needed to take measures to ensure that she was secure in her decision. And if things worked out between them—which she knew in her heart they would—then she was more than happy to take that next step.
She anticipated it even.
But first she had to be smart about it.
Once in her car with the engine on, she drove to her place.
She got out of her car and made her way inside. The house felt deserted. It was such a strange feeling for this place not to feel like home. But then again it never really had. She went to her room and grabbed her suitcase, filling it with essentials. Clothes and toiletries were basically all she needed up at the cabin.
With no electricity or service so high in the mountains she wouldn’t need her laptop or her cell, and although she used Wi-Fi on occasion, the truth was technology frustrated her on the best of days.
Suitcase in hand, she turned and looked at the living room and kitchen, her back to the front door. It seemed so strange that she had no attachment to this place, that it had just been a room where she lived. But when she was with Abel in his cabin it felt like a home. Maybe it was just the fact it was everything she’d ever wanted. Or maybe it was something more.
Maybe it was the cabin and Abel, the only man that had ever made her feel like being alone wasn’t the only option.
When she locked up her place and went back to her car, she drove to Frank’s to see if Abel had shown up. She saw his truck parked in the lot, a newspaper pulled open and sitting on the dashboard as he read it. She parked her car beside him and rolled down the passenger side window. He glanced over at her and smiled, one that was genuine and full of emotion.
God, was that how she looked when she saw him? Could he see that she already cared about him so much?
Could he see that she was falling in love with him already

Abel wasn’t a fool. He didn’t need Frank to tell him that Shea needed some extra time. That she’d not quit her job or gotten rid of the lease on her apartment. She seemed nervous as she sat in her car across from him.
“Ready to head home?”
“Yes.”
He wasn’t going to force her to reveal that she’d not closed off her life. Even though he was a little gutted, he did get it. They didn’t know each other all that much and even though he knew without a doubt that he wanted her and there was no way of backing out for him, he understood her … apprehension. Life away from everything, the internet, phones, even the most basic thing like neighbors was a challenge.
When he’d first started this life, he thought he’d miss something or at least crave part of his old life. After a couple of days of not being on social media, of not caring what other people thought, he started to feel more in control. More himself than ever before. He’d gone through his withdrawal and come out the other end happier. More himself.
Driving his truck along the dirt road, he tapped his fingers in time to the music playing in his head.
Shea was right behind him and he smiled.
He had some plans for her this night.
It was nice weather and he already had the takeout that he’d stopped at the local diner to get. They’d placed it in heatproof bags so that it stayed warm.
He indicated so she knew where the turning was and then drove up the dirt road heading toward his home. Parking his truck, he waited as she followed behind him a little slower.
She climbed out of the car and he saw she was nervous. He didn’t know why she was unless she felt a little guilt at lying to him over keeping her apartment and job. In a couple of days she was going to have to tell him she needed to go back home so that she could go back to work. He already knew she was on extended vacation right now. They’d want her back soon.
Pushing his doubts to one side, he pulled her into his arms. “I’ve got a little surprise for you. Why don’t you go and take your things to our room, take a shower, and I’ll get everything set up.”
“It sounds delightful.” She cupped his face and slammed his lips down on hers. His cock woke up, wanting inside her. He loved being inside her tight pussy, owning every single part of her.
She pulled out of his arms and he watched her ass sway as she grabbed something out of her car before heading into the house.
With the bag of food in his hands, he walked toward the backyard that had the best scenery as it overlooked the forest. With the sun going down, the view was just breathtaking.
It was moments like these that he realized how damn lucky he was. He’d already pulled a small table into place. His vegetable garden to the left was in bloom and the fruits growing. In a few weeks, he’d have to start harvesting them, but he didn’t mind. He loved the hard work.
Martha at the diner had told him exactly what to do to set up his table. Working between the two place settings, he had plates ready, knives and forks. He even found some old wine glasses that he had lying around waiting for a special occasion.
Once the table was set, he brought the food over and took a peek inside. He loved lasagna and Martha had been sure to make it just for him, with everything he loved. Closing his eyes, his stomach growled. He was starving.
She’d also packed him a salad and garlic bread.
Martha would be getting a basket of his vegetables when he went back into town. She was one of the few women that had encouraged his life.
She often cooked for him and if they’d had a bad storm was the first to make sure he was okay.
The storm they’d had when Shea had been with him at first wasn’t that bad, which is why she hadn’t shown to make sure he was still alive.
Don’t screw this up.
Shea finally walked out the backdoor. Her hair was tied on top of her head and she wore a beautiful floral dress. It was black with pink roses.
“How do I look?” she asked, giving him a twirl. The skirt rose up just a bit, giving him a glimpse of her tempting legs.
