  ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Thank you to Nicola Robinson, Chrysoula Aiello, and the team at Harlequin. Another gorgeous cover! And thank goodness someone knows where to put the commas.

Clementine Edwards, it’s always a pleasure to work with you. Fingers crossed we’ll meet again in the margins.

To my agent, the late Sheila Drummond, thank you for always telling it how it is.

A special thanks to financial advisor Michelle Veitch for providing an insight into the world of finance and international banking. And to former midwife Wendy Sullivan, your expertise was appreciated.

As always, a big thank you to my family and friends. It couldn’t happen without you.
