“Fuck, Sarah, I can’t take it when you touch me like that,” he moaned, which turned me on even more. I continued gently stroking his cock until he sat up, moving himself to hover above me. “You’re making me crazy, woman. I can’t control myself when you do that.” He lowered himself down to kiss me before inching his way down my body.

As he lifted his own shirt up just below my breasts, he kissed my stomach, running his tongue across me softly. My back arched as I watched him lift the shirt just a bit higher, exposing my tight nipples. I wanted him so badly, and as he took one into his mouth, rolling his tongue over it as he gently sucked on it, I let out a moan. The way he took care of me, holding onto me, allowed me to let go of my inhibitions.

After giving each of my breasts his attention, he quickly made his way lower, gently spreading my legs. “Sarah, you’re so wet. You want me, don’t you?” he demanded.

  “Yes!” I panted.

Without another moment’s notice, he began to devour my pussy, and I gasped. His tongue running along my clit, he sucked gently at my nub as my hips rose to meet him. I was about to lose my mind, when he grabbed my hip roughly, holding me down and sliding a finger inside me. I cried out his name as I almost instantly came, my hips violently rocking under him.

My entire body shook, and as I came down, he inched his way back up my body. “I’m not done with you yet, Sarah. I need to be inside you.”

All I could do was nod my head in agreement as I continued to catch my breath. He helped me take his shirt off before caging me in with his arms. Kissing me deeply, I could feel him line himself up at my entrance. I lifted my legs to wrap around him when he thrust into me, his cock filling me completely. “Fuck!” I shouted out, as he gently began to drive his cock in and out.

“Sarah, you feel so fucking good,” he said, as he thrust into me again. I was seeing stars every time he was fully inside me. His cock was huge, and as my wet pussy clenched onto it, another orgasm began to build up from my core. I wrapped my legs around him tightly while he continued to fuck me, kissing me with desperation and fervor. He felt so good, and my body began to shake again. “Yeah, that’s it darlin’,” he panted as he increased his speed, groaning as he neared his own climax.

I cried out again, my pussy contracting around his cock, letting myself go completely. “Oh fuck, Sarah,” he moaned as he pumped harder, his own release taking over. He pulled out quickly, letting his cum spray across my stomach. As the warm liquid hit my skin, I laid back, relishing in the afterglow of the most amazing sex I could recall ever having.

Still panting, he hopped up and grabbed a towel from the floor and immediately began to clean us both up. “I’m sorry, Sarah. I’m wasn’t sure if there were any condoms here and I didn’t want to stop to look for them.” He tossed the towel and laid down, pulling me against him.

“That was amazing,” I huffed out.

Colin pressed his lips to my skin,e kissing my neck and shoulder gently. “I didn’t bring you here for that. I couldn’t stop, but I don’t want you to think that’s why you’re here. I just wanted to make you smile today.”

Unwrapping myself from his grasp, I turned to face him. “Colin, I know that wasn’t your plan. That’s why it’s okay. Hell, it’s better than okay. It’s incredible. I’ve had the most amazing day with you,” I reached my hand out to his face, gently caressing it before pulling him in to kiss me.

“You’re an amazing woman, Sarah,” he replied. “I don’t want you to go home.” Colin held my gaze, confirming he was serious.I hoped I was able to mask my shock at his declaration.

“I don’t have to go home for a few more days,” I smiled, pretending that what he said wasn’t what I heard.

“I’m serious. I want you to stay,” he said with a more deliberate tone.

“We can talk about that later. But for now, let’s sleep. And if we wake up again, you better be cooking something,” I giggled, before kissing him again.

“Okay, but this discussion isn’t over, you feel me?”

“I feel you, Colin.” I laid back down, letting my body relax back into his, drifting off to sleep within moments.

  Chapter 12

  Colin

I snuck out of bed the next morning as the sun was coming up. I was an early riser to begin with, but I wanted to make breakfast for the poor girl sleeping in my bed. We’d never eaten the entire day, and when I woke up, I was starving, so I knew she would be too. I’d slept for a while with her wrapped up in my arms; however, when I woke, I couldn’t get back to sleep. Thoughts of what I wanted to happen next raced through my mind.

