I was still standing there speechless when he shifted in the bed and rolled over onto his back. He absently grabbed the sheet as he did so, adjusting it over his crotch. His eyes opened halfway and he blinked at me. He didn’t seem in the least surprised to see me.
My eyes caught his and I hesitated.
That was all the opening he needed. Looking more awake now, Dex scrubbed a hand through his hair and smiled. “Morning, Lauren,” he said. “Did you come here to kiss me again?”
