“You are my heart, and you have the key to mine,” he said.

Piper couldn’t contain herself as a tear slipped down her cheek. How could she not love this man, well, now her husband? They had married only two weeks ago in a small ceremony at home. She wanted it simple and decided that as long as she had Milo, she didn’t need anything else. Tonight, however, was the first night she was going to the club with him. Her ankle had healed enough that she could walk in heels, and Sam was there as well. A few of Milo’s friends from the Marines were going to show up and offer support for the two of them. She allowed Milo to take her hand as he led her downstairs to the main club. Once in the elevator, Milo kissed her softly before hitting the button to go down. The last thing Piper thought was just how lucky she really was now.

  ABOUT THE AUTHOR

As a person who does believed in love at first site, it was easy to find romance where ever I went. I myself have fallen into fate’s hand when I met my husband and married eleven days later. Now, we just celebrated our ten year anniversary with four children. I never regret a single day, and love him more and more with each passing hour.

I was never much of a writer in school. I enjoyed mostly poems, but anything longer never held my interest. When I decided to go back to school I learned that writing can be therapeutic. With my MBA complete, my time was spent watching the grass grow. When a friend challenged me to actually write a book better than the one she was reading. I toyed with the idea, and now here I am today. I have found a hidden passion that allows my wild side to come out while keeping the romance together. I would love to hear from all of you.