He loved nothing more than having them wrapped around him, but he wasn’t about to spoil his romantic dinner.
“You look beautiful.”
“You always know what to say to make me smile.” She threw her arms around him and he lifted her up, kissing her.
She moaned. Her fingers sank into his hair and in that split second he was tempted to say screw the dinner.
Shea broke from the kiss and turned to look at the meal spread out before them.
“You made dinner?”
“I got Martha to make dinner. She owns the diner in town and makes a mean lasagna. I want us to enjoy this.”
She looked out across the sunset and then down at the table. “It’s so romantic.”
“Good. That’s what I was going for.” He let her go, pulling out her chair. “Ladies first.”
She sat down and he tucked the chair under her.
Taking a seat opposite her, he poured them out some wine.
“Is that your own wine?”
“No. I can make a mean jam but I cannot make wine yet. This was a gift from Martha also.” He poured them out a drink and lifted up his glass. “To new beginnings.”
“To new beginnings.” Her smile slipped a bit but she didn’t say a word. He didn’t want her to feel guilty.
He just wanted to enjoy this meal with her and their life together.

She couldn’t believe Abel had gone through the trouble of setting this up for them. The food was delicious and the scenery gorgeous. She felt right at home here, comfortable in this setting and sitting beside the man she cared about.
But the fact was she wanted to be honest with him, wanted to admit that she hadn’t shut out her life just yet. And if he was upset she’d deal with that. But surely he’d understand.
Clearing her throat and reaching for a glass of wine, she took a long sip of the sweet red alcohol. Birds chirped overhead and a nice breeze picked up. Looking over Abel, she saw that he already watched her. A smile on his face warmed her heart and had her pulse quickening.
“I actually have some stuff I’d like to talk to you about,” she said honestly, glad the words weren’t lodged in her throat. His expression gave nothing away. Maybe he already knew what she was going to say?
“You can tell me anything,” he finally said.
Clearing her throat once more and setting her cup back on the table, she shifted on her chair to look him in the eyes. “I love being out here with you. The atmosphere is exactly what I’ve always wanted, what I’ve been aiming for my entire life.” Glancing down at her hands, which were in her lap and tightly entwined together, she didn’t know why she was so nervous. It wasn’t as if he wouldn’t understand her hesitation or her fear.
“Hey, baby, talk to me.”
She looked at him again. “This just moved so fast, even if you did feel so right. But the truth was I didn’t close out my lease or quit my job.” He was silent. “I figured it would have been foolish to do all of that so quickly. What if you realize you hate living with me because I don’t squeeze the toothpaste from the bottom of the tube? Or what if it annoys you that I like to oversalt everything?” She chuckled nervously.
He started laughing and shook his head. “I mean, if you squeeze the toothpaste from the middle of the tube we have problems,” he said and winked. He reached across the table and took her hand. “But honestly I figured as much,” he said and gave her hand a squeeze.
She exhaled.
“Although all I want is for you to stay here with me permanently, make this place your home as well, have a family and life with me here, I can’t blame you for your hesitation or fear. It’s natural.” He smiled genuinely. “Hell, I might’ve been a little worried if you weren’t anxious about it all and jumped headfirst into the situation.”
She felt relief settle into her. “I thought you would be upset.”
He sho
ok his head and smiled. “I wouldn’t be upset about you being cautious. Hell, you have to be if you want to live out in the middle of nowhere. But I’m confident in how I feel for you, and how I think you feel for me. I’m hoping staying up here with me will make you see that this is perfect.” He leaned in close and lifted her hand and his, bringing their entwined fingers up to his mouth.
“I already feel like it’s perfect, so that’s definitely not the issue,” she said honestly.
He kissed her knuckles as he stared at her. “And what I feel for you is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before, Shea. What I want with you is not something I’ve ever wanted with another woman.” He straightened and let their hands rest back on the table. “Until you came into my life I didn’t want anyone or anything aside from what I already had. I was content in my solidarity and my celibacy.”
Her heart started racing at what he said.
“But then there you were, looking up at me and having my heart beating for the first time. It was at that moment that I realized you were the one for me.”
She felt her entire body come alive. This wasn’t sexual. This was real. Standing and moving closer to him, she knew he’d pull her onto his lap instantly. And he did. Abel held her and she rested her head on his shoulder, staring off into the woods, feeling peace fill her.
Although she’d been cautious, hesitant in closing out her former life, leaving everything behind and living out here with Abel permanently, Shea knew what she’d do in the end.
She’d be with him because she’d already fallen head over heels for Abel.
Time would tell how things would play out, but Shea was confident in what she wanted with Abel and what the future held. Pulling back, she looked at him and smiled. He cupped her cheek and leaned in to kiss her soundly. For such a gruff, caveman type of guy, Abel could be sweet and soft.
