  About the Author

  Symphony of the Wind is Steven McKinnon’s first fiction novel, and is Book One of The Raincatcher’s Ballad. It was selected as a Finalist in Mark Lawrence's Self-Published Fantasy Blog-Off 2018. In the same year, it was longlisted in Booknest's "Best Self-Published Fantasy 2018". Its sequel, Wrath of Storms, followed in 2019.

  His first book, the true-life tale Boldly Going Nowhere, was released in 2015.

  Steven is 33 years old and was born in the bathroom of a high-rise flat in the year 1986.

  He has since moved out.
