I shook my head.
Everything seemed strange. Why was he suddenly this caring?
The next thing asked I get dressed. I asked about Mario.
He said, “Oh when I arrived, he was just leaving.”
I told him, “And he didn’t look upset to see you?”

I nodded and got out of bed.
And with that, I smiled and got dressed.

"So that you know this isn't an official date."
I said out of nowhere. Killian chuckled and said, "It's not? Could have fooled me. That's fine, Blair, I want you to see something special."
I nodded, and with that, he took me to his favorite restaurant where we had a meal. Then we drove over to the dock and got on what he called his father's yacht. I couldn't believe this was happening. I thought about questioning his actions, but yet I didn't because I wanted to enjoy the moment. I got treated like a queen on the boat by the crew. I thought is this what he does? Soon I glanced at a distance watching the beautiful sunset.

Monday morning arrived after my exciting day with Killian. I glanced at the bracelet on my wrist and smiled. Then I took a shower and headed to the Academy. I still wanted to know what happened at the party, everyone at school talked about the spiked punch.

I bowed my head as I walked into the school building.

I shook my head and said, “Sorry, I have so much catching up to do. Besides, unlike you all, I have to work to keep my scholarship.”
I honestly didn’t understand why they were so nice to me suddenly.
Could it be, they liked me? Maybe I missed judge them.
I mean, yesterday Killian took me out on what was possibly the best date I’ve had.
And now they want me to come and watch them practice? My crew walked up to me, and they asked, “what’s up?”
I shrugged and said, “nothing.”

Cassie looked up at Tyler.

Killian scoffed and shook his head.

She said, “you guys have done enough. don’t think we don’t know you shared the video.”

As much as I hated being in the middle of this battle between the rich kids and my crew, I really couldn’t see myself hanging out with my crew right now.