I realized I was afraid of losing her, and she wasn’t exactly mine to feel that way about. Knowing full well how crazy it sounded, I stirred scrambled eggs, all while contemplating a plan to get her to stay with me in Killeen. Sure, I traveled a lot, but so did she. I travelled less than Rayne’s boyfriend, and they made it work. It could work; if she wanted it to work too. She had to feel the same connection I did.

Anxious, I waited for her to get up on her own. I knew how tired and stressed out she’d been; that was why she went on vacation in the first place. I didn’t want to disturb her much-needed rest, but I was pacing like a madman.

“Morning, you.” Her sweet voice grabbed my attention. “You alright? You’re going to walk a hole right into the floor if you keep pacing like that,” she teased me, laughing at her own joke, in turn making me smile.

“I was just waiting for you to get up.” I strode across the kitchen, scooping her into my arms for a kiss.

“Well here I am, loverboy,” she laughed. “I smell food. Please tell me that’s food for me?” She flashed her cutest smile my way.

Laughing at her adorable behavior, I watched as she danced around the kitchen, waiting for me to feed her. Taking my cue, I grabbed us both plates filled with breakfast food, and sat down at the table. She was wearing my Army shirt again. It was huge on her, but I never wanted it back. It was hers. Everything was hers. I wanted to share my life with her, and if she would share hers with me, I’d be the luckiest man alive. I didn’t care that we’ve only known each other for a few days. Sometimes, someone touches you in a way you can’t fight. Sometimes you just know.

Nervous about the thoughts swimming in my head, I barely ate. I watched blissfully as she ate the breakfast I made, and told me all the things she loved about our day together. Time stood still as I had the realization this was the life I wanted. A family of my own, a woman to come home to. A woman who found joy in dancing around the kitchen or feeding baby goats. I wanted to spend my life making her smile, and serving my country. Plenty of people were able to do both, and I wanted it all too.

“Hey!” She poked me with her fork, giggling. “What’s going on in that head of yours?”

“Don’t go back home,” I spit out the words before I lost the nerve.

“What?” she asked, tilting her head in confusion.

“Don’t go back home. Stay with me in Killeen. We can come back here on the weekends or when we’re not traveling. Don’t go.”

“You’re serious?” She set her fork down as her mouth fell open.

“I’m dead serious. I thought I was bringing you here to make you smile, to help you move forward and have some fun. But it turns out I wasn’t saving you, Sarah. You were saving me,” I confessed. “You see, I thought I didn’t need anyone. No connections. Just the Army. I mean, I have my family, but I’ve taken them for granted. I’ve taken this whole life for granted. Until I met you, Sarah.”

“But… we just met,” she whispered.

“I know it sounds crazy, but I think you feel it too. There’s a connection between us, Sarah. And I can’t make any promises that I won’t fuck up ever, or that it would be easy for us right away. But I can promise you that I’ll spend every day searching for new ways to make you smile.” My heart began to race, hearing the words coming out of my own mouth. “Do you feel it?” I asked her.

“I do,” she nodded quietly, st
ill staring at me like I’d gone insane, which I suppose I did a bit. I liked to view it as having an epiphany. I finally realized what was missing in my life. It was her.

“Then don’t go home. You don’t have any reason to go back there, except your job, and we will get you a new one here. Or don’t get one. Stay home, go back to school. Do whatever you want, but do it here, with me.” I reached my hand across the table. Her glance shifted from my hand covering hers to my eyes, and back again, as she took in what I was saying. “I’ll be your family, Sarah.”

A single tear fell from her eye, causing me to leap up by her side. As I kneeled in front of her, I took her hands in mine.

“Take a chance with me, Sarah. Let me be your family,” I whispered.

  “Yes,” she whispered.

  “Yes?” I repeated.

“Yes!” She laughed, throwing her arms around my neck. “Let’s do it. It’s completely crazy. But I love it. I’m in.”

I stood up, pulling her with me into a tight embrace. “It’s not crazy, Sarah, it’s meant to be. I’ll never let anything happen to you. I promise.” I kissed her gently, scanning her face for hesitation, but not seeing any.

“You were what my heart was searching for all along,” she agreed, holding me tightly.

“Now that you’ve found me, I’ll never let you go.”

And I didn’t. We took a leap of faith, gambled on love, and won.

  The End.
